Their bakery items are so moist
    Lyn Y.

This ones hit and miss . They usually don't run out of things like chili or cheese sauce or fresh bakery stuff ect like the one up here by the post office . That said the one by the post office usually has fresher grill items and doesn't have the sketch vibe this one does . Overall it's a 7 eleven they have quality differences among them and some run out of stuff more often due to location but they all serve their purpose .

Since when did a small bottle of Coke get so expensive? Seriously 2.34 after tax for this small 20 OZ bottle!!!! Even for convenience not worth it.

Clean station, has good car wash, BUT NOOO Co-Op ATM machine. ATM is private, with a high ATM withdrawal fee.

First timer!…read more Unfortunately this review is long overdue. Ive seen this new business posted many times on my Facebook feed. From what I have read, it is a family/couple owned business not a franchise or chain. ANYWAYS, I like how they had a menu posted right outside before entering. This is helpful considering the size inside is a little smaller than anticipated. At this time, I noticed two (or four and they were just pushed together) tables in their outdoor seating area. The drink I ordered was the Amorcita without the orange peel. Don't ask me why I didn't get the orange peel it just didn't sound appealing to me. I also ordered a bolillo with jalapeño cream cheese. I wasn't really a fan of this only because it tasted exactly how it sounds. Bread and well...you get it. I don't recall my total completely but I do know that it was at least $10 just for the drink and pasty. Obviously on the pricier side but what isn't these days??

We ordered a cold brew- it was really good! You could taste the coffee beans An iced matcha with dulce de leche - it was delicious and not too sweet! A hot matcha- will definitely come back to reorder it. It was good, foamy and not too sweet The service was phenomenal! My daughter twisted a drink, and they knew exactly what she wanted, and accommodated. Very friendly

I'm a matcha person so I've only ever gotten their matcha, and if not just their strawberry hibiscus (no longer served), herbal tea, and strawberry milk. I love their selection of matcha: strawberry with chunks. One of the best I've had! Their blueberry matcha is pretty delicious also. The customer service is great. Everyone is kind and efficient. I'd say the baristas kind of keep to themselves though and aren't overly enthusiastic. But overall, still welcoming & nice! The atmosphere is simple with wood seating areas. I like it. However sitting for a long duration can be a little uncomfortable since there's not much back support, but luckily they have a basket with padded pillows to sit on. Recently they added tables along the corner nook area which is great! Aside from that they have little tray-like table tops to set your drinks on or laptops/books/etc; while working. There's also plenty of outlets which is a plus. Not to mention they always seem to have a good playlist goin' :) Oh! & they have outside seating as well underneath shaded umbrellas. My only complaint is it gets really hot in there during the hotter months. Especially since they're facing south and catch all the direct light early on in the day. Don't get me wrong, I love the natural lighting! It's just more prone to getting hotter & I'm not sure if they have A/C. I'm sure they probably do but it's never been exactly cold in there like most coffee shops, mainly room temperature. All in all Grid is a great spot! I highly recommend :)

I didn't really taste the biscoff cookie much though. Matcha is usually hit or miss for me (honestly, I still prefer making it at home lol), but their double matcha iced latte actually hits. You can taste the matcha, and it's super smooth and creamy without being overpowering. If you're into that richer, creamier style of drinks, this place does it right, highly recommend. It's in a shared plaza with markets and restaurants, so parking is easy. Also a great spot to hang out or get some work done, very spacious, trendy, and usually pretty busy, but drinks still come out fast (around 5-10 mins).

For the pastries, it looked like a lot of the ones I was hoping from browsing online were not available. I ended up getting the biscoff cheesecake. It was on the sweeter side but it was very good. For the drink, I ended up getting the banana latte. Been on a streak of getting that lately so wanted to compare with other stores. I didn't get a lot of banana in the taste. At least it had an espresso shot for the caffeine fix and did not taste like the artificial banana. Nothing special there and stand out. For the interior, they had a few seating they primarily accommodated a few groups of four and two. I was able to grab a bench seat that had an outlet. However, there wasn't enough space for my laptop and the items I ordered. WiFi was available but it had a 90 minute limit. The store had a moderate noise level and stayed busy throughout the time that I was there. The service on the order was quick and they do bring it out to you. The store also has their own house espresso which was a medium dark roast. American Express is accepted as a payment option here. Overall, it was a decent work spot. If I come back, I'd prefer to try another drink and hope other pastries are available. Would recommend the biscoff cheesecake for those that want something sweet and the house coffee beans for those that like medium roasts.

I usually hit their San Marino spot, but this location still delivered the goods. The shop's a bit small inside, but service was nice. Grabbed my ride-or-die Koan-Im Oolong Latte and paired it with a donut from my favorite donut shop like I was assembling the perfect duo for a late night snack. The tea was lightly sweetened perfectly to my liking, smooth, and clearly crafted by someone who respects tea leaves more than I respect my sleep schedule. The cloud top was basically dalgona candy foam and felt like a bonus dessert after finishing the drink. Even with a lot of people waiing, service moved fast, in & out in about 7 mins. Quality tea, speedy service, and enough creamy foam happiness to make a milestone review feel deserved!! Highly recommend!!! Now for some poetry that's inspired my 1000th review: Warm glazed memories sift through my reverie. A pink box opened in the summer of 24. Days were bleak and hollow like a bakery shelf at closing. I saw the saddest eyes, soft as powdered sugar falling. Sweet like a dalgona cloud top koan-im oolong latte, but carrying a quiet ache no frosting could hide. That summer you saved me, like the first bite of something new when you thought you'd forgotten what butterflies felt like. The season changed and you suddenly disappeared.... just an empty pink box on the counter. Only crumbs remain now, where your strawberry-glazed humor used to melt into every moment like sugar on warm dough. My heart split like a jelly donut. Still, I'm grateful as the world is as it should be. I pass by the donut shop on 66 and smile. People think it's just about donuts. But once.... a long time ago, one saved my life. Truth be told, CBTL is not usually the first thought of a coffee shop to stop by as there are so many better coffee shop options around, especially mom and pop ones in Diamond Bar. My friend commented that she had not been to a CBTL in like 8 years, and after our visit, probably won't be to another CBTL until another 8 years later. I agree, as I just do not prefer their coffee (and their prices)... When we stepped inside, there was no greeting, nothing. Yes, they were all busy but no acknowledgement. After standing at the cashier for a few minutes, were we finally acknowledged. They were not short-staffed by the way. After ordering, I asked for the code for the restroom. The restroom was incredibly dirty with no tissue paper, and the lock did not even work! I think the battery was out since it kept beeping... I tried locking it a few times to be extra sure, but nope it did not work as another customer almost came in as I was using the restroom. The one thing that makes me usually stay away is their use of powders in their drinks. Powders do not dissolve better than syrups, liquid forms, so sometimes drinks can separate. After ordering their cup of coffee, I was put off by them handing me individual cups of half & half. Not from an actual container where I can pour the half & half, individual cups, like a McDonald's or a fast food restaurant. At the cost of their coffee drinks, one would expect something different. There was plenty of parking on a weekend. Easy in and easy out. There are a few tables on the inside to enjoy your coffee and items. There are no napkin dispensers so I guess one would need to ask them for napkins as well.
