I proceed with my nature call and after my bowel movement I reach only to discover there is no toilet paper in the dispenser, not a square. The toilet still had blue cleaning liquid in the bowl so I know someone had recently serviced the Men's room. No paper towels or anything at all to clean myself. I had to use the "Texas Three Finger Chili Scoop" to clean my hind side. I was in shock, mortified, embarrassed, humiliated, belittled and discussted afterwards. After washing my hands for an hour I engaged the Manager. I calmly, which is not in my nature, explained the matter to the manager. She immediately says " maybe a customer used it all." B.S. She lied to me because the toilet was still blue, meaning not used since being cleaned. I demanded a phone number to the Owner or Management Group, she complied. Moments later she came from behind the plexiglass screen and apologized for what happened. She then whispers to me "Like everywhere, we are short staffed and the people that we have don't care about performing quality work." Great but, not my problem! I then immediately called the number. Big shocker here, they don't answer. I left a message about what I had just experienced. Guess what? No return call! Now it is time to shout my story from the rooftops. I am enraged over this matter, still! I want to be contacted immediately! I am going to take this matter to the top until I receive redemption of some form, not be brushed away and expected to "lay down" What am I to do, what am I to think? The Many

A pleasant little local touchless carwash, with two automatic bays and a couple of do-your-own…read morebays, supplemented with coin-operated vacuum cleaners. Sometimes there's an attendant; sometimes there isn't. Conveniently located right across from a gas station; there's rarely a line. Car wash prices are fairly standard, and they sell tokens. The machine you pay for your carwash doesn't reliably recognize bills, so I usually pay be credit card - good luck trying to get a receipt; it always seems to jam in the machine. If you're willing to deal with that, this place is just fine. The machine did stiff me a carwash once, but the attendant made it right on my next visit (even with no receipt - see comments above).

I hope you enjoyed charging me $3 to spray my car with water for 30 seconds. Didn't try the vacuums. I was pretty irritated at my water only wash and didn't want to waste any more money.

I was inside their building for less than 5 minutes. In that time tri-state had begun to hook up my vehicle. (Shame on me for not having a parking sticker for that parking lot, that IS on me). I ran to my car explaining to them what happened and I was met with a "I don't care, lady". As all of my belongings (wallet, ID, phone, etc) were in my car, I ran over to grab them before my vehicle was towed away. The driver rushed towards me. I got nervous and slammed and locked the door with myself inside. He began screaming at me to get out of the car. When I told him "No, you're making me nervous." His response was for me to "suck and choke on his balls". I told him I was calling the police and at that point his response had gotten the attention of residents who were trying to protect me. He unhooked my vehicle and scurried away. I'll attach of photo of my original comment that had gotten removed. Shame on tri-state towing for not firing workers who sexually assault female customers. Shame on yelp for protecting that kind of business.
