They lost my photo order and would not give me a refund. They wasted my time and money.

Never take your film roll to be developed here. They'll tell you that it will take a long time and that they'll call you when it comes - except they won't and will just throw your photos away. The staff members were at least apologetic about it, but the manager was really rude. I hope you have the life you deserve, asshole. read more

Stocked, clean, and desk clerks very friendly! The problem is poor training with pharmacy help, with not anyone making eye contact until you complain re: waiting 5+ minutes for an item to be unlocked, then EVERYONE staring at you. There is a man that works at this store and at the Sycamore location. He has special needs, which I understand, but he is very rude and often yells at customers to get out of his way, etc. I just think the management should show him how to have better interactions with customers. read more

Watch your Walgreens points. The clerks like to copy your number down and use your points when they go on their breaks. Their manager doesn't seem to care when it's blatantly employees using the points and hoping no one notices. Thieves. read more

Really disappointed with the pharmacist staff at this location, recommend making the drive to Sycamore location. - Was told over the phone Thursday evening my prescription would be ready in an hour. - Came in on a Friday morning, get told they don't have the medication needed to fill my prescription, but that they'd have it by Monday. Then tells me I can check with a nearby location to see if it's in stock. - I have the rep make the call to make sure before heading over. She tells me they have the dosage, but that I'd need to get a new prescription because of the type of medication. Why lie over the phone? If you know you don't have something, just be honest. It's frustrating in the moment, but it's not a big deal- just say you don't have it and don't waste everyone's time. Really disappointed with the pharmacy and their staff at this location for how they handled this. Highly recommend making the drive to sycamore or going to the CVS attached to target for prescriptions. read more

Had a pretty basic mix-up with a prescription. Finally getting to the root of the issue 3 hours later with us paying for an input mistake by the pharmacy and feeling like we were handled as an obstacle rather than a customer. Take your business elsewhere. read more

I have been going there since it was built. It has a great location. For the most part I love the convince. The issues I would point out are; the extremely slow checkout and the prices. the pharmacists are ok. Most of them know what they are doing. The only issues is when it comes to insurance they all blank out. read more

The past 3 times I have gone to this pharmacy and was helped by a certain tech, she refused to fill my medication until the 30 day mark of my previous refill, even though it specifies an "earliest refill date" that has passed. I get it monthly and pay an increased price for insurance so that they cover it 4 days before. If I am unable to make it to a pharmacy (and hope they have it in stock) on that 30th day I can go up to a week without a prescription I am supposed to take regularly. My doctor gives me a 3 - 5 day advance on refills each month because of my busy schedule. Unless it arises as a legal issue, which it isn't in my case, it should not be up to the tech. Each time this happened I drove to the next nearest Walgreens and had absolutely no issues. I think in the future the techs should call over a pharmacist so they can learn when this is and isn't okay. Not everyone has the luxury of working in-state, and a 9 - 5 job. On top of that, certain prescription drugs need to be taken on a set schedule. I will not be coming back to this location in the future. read more

With the threat of deadly flu virus, we are more concerned about this pharmacy than ever. When a pharmacist makes a practice of random discrimination in providing flu shots, it makes all of us less safe. If the pharmacist is having a bad day and can't face another customer without being an ass, Walgreens should provide an alternative pharmacist who is not freaking out and willing to do his job in order to preserve public safety. read more

Have TOTALLY given up on this Walgreen's after numerous problems with the pharmacy. Seems like they have hired from the bottom of the barrel lately. There are a few oldies who do a good job, but I never seem to see them anymore. One drive up lane has been closed, so the wait time is ridiculous. My last and now final issue with Walgreens included ordering a prescription on line, getting an email saying it wasn't in stock. This was Wednesday, and they said new deliveries are made on Mondays. I drive there on Monday and they said come back after 3. I call after 3 to be sure it's ready and they tell me the order came in but all the medication was given to other customers and I would have to wait until a new order came in--"maybe tomorrow." So here'a a diabetic without meds and Walgreens doesn't seem to give a care. Called the Sycamore Walgreens and I told her what happened and really needed the medication and she responded so fast, We don't have it. I asked if this is a Covid supply chain issue with Walgreens and she said no, we don't have it. Never again Walgreens. If I can't depend on you for medication, then there's no need for you. HyVee pharmacy is so much better. read more
