Just an angry unintelligent employee shouting. They tell you to call ahead if you need the actual amount you were prescribed, too, but even if you do that, they still won't have it the next day. Every single month I have to spend an hour sitting in this dump waiting for them to fix the same mistake so I don't have to come back here every 12 days to get extremely small partial refills of NON-CONTROLLED substances. Most people only get one or two days off a week. You cannot expect them to waste a massive portion of their extremely limited time off waiting for you to correct your mistakes like this.
