So... I didn't know this... but you can pay for gas through 7-11's app. You can use your Apple Pay. Which means you can control the amount that's going through. Also, that you don't have to have a balance on the card more than what you put onto it. That way someone can't commit fraud or get a hold of your card information. Plus, they have it so that if you text SAVE to 711711. You save $.25 per gallon for the first three fill ups. Which can be a really good deal. read more

This 7-11 is one of the best shopping experiences you can have. The staff is so nice and personable and helpful. They take special care of their elderly customers buying scratchers, and even look out for the homeless in the summer. Can't say enough about them and their contribution to the neighborhood. Regarding the morning female manager...today the Deadpool 711 exclusive pop figures came out. When my boyfriend...a regular...went to the location to try to buy one they were sold out. This would be ok if they were purchased by customers, but they weren't. She purchased them all for herself. Not even giving them a shelf life. Not to sound petty, but that's not fair to the customers. Regulars might be a dime a dozen but its worth going to a different location just to receive the appropriate customer service. This is the best 7-11 around. They always have plenty of what I want in stock. The fresh sandwiches are great as well.

Cmon fix your stuff, last few visits to TRY and get gas pumps were slow, I had to end up filling up somewhere else because I was getting about a $1 worth a minute seriously. Tried to get a money order here before they only took cash but atm was not working. 2 times I have been there the credit card/atm at the register was declining all my cards(not due to me) Staff has always been fairly friendly but turnover seems to be huge here. Really clean place and employees are quick and nice. Compared to other 7-11 locations this one really goes above and beyond.

I stop by pretty late at night once or twice every week. They always say hello when you walk in and they're not afraid to make a personal connection even if you're a stranger. These guys work hard and I don't think they get the thanks that they deserve. read more

I wouldn't even give them one star if it wasn't for the nice employees. As you expect people make mistakes and some of the cashiers it's their first job so it happens often and usually I have never had a problem exchanging for what I originally wanted. I'm a loyal customer until someone really is un worthy of the loyalty. Even then I try and fix it up the chain of command and all is forgiven. Between the red bull, cigarettes for 2, gas for 3 and vuse electric cigs for one of us my family and our many vises have been going here for years spending approx 600.00$ a month. Yesterday one of the new girls gave me the wrong cigarette brand 5 packs. I called when I got home and they didn't answer. So I went down this morning and asked For a manager who later gave his name as ken smith ( I guess you never know if it's real or not, you go on trust right?) anyway he gave me the run around and wouldn't exchange my items stood behind a fda law which they break any other time I bring back their many mistakes. Granite I was dressed like I just woke up from the park across the street and had a dog with me ( yes in the store a service dog but it didn't even come up) I wanted to get it over with on my 530 am dog walk he looked me up and down all uncomfortable like. You know the look the long up and down judging look. The one where you even have time to judge yourself thinking this might have gone better if I put better clothes on and actually brushed my hair before I walked out of my house. So of coarse now that he has turned me down I can't even buy the stuff I need for today because of coarse I'm never shopping here again even if it's out of spite and I have to walk 3 more blocks to Walmart where it is actually cheaper just not as convenient. The lines are long, and every other person is rude or just punching the clock till they can leave. Not unusual for a line of six and one register open, with three employees milling around on other things, not the customers who pay the bills. The manager is notorious for standing behind the counter with his eyes on his little tablet, ignoring a huge line to count cigarettes. A few of the staff are ok. But prepare to be ignored, or treated rudely if you get the wrong person. My last visit there ended with me walking out, and going across the street to rite aid, and got faster, better service without the attitude. Don't waste your time or money at this poorly run store. I have not been back since. I now go to the 76 on Antelope unless I'm coming home from work, which is the opposite direction, a which point I'll stop anywhere else, and get better service with far less waiting and attitude. Cheap crappy gas, overpriced food and drinks, poor customer service... it won't let me give a rating of -1 star, or zero even. So I have to give them one or really 2 free stars due to technical limitations. But they do not deserve even that. Real rating -1 star. Technical rating 1 star. read more
