Cashier is a CREEP everytime I go in. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE here and I don't recommend that women go here alone. He stared me down while looking around, hit on me at the register, and then followed me out and watched me drive away. Drinks are extra cold, younger man who works nights is always quick/very kind. I was just about to walk 5 minutes to get some late night beer, but the closing time isn't posted (gas station duh) Wasn't gonna risk the walk tho if they were closed. After purchasing fuel at the pump, it asks if you want a DISCOUNTED car wash. If you say yes, it sells you a full price car wash. I went inside to see what the problem was, and the employee told me " we don't offer discounted car washes." HUNH ?? I explained to him that the message on the pump offers a DISCOUNTED car wash, and I was not leaving until I was given my discount, as advertised. We went round and round, with him repeating the same phrase, as if that was all that he knew how to say. Finally, after 5 mins, and many pissed off customers behind me, he just gave me my money back. Yet another example of poorly trained employees, and an extreme lack of communication, either within the company that owns this station, or between the station and Chevron. Worst Chevron ever... don't go here. They do not understand California law. Tried to use two $5 gift cards for a car wash. They would not let me use 2 cards for 1 transaction. I asked them then to cash out one of the $5 gift cards as under the current law you can cash out all cards under $10. Had to call manager who still didn't know. I came here today for 10$ worth of gas, in a Prius. Usually I get a decent amount for that price. WELL NOT TODAY AT THIS LOCATION. It is 90 outside and I have a toddler with me. I went inside and told the manager or whoever he was "Jassy" that I think the pump malfunctioned and could they check it out, because I GOT ZERO GAS. He told me nope, I got it, too bad- they service the pumps every three months and to go call chevron. Well I called them and was told they are privately owned by SKSP INC. I called a 510-538-1204 number and got a receptionist who said no one can help Me and the boss is on vaca until August 1st. Mind you i wasnt on E until after I started my car back up on this wack pump. So, here I am telling everyone save your money and go elsewhere. My daughters went to use their car wash, the people ahead seemed to have trouble but the attendant assured them it was fine. Well when they went to go, it didn't work. So they went inside to get their refund and he would not give it to them. Told them they didn't pay for it. It's because the guys ahead used their turn. I had to go back and talk to him and then he admitted to everything my daughters said originally but was saying we paid for the strangers in front of us and that's pretty much it. I told him my daughters work hard for their money and they ARE NOT gonna pay for someone else's car wash. So after going back and forth, he offered a car wash but we said no, we went across the street to Pastors and got a car wash, we want the $7 refund. Now he can't give a refund, we have to come back and talk to the manager! Bad customer service. The pumps work ok and the one bathroom was clean enough. I am rating this only 1 star because of the incessant noise blaring from overhead and from videos on the pumps. I dont need to be pummeled with adds while Im filling my tank with gas. This gas station is the absolute worst! Not only do they have problems with their pumps all the time but I just went through the car wash and it was so crappy I went in and asked for my money back. The guy watched the video and said there was soap on the car and what was the problem. I told him to take a look at the car and he would see it wasn't even close to being cleaned. His response was it was a "touchless" car wash. Are you frickin' kidding me???? This station is not servicing their equipment and it shows.
