Terrible store and employees. Gets worse by the day. Employees are rude and unhelpful.

No musubis here like in Hawaii but you can find cold sandwiches, cookies, an assortment of cold beverages, snacks and a variety of useful items. We were at the Museum of Fine Arts trying to head in the direction of the Isabella Gardner Museum but of course we were early for our 11 a.m. entry tickets. We saw a man in a booth and asked him for a place to get coffee. He said walk to the right there is a Japanese Garden, go over the bridge and head towards the dome of the Greek church. As we were en route we saw a young man with a 7 Eleven coffee cup. I asked where did you get that? He said right there on the left side. Yay close is good. We went immediately there. read more

7-Eleven - breakfast @ a standup counter@ 7 Eleven. - Convenience Stores Near Me - Boston, Massachusetts

See all

The only clean thing about this 7 eleven might be the floors oh and the fountain soda machine and only because it's brand new. Otherwise the store is a germ factory! I hate to even say this but if your white and go in there be prepared to be treated like a complete piece of trash. They automatically treat everyone like a thief(which I definitely am not). So I went in there the other morning and while in there I seen two people I know and I know their having a hard time so I offered to pay for their stuff and tonight when I went in there in front of a whole line of strangers he says you came in here with those two people, do you know what they did? I said no idea (I was standing at the counter with him behind it the entire time) so he says they took a slurpee you know that?! I said nope I didn't because I paid for their stuff he said no no you didn't pay for their slurpee I said how am I supposed to pay for something I don't see or isn't on the counter number one and number two who do you think you are speaking to me like this, I didn't steal from your store. He said yes yes you did your friends did. I said well that's not me and you can't just decide that like im a thief because someone who I paid for their food stole from your store like is your head screwed on ok? Yeah he continued to badger me and yell at me the whole entire time I was in the store and I finally decided to just turn around and walk away and not give that 7-Eleven on Jersey Street in Boston Massachusetts my money because I'm sick and tired of being mistreated every time I walk into that store like they think better than you the way they treat you is disgusting they talk to you so disrespectively all the time it is completely unnecessary and so beyond ridiculous. One time I went in their it was like 3am in the morning (they're 24hrs btw) I went over to grab a bottle of soda and he's screaming at me get out, get out, we're closed! I said how are you closed if you're a 24hr store, can you please explain that to me? Get out , Im washing the floor! I said well do you mind if I wait for you to be done I just want to grab this soda, no get out! So I left and someone else walked in A I walked out the door and he ended up allowing them to make a purchase, I don't understand this store or the ppl they allow to work in it! read more

Best to avoid this place between Midnight and 7 AM! The overnight clerk was beaten and robbed at 6 AM one night last week. Police responded. Owner plans to do nothing even though this puts the clerk at risk. It is convenient but not safe overnight. read more

I feel a little foolish writing a review about 7-Eleven, but I'm doing it anyways. Let's start with the good: I greatly dig how convenient the place is. It's great I can run inside, grab a some pulp Tropicana 100% pure Florida orange juice, then run out. It's great! I'm never late for work and I am never parched. Today's disappointment: As usual, I went in, grabbed my hydration and a honey bun. I know, I shouldn't eat them, but it's Friday, cut me a break. I go to the counter and the clerk is on her cell phone playing with the hot dogs (awkward). After about 30 seconds of waiting (again, only 30 seconds, but it felt like a lifetime) she strolls on over and rings me up. She took my honey bun and stared it down (maybe she was hungry). She looked at the BIG sticker that said 99 cents then typed in $1.50. I looked at her and said "The price is 99 cents" and she just looked at me. After an awkward staring contest, I just pointed at the 99 cent sticker. I feel like a fool that I am getting testy about 51 cents, but I could use that for laundry! I'm a poor recent grad student! Overall: Don't let this story deter you from shopping at this beloved 7-Eleven. It's a convenient store, don't expect much. read more

i thought i'd never be able to replace my beloved Store 24 in Newton Highlands, i think the 7-Eleven does a fine job, even if it lacks the somewhat more absurdist clientele. Not only are they always open, at busy times they'll even have more than one cashier. It's not the most orderly convenience store in the world, but they have a good selection of the essentials. In my case, this means purple Gatorade and Red Bull. Recently i have also discovered that their powdered-sugar donuts are a perfectly reasonable choice for dinner. Interestingly, the 7-Eleven in Kenmore Square is dramatically more expensive (60¢ for a bottle of Gatorade, for instance), making this hidden one an even more valuable neighbor. read more

Typical city style 7-eleven but the difference here is the staff is super friendly and really loves the neighborhood! Would highly recommend giving these guys some courtesy and respect because it goes far with them. Also, the food here isn't bad! I like the wings and their price is great too. read more

I frequent this place most nights between 1am and 3am. I have a severe slurpie addiction with no known cure. Heartbreaking, I know. They consistently have everything my little junk food heart desires. Laffy taffy, combos, airheads, gummybears, spree, and perhaps a bag or two of doritos. Delicious. It is also worth noting that I sometimes wander over in my housecoat and no one gives me a second glance. Top notch. read more

Yup, it's a 7-Eleven. But this one does everything right that it can. First off, it's 24 hours. I've ran for everything from a three a.m. Gatorade for foreseeable hangovers to batteries for my air mattress pump at midnight to band aids at six a.m.. There's been plenty of in-between, but there are some stories that are best left at a twenty four hour convenience store. Second, the staff is super friendly. And patient. I definitely test the latter. Third. it's clean. This place is way cleaner than you would expect, even with decent expectations. Lastly, and this is a big one, it's cheap. I don't know why or how, but this 7-Eleven manages to be far cheaper than the one in Kenmore and the Rite-Aid across the street. I'm yet to find anything that is more expensive here than Shaw's. read more

I basically live here. Always friendly service, always have my Diet Coke. And the owners allows DOGS! Hence, I go here all the time after I finish up my evening walk with the poochy pooch. Bonus points for also calling the police when drunk, scitzo Shawn stands out there screaming bloody murder, to double up my phone call to police, and pretty much anyone with any sort of quality of life expectations within a half mile radius, who doesn't want to be up all night listening to a mentally sick man screaming louder than all the sirens on EMS vehicles in Boston combined. read more

Alemur very sketchy with my transaction. Simple transaction and he left my card unattended.

Very rude staff, was here on May 24th, 2018 around 10pm and have never been treated so poorly at a convenience store while trying to buy a water bottle. I asked for a manager and was given false information. I will not be shopping at a 7/11 again. read more

You are wonderful. One of my happiest days was when I discovered you are open 24 hours a day. You are across the street from my apartment and you always have cookie dough and cigarettes when I most desperately need them (i.e. when I'm completely s-faced at 4am). And the bums that hang out outside your light-filled doorway provide me a good place to bring back those cigarettes in the morning when I come to and I realize that I'm not actually a smoker anymore. They are thankful you exist. I am thankful you exist. Circle of life, forever and ever. Amen. read more

Very clean and well stocked. I don't know what more to expect from a convenience store but there's nothing wrong and the employees are fun and interactive. Tried some of the fresh food and was pleasantly surprised with the taste and quality. read more

We needed to use the bathroom and were told by the guy at the pizza place down the street that 7-11 had one we could use. We very politely purchased a couple things and then asked. The clerk said, "No, sorry." I asked, "Where do you go then?" and he just kept saying "no, no". They obviously have a bathroom and it's really rude to lie to customers. We bought something so we were, in fact, customers! Ugh. read more

And just like that.. they're gone. I even asked the guy there how long they'd be carrying it, he insinuated that it would be indefinite. Today, there definitely were none. Too bad. read more

Great location, friendly staff, and all the staples. A better choice than the Shaw's around the corner, and priced better.

Best neighborhood 7-11 I've been to. The employees are so friendly, and always talk to me when they see me. The store is clean and well laid-out. I love that they've recently added a coffee counter and more hot food items. Perfect for munchies and late night cravings. Nommm. Double gulp - best thing in the store!!!! read more

Only one guy at register most times and if he ia stocking the store you wait a bit at register. Well stocked 7-11 tho.
