He directed me to let the servers know that it was my first time so they would give me meat samples to try. We ordered grilled briskets, grilled turkey, Jalapeño sausage and a cup of butter cream corn. The meats were so juicy, moist and smoky. Very delicious. It was a casual family and farm house dining. It felt very cozy and comfortable. They offered serving trays for food and drinks. Their signature homemade bbq sauces were gluten free, not very sweet and very delicious. There was a store next to the restaurant where you could shop for souvenirs home. The prices of the meat depend on how much you order. It was reasonably cheap. Parking was so easy to find, there was a parking lot available at the restaurant. I would recommend you!

I'm glad to say that other reviews were right on concerning Travis and the service that he and his guys offer. My car failed inspection at a Lamb's auto center due to a power steering hose leak, and they tried to up-sell me a new pump and flush that I did not need. Travis checked it out, verified that the pump was not leaking, replaced the hose and saved me about $70. Most importantly, they are friendly and operate with an "old school" style of service. I'll definitely give them more business and refer friends to them.

Have been very pleased with these visits. Recently I had issues with the front brakes, and the mechanic, Martin, was very open about the repair: the car was still safe, and the repair was optional. This week a similar issue appeared with the rear brakes. He diagnosed the issue and is attempting a quick fix to spare me the cost of replacement. And he didn't charge me! I live close by, and Martin was very accommodating about shuttling me back and forth. Westlake Auto Care has earned my business for the long-term.

Appalling abuse of a female driver!…read more The indicator on my girlfriend's Audi A4 was showing a low tire pressure on the driver's side rear tire. She stopped at this station to ask them to check her tires. She said a few attendants came out to her car. They added some air and then asked if she needed gas. She mentioned that the oil indicator showed adding a quart. They opened the hood (off course Audis do not have dipsticks) so they could not check it. They told her she shouldn't add any oil. The men charged her $79.11 for gas. 12.69 gallons at $6.295 a gallon. Outrageous upcharge! This was over $2.00 more per gallon than any other Shell station in Austin. I checked the tires when she got home and they didn't even fill them to the recommended tire pressures. On top of that the did not replace a custom tire valve tip on her car. We will have to purchase a new set.

Unfortunately they know that they are the only gas station within a few miles radius off of 360 so their gas prices are sky high. I have always noticed how clean they look and think that they maintain the building and filling stations very well. There is also a little sitting area in the back for the coffee shop that they built a "look out" kind of patio to see the trees and landscaping behind the building while you sip on your coffee. Their wine selection seems to be superior to other normal gas stations also so if you are in a tight situation to get a decent bottle of wine but don't want to drive out to town then you could possibly try this place before you go!
