In an industry where that can be hard to find, their accountability and follow-through really set them apart. Working with Ami was a great experience. He worked directly with me throughout the renovation and helped guide a lot of the decisions along the way. Many of those choices ended up making a huge difference in the final result and truly gave the project that "wow" factor. Timelines were clearly communicated and expectations were set properly from the very beginning, which made the entire process much smoother. What stood out most to me is that they genuinely do the right thing by the client. I would absolutely work with them again and have already referred them to friends who were looking for a trustworthy and excellent contracting team.

From our very first meeting, they demonstrated exceptional, warmth, professionalism, creativity, trust, and attention to detail. They took the time to understand our needs and meshed them with their vision, thus transforming our home into a beautiful reality that far exceeded our expectations. The quality of their craftsmanship is outstanding, and every aspect of the project was completed with care and precision, and in a timely manner. Their communication was constant, with immediate response and was excellent throughout the entire process. They were always responsive, transparent, and committed to delivering on time and within our budget. The True Home Builders team of workers and outside vendors were respectful, professional, highly competent, and maintained a clean and safe working environment from start to finish. Though their company's name is TRUE Home Builders, it just as easily could have been called TRUST Home Builders, as they were true to their word in every aspect of the project, and we trusted them explicitly. Even after the project was completed, Ami & Michelle ALWAYS immediately responded to our phone calls, text messages, and emails (they still do to this day, even for the most minor or quirkiest questions we might have). When little things came up after the job was completed, they were still there for us and still responded and showed up immediately. They definitely were not a "Slam, bam, thank you ma'am," company. Nor did they ignore our phone calls. They showed up! We can't say enough about True Home Builders and we really miss having them around even after eight months of working on our project. They almost felt like family. Their honesty level is truly off the charts and they are really fine and honest human beings. The final result is nothing short of breathtaking! We continue to receive so many compliments from everyone who visits our home, and we couldn't be happier with the transformation! If you're looking for a building contractor and a professional team who combines outstanding craftsmanship with exceptional design talent and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction, we wholeheartedly recommend and endorse True Home Builders without hesitation. They truly turned our dream home into a reality. Thank you Ami, Michelle and the entire True Homes Builders Team. We are forever grateful to you. Lisa & Jerry F.

I'm a woman with zero experience when it comes to home remodels. So when my 72-year-old mom needed…read moreher guest bathroom remodeled in her Mission Viejo home, I did a ton of research and interviewed several licensed contractors that were recommended by friends and neighbors. Right off the bat, my mom and I felt the most comfortable with Amin (pronounced "Ah-mean") of Persi Homes. From the thorough, no-pressure in-home consult to the detailed estimate and contract he sent afterwards, Amin's expertise, warm personality, and responsiveness to our questions gave us the reassurance we needed to take the plunge and get started with our first remodel. My mom's house is around 30 years old. The tub/shower combo was original and started peeling in spots. The towel bar, vanity light, and other items were also original and needed to be replaced. My mom ended up doing a "full gut" and had Persi Homes replace everything, including the toilet, vanity and countertop, sink and faucet, vent fan, floor, etc. Amin answered all our questions and provided helpful suggestions during every phase of the project. As the Project Manager, he showed up several times a week to check the progress of the work, and he remained extremely friendly and responsive from start to finish. We always knew who was coming to the house on what day and what the next phase of the project was. From the demo guys to the tile guys and everyone in between, all the Persi Homes employees and subcontractors were polite, showed up on time, and worked extremely hard. They even cleaned up after themselves every day. Each City Inspection passed with flying colors, and Amin made sure my mom and I were 100% happy with every aspect of her bath remodel. Before this project, I was hesitant to undergo any remodels, especially after hearing horror stories of sketchy contractors from coworkers and friends over the years. But the Persi Homes crew was extremely professional, reliable, and easy to talk to. My mom is now the proud owner of a beautifully remodeled guest bathroom where the superior craftsmanship speaks for itself. From the new acrylic soaking tub and porcelain tiled shower combo, to her stunning quartz top vanity with soft-close drawers and perfectly cut tile flooring, her guest bathroom is not only more functional with more storage, but luxurious. It looks like something you'd see in a magazine. This smaller guest bathroom remodel was a "test project" to take Persi Homes for a test drive before my mom gets other remodel projects done. As a single gal who's just trying to help out her mom, Persi Homes was incredible to work with! We're so lucky to have found this company. My mom and I will definitely be using them again.

They were professional, on time, and took care of our property. We are so happy with our new covered patio and we will definitely be using Perci Homes for any future home construction needs.

My realtor recommended Memar so we added them to the list. Matt came by the house to walk through with me and better understand the scope of my project. Unlike others that I met, he was not pushy or insisting that we do xyz. He truly listened to what I wanted and offered insight and suggestions to improve or enhance what I was initially thinking. You can tell that he and his team are very experienced and good at what they do. Matt and his calm, friendly demeanor sold me. That and visiting the show room in Mission Viejo sealed the deal. They have everything in house if you so choose (cabinets, flooring, tiles) or if you want to pick other options, they will make it work. They can even customize whatever you desire. Max was able to give me a bid within a week and was mindful of the fixed budget I had. Although not the lowest or near the lowest, it was competitive and comparable to the others. I think Memar's was the most upfront because they didn't have hidden budget breakers like expecting the client to buy and transport all of the materials from cabinets to vanities or even baseboards to the job site. Memar takes care of this and they take care of the client. They truly make it comprehensive and eliminate unecessary potential stressors for a house renovation. We are halfway into our timeline and things have been moving along smoothly. Our questions are answered almost immediately and the communication is open and clear. We are able to check in with ease and if something changes or needs a change as we move through each step, it's quickly brought to our attention and addressed. Will offer another update once our remodel is completed but if you're shopping around for a general contractor, be it for a small remodel or a whole home remodel (like me) or even to build your dream home, look no further. I'm so grateful for the positive experience thus far as I have never done any remodel and have learned a lot with Memar guiding me every step of the way.

They weren't the least expensive but their quality was perfect. There's no doubt they are professionals and don't cut corners. WHile we were redoing three bathrooms my mother in law redid one bathroom again after the contractor who did it before messed up the shower pan and caused a leak. It was past the warranty period and she went with a different company than Memar and ended up having issues. Made us even more confident we made a good decision to go with Memar. We finally got around to redoing the three bathrooms in our house that were still stuck in the 70's. Two of the bathrooms weren't too bad, although they were still completely gutted and everything was replaced. For the master, we completely changed the bathroom around and moved the shower to the other side of the room which was a major upgrade and undertaking. It entailed pulling new plumbing and really moving things around. We weren't able to find the vanities that we needed for various reasons so we had Memar get them custom made. It was not as expensive as we thought it would be and was in line with what you would find premade and great quality. It made it so much easier because we were going nuts trying to find a vanity the size we wanted and with the single hole for the faucet. Of course the project went long but it was really due to the city and permitting issues. Mission Viejo had just changed to an online system from paper and had problems. That part was frustrating since it took two and half months to get the permit. Part of the problem was also the major remodel in the master bath. One piece of advice for doing a remodel of any kind, don't buy anything until you really know when you will be needing it. I immediately ordered everything and then when the permit took so long it meant that when I needed to return some items later it was past the return window. Also, make sure you find out from the city what they require for fans, lights, fixtures, etc. There were several requirements that we hadn't planned for that were a pain and meant we had to adjust things.

He sent a rep out to measure and we got a very quick response with an estimate that was fair and with a quality window company. Once the windows came in, they were shipped directly to us and his crew showed up (early) on the set appointment date. They swapped out eight windows in less than seven hours and we could not be happier with the results. The new Milgard Tuscany windows are, of course double paned, and light years better than the 60+ year old single pane windows we had before. Of course they are going to help with temperature control but our house is only one street away from a freeway and the noise reduction is spectacular. Overall, our experience with Brent and Hingewerks was top notch and I would recommend him to anyone.
