What I didn't like and I'm confused by, is why do they have smoothies with whey protein powder, only! when you substitute (remove the whey and change to vegan scoop literally a substitute) for a plant-based vegan protein you get charged!!! Charged for what ?! And why?!?! $1.50 just to switch?! Rip off. please see the menu photo attached. Really doesn't make sense. Otherwise smoothie was fine. Smoothie bowl was better (pitaya!)

The staff was super nice! But definitely ran by high school students which gave it a Chik-fil-a vibe. But the food from ordering and into my hands was pretty fast! My only complaint is how loud the blenders are, they don't have covers for them to dull out the sounds. The food was good. I got an açaí bowl and my friend got toast. The açaí bowl in my opinion was pretty mid even though it was marked "customer favorite". I do like the amount you get for the price! You can also split the bowl for only $1.50. I was amazed by how many types of toast they had! The toast my friend got was smothered in a jalapeño hummus and was to die for. But my favorite part was a lot of the menu items were named after things from Utah giving it that local feel and fun aesthetic! Overall I liked this place. I'd recommend giving it a try!

She was an absolute 11/10! We accidentally had our Uber drop us off thinking it was a walk-in location, but Shelby was beyond helpful. She actually let us walk through the drive-thru since we didn't have a car, which was so kind of her. She took the time to explain the whole menu to us with such a positive attitude. She recommended some incredible drinks that we enjoyed very much--she truly made our first Swig experience special. However, I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 due to a disappointing interaction with another staff member (a male with short blonde hair). While we were waiting outside for our Uber, we tried to hand him an empty cup from the Swig pretzels we had just finished. He refused to take it, saying, "We aren't allowed to take things from outside into the store." We were pretty surprised that they wouldn't take back their own packaging to dispose of it. Summary: * Shelby: Amazing, helpful, and so nice! * Drinks: Delicious and lived up to the hype. * Service: A bit of a mixed bag due to the second interaction, but Shelby saved the day.
