I ordered the beef with onion and the lamb with onion dumplings and on a whim the beef huoshao. First of the soup dumplings are so super delicious! Little pillows of tasty meat in a soft wrapper that explode with flavor as soon as you bite into them! The Beef Huoshao was absolutely wonderfully delicious! It can 9th be described as a Chinese hamburger. A patty of seasoned beef covered by a rich flaky crust! I could eat a thousand of these, well maybe not a thousand but definitely a lot of them! You gotta try the Beef Huoshao and the dumplings here. So delicious!, The ambiance of the restaurant is very casual. Love this place and will be back soon!

The skin was crispy and chewy. 100% should order this. The Lamb Noodle Soup had a deep lamb flavor that probably took the restaurant years to perfect. I wanted to drink up every last drop of the soup. One downside was that I felt super dehydrated after the meal and I think it was because the soup had a lot of salt. We also ordered the Three Deluxe Dumplings. The inside of the dumpling was juicy while the skin had a nice chewy texture. I don't normally enjoy the thicker skin dumplings but these were good despite being thicker skin. We also ordered the Pig Ears as an appetizer. They were okay. The seasoning was not over-powering, but the actual pig ears were not that crunchy. Would probably skip this dish next time.

Bbq pork fried rice, Salt & Pepper fish, Beef & Broccoli & Honey walnut shrimp were all hits. . They have really good portion sizes where it's enough to share with multiple people. The owners were really friendly to us and felt like we were eating at a family friend's house. Our meal was so great I even felt the need to go thank the chef for doing such a great job cooking the food lol. Like many American-Chinese restaurants I've visited, there was an older woman at the counter and the decor felt frozen in time. I ordered a lunch special that came with soup. The egg drop corn soup wasn't piping hot but still tasted great. I enjoyed the small bowl, and my main dish arrived soon after: a generous portion of fried rice with string bean chicken, served on a classic Corelle Country Cottage plate. The server, who I assume was the owner, said "Doesn't it look delicious?" as she set it down. It did, almost. The string beans were overcooked and limp instead of crisp, and parts of the rice were a bit dry. Apart from those two issues, the seasoning was spot-on, the portions were generous, and it was pretty satisfying overall.

I sincerely don't know where to begin, so let's start with the fried rice. It was more like white rice (no fry to it), and it was clumpy, almost like it was reheated. A little bit of cabbage with undercooked shrimp. Next, the egg rolls, an overcooked shell with a baby food type substance inside (I'm dead serious), I could have used a straw with it. Then we have the sweet and sour chicken (she made a mistake and thought she got pork). The chicken was in HUGE chunks, the coating was mushy and the bell peppers were like a quarter bell pepper each. The chow mein had chunks of beef that were 3" to almost 4". Last we had a shrimp dish, the shrimp was barely cooked, whatever sauce was on it was like a raw egg consistency and it extremely salty. My reviews will show some serious criticism over some bad meals, this ranks within the top 2 worst I have ever had. A complete waste of almost $100.00 Soong Soong is EWW EWW! We didn't order any beverage so we just had iced water. Unfortunately, I stopped drinking it after the first sip because the water had a taste that I personally didn't enjoy.
