I needed it to be attached firmly to the frame of the truck, not just to the sheet metal of the bed, which would not be strong enough to lift the generator without damaging the truck. Aaron responded promptly when called. He took his time trouble-shooting various possible solutions, and came up with a simple, inexpensive plan. He returned today and did the job in a couple of hours, including welding, and then stuck around and assisted me in load testing of the crane. Crane works and stows beautifully. SO, Aaron did not only did excellent work, but brainstormed with me for a solution unique to my circumstances. I will be hiring Aaron again soon for some other projects, he was very easy to work with, and stayed within his estimate which was reasonable to begin with.

I received a phone call about two hours later, after the 30-point maintenance inspection was done (which I didn't receive a copy of from the auto center) in about two hours. They suggested additional maintenance due to the car's mileage and age. The total cost was going to be over $2400. I picked up my car at the end of the day right before they closed. I was told that they couldn't finish the maintenance because one of the parts was defective. They asked me to return the next day, which I did. I spent most of the next day waiting for the part to arrive. I watched them through the window to the garage ask they worked on my car. I saw my car drive back and forth several times in the stall (start, stop, back up, drive, repeatedly). I saw them move my car up and down the hydraulic lift a few times. No one ever came to me to explain what was happening. I stayed until the end of the day again, but they still couldn't complete the maintenance on my car, because they had no solution. They asked me to bring it in the next day and leave it for at least two hours so they could figure out why my car was still making noise from when I first brought it in. I was not happy with their customer care. I felt very frustrated and scammed. I never returned to this business to have them TRY to figure out what was wrong with my car. In the future, I will act regarding getting quotes and second opinions. Also, I will make sure I get a copy of the maintenance inspection. This was a very expensive lesson, and one I will not repeat in the future.
