Quoted me nearly $1400 to fix the issue with my car confirming that the work would fix the car…read more When I went to pick it up, they informed me that the issue I brought the car in for was completely unchanged, car still wasn't running, but the bill was now $1900 for all the unnecessary work they did. Wouldn't give me back my car long enough to get the unnecessary new parts removed. Three illegal things in the state of WA - doing unnecessary work, lying to the customer about the problem and needed work, and increasing the estimate by over 10% (more like 30%) without confirming with the customer. Ended up having to deal with their corporate office who eventually sorted it out for us, but if we hadn't been persistent enough to fight them on it, they'd have just taken 130% of the estimate while having done absolutely nothing to address the problem. We agreed to pay them for their unnecessary labour, so we're out $400 plus the cost of the tows there and back and we're right back at square one. These guys are predators.

Both locations are horrible. I took my car into the Bremerton location twice ... and the Silverdale…read more/ Bremerton location once. My car ended up stopping in the middle of the highway (with my kids in the backseat) Turns out both locations were just treating my engine with new coils and spark plugs when really the third cylinder was going out (as posted in the photo). Both shops not only put me in danger but also my children. I would never recommend either locations ... no honest work is done here (except for the mechanic who reported what was actually happening).

Pricing aside their service and kindness are so amazing Id choose them if their prices were not the highest. Thank you Jordan, Daniel, Matt and Logan (I believe). Also, AWESOME popcorn amd coffee. Do not trust them! They tried to tell me I needed $2k+…read morerepairs. Got a second opinion and all the parts they said needed replaced were in perfect condition. This is so unethical because my car, although only 75k miles is very very old and they no longer make parts for it. So after-market and expensive parts would be used. The issue is my cars computer system does not like after-market parts and often rejects them, so just changing parts would have caused me a lot of trouble in the future. Very unethical to 1.sell something I don't need and 2. knowing it would be a severe downgrade from the original parts. Also, the price they quoted for parts was highly inflated. My friend showed me the parts online and, although would be higher at a shop, these were outlandishly higher. My mechanic friend is positive they were giving me the "woman price" and it felt that way. Lastly... this is primarily a tire shop, right? So when they said it wasn't safe for me to drive off unless I had my lug nuts replaced, this tire shop didn't have the lug nuts in stock. What tire shop doesn't have lug nuts in stock? They were friendly and communicative about it. They called around and found some and had them brought to their shop, which was nice of them to do that. It took about 5 hours and $200 to replace all lug nuts (which, by the way) resolved the original problem I came in for. Glad I got a 2nd opinion somewhere else because none of these things needed to be replaced. They saw a single woman in a nice car and tried to do a scam. They would have done more damage replacing original parts with aftermarket. I thought we could trust mechanics in 2026, but now I am skeptical of all mechanics. They give their profession a bad name.
