FULL MAKEUP style brows... which... for me the whole point of getting my brows done would be so they give me a little boost even when I don't have ANY makeup on... which is frequent. Soooooooooooo... six years later from my first inclination that I might like to get this done... I finally one night just google to find the best in my area. I REALLY liked that Krysten's before & after page shows really great brows that looks NATURAL! Defined, well groomed and well shaped but def natural looking! I don't want that oh wow you did your brows today type look. SOoooooooooooooooooooooo anywho... just took the jump of faith and booked. Visit went super well, was quick! I was there maybe an hour and a half total, which is efficient considering you have to numb several times throughout and she has you check and then does some touch-ups if you would like. I WILL say... I SHOULD HAVE DONE THIS SOONER!!! They look AMAZING! Krysten's handouts definitely give plenty of info on what to expect, how to care and all that and that you need to allow for healing time to see how they'll turn out BUT all that aside. ... she got the shape amazingly and I DEF will be going back for my 10 week touch up. She greeted me when I arrived, offered me a drink, and went into super detail about the different types of brow work they do. I ended up going with a power brow due to its really natural look and the process took about two hours from start to finish. I was a little nervous after my first visit because honestly, my brows were really uneven and it was going to be a process. After my follow up appointment, I was thrilled about how things turned out. I shouldn't have to go back for a touch up for around a year. I highly recommend coming here if you're looking for some brow work. Faith did wonders!

I even brought my 7 year old daughter with me a couple times and she was also treated poorly. The attitude my manicurist had this morning was one of irritation and like I shouldn't be breathing the same air as her. I was told immediately that I couldn't change my service from gel extensions to a regular manicure because of cost. Why not offer me a great manicure with up charges to balance out the cost. It wasn't about the cost to me it was about getting the nail treatment I wanted. Then I was told not to touch anything and that my hands were hers and not to use my phone or drink my coffee. I'm 46 and did neither. She chided me like a child preemptively. Awkward. Then told me she doesn't cut down gel x when I wanted them shorter, only to later go ahead and do just that. But not until she showed me her irritation in my wanting them shorter. She was irritated with me again when I didn't want another coat of polish. She never made eye contact with me and refused to engage in any small talk during the appointment. It was literally miserable. The staff dresses like they just got out of bed. One girl had a bloody zombie face on her shirt. Unprofessional in appearance, attitude, and customer service. I would not recommend this salon.

That person changed her mind, I was told to wait because some texts about availability went out, but that was a "lie", too. This situation is unacceptable and unprofessional! I had to drive twice from Westerville about 45 minutes each way for an appointment that was cancelled or never scheduled! This is unbelievable! I couldn't make this up...later, they had the audacity to text about my next appointment. I don't support unprofessional businesses that I cannot rely on. Also, I don't recommend this place because they luck of professional etiquette.
