I made it clear that my skin is sensitive and that I've had past issues with products triggering cystic acne on my chin. The esthetician was friendly, and the facial itself was very relaxing. I got home and had to wash my face off to remove the scrub left on skin and heavy thick moisturizer. as soon as i put warm water on my face I felt a burning sensation. all over. the deems plane had left scrapes and red bumps all over my face. I had to get hydro cortisone to calm the burn and itching. I went to the Easton store to speak to a manager and none on site on Sunday and I was assured a manager would contact me. it is 15 days later and no contact from Boss Gal to even inquire if I am ok and how my skin is healing. I have been a customer for some time but I will never go back.
