First time micro-blader here!…read more I've been wanting to get my brows microbladed for yearrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrs but just haven't pulled the trigger, for multiple reasons. I like my brows a certain style when I shade them and I've always been worried the artist wouldn't get my style right, it's super expensive AND I just overall don't know that I'd be super happy with the outcome b/c all the styles I've seen have just way too big and bold like... FULL MAKEUP style brows... which... for me the whole point of getting my brows done would be so they give me a little boost even when I don't have ANY makeup on... which is frequent. Soooooooooooo... six years later from my first inclination that I might like to get this done... I finally one night just google to find the best in my area. I REALLY liked that Krysten's before & after page shows really great brows that looks NATURAL! Defined, well groomed and well shaped but def natural looking! I don't want that oh wow you did your brows today type look. SOoooooooooooooooooooooo anywho... just took the jump of faith and booked. Visit went super well, was quick! I was there maybe an hour and a half total, which is efficient considering you have to numb several times throughout and she has you check and then does some touch-ups if you would like. I WILL say... I SHOULD HAVE DONE THIS SOONER!!! They look AMAZING! Krysten's handouts definitely give plenty of info on what to expect, how to care and all that and that you need to allow for healing time to see how they'll turn out BUT all that aside. ... she got the shape amazingly and I DEF will be going back for my 10 week touch up. It was ... decently painful... not excrutiating and mostly just right at the end, but ... will keep enduring for the results!!! Overall, if you're thinking of having your brows done THIS IS THE PLACE AND KRYSTEN IS YOUR GAL! Do it! You will NOT regret!

My review is to truly state..in 3 days all of the permanent makeup was gone. So be careful...maybe get 1 eyelid done and see if you are a candidate for this service. I spent a lot of money (it was not extremely painful) but not a walk in the park either, for nothing to show for. My only beef is this....why not tell clients to do a test first instead of taking their money knowing the percentages? Not a complaint just an FYI before going all in. I got home and had to wash my face off to remove the scrub left on skin and heavy thick moisturizer. as soon as i put warm water on my face I felt a burning sensation. all over. the deems plane had left scrapes and red bumps all over my face. I had to get hydro cortisone to calm the burn and itching. I went to the Easton store to speak to a manager and none on site on Sunday and I was assured a manager would contact me. it is 15 days later and no contact from Boss Gal to even inquire if I am ok and how my skin is healing. I have been a customer for some time but I will never go back.

The reason why I'm leaving a review though is to mention that the experience wasn't what I'd hope for. Being naïve with my first ever lash lift, I paid for my session and tipped. I'm sitting in my car trying to feel myself and these new lifted lashes, but all I could see was black residue from products she used. My lashes were also clearly unevenly curled which was unfortunate. I feel like Kay was not taking care of me, assisting other people while it was seconds from removing product from my lashes. I was never in a private room like the other clients, but sat in the main room where people entered and left the building. I'm not sure If I'll be coming back, but I'm desperately looking for a reliable place in Columbus still. Also I wanted to mention that she did tell me that if I called within the next week I could get them redone, but this was only if they had visibly fallen. As much as I hoped they would fall a little so I could get them redone, the lashes stay intact for the most part! It was the experience during and the results that really bummed me out!
