I had to get hydro cortisone to calm the burn and itching. I went to the Easton store to speak to a manager and none on site on Sunday and I was assured a manager would contact me. it is 15 days later and no contact from Boss Gal to even inquire if I am ok and how my skin is healing. I have been a customer for some time but I will never go back.
