    I bought a Groupon for Henna Brows and was excited as this was my first time getting them done and…read moremy first time at Oasis. I saw the pictures of the Henna brows and they looked so good! I want to say I am mainly giving 3 stars because the employees were very nice! It's located in the Kenny Square Mall Plaza and I would've never discovered it if it were not for Groupon. The place looks very updated and clean. I checked in with Jay at the front desk and they had me wait outside until Kara was ready for me. Kara was very kind. She asked me what I wanted for my brows. I previously got them microbladed and it was fading into this red color. Yuck! She tried to cover up my previous microblading lines which I appreciated. My brows were very rounded and arched. I like a more defined line and then a slight arch, which you could tell from my microblading outline. I did ask her a couple of times to straighten them out and make them less rounded. She also asked Jay for her opinion on the brows. Jay told her the tail was uneven on both sides. My left brow looked fine, but my right brow was not what I wanted. It was too extended. I saw Kara's brows as she said she had just gotten them done and I even said I liked the shape of her brows as it was what I wanted! I didn't know what to expect because this was my first time and Kara said after 24 hours and a shower it would be less dark and blotchy. I did not get them wet for the first 24 hours as those were the instructions. I thought they were going to fade in some spots and create more of a structured brow. I didn't mind the darkness, but I did not like the shape of my brows at all. It has been 3 days since I got them done and it has faded at the beginning of my brows and at the tail. It's still blotchy so it's whiter in some parts than others. I went on a trip and was so self-conscious about my brows the entire time and still am. I can tell they are not going to last the "up to 6 weeks" as it is already fading and uneven in color. I thought everyone was extremely nice, but my first experience for my brows was not what I expected!

I was told that my membership was successfully cancelled; this was not true. I was charged for months before they actually cancelled my membership. I called for weeks after I noticed the first charge, and emailed. I was ignored for months until I finally got a response saying my account had been cancelled due to my request. They then said I would be getting reimbursed for the hundreds of dollars they stole from me - which has not happened. Upon reaching out multiple times about the reimbursement (and originally for cancelling my membership) I have been ignored time and time again. The owners and management of this establishment are money hungry liars. They will take your money and take advantage of you. DO NOT USE PLUSH. Even now I am still trying to get the reimbursement they promised me. Beyond horrible. I would give 0 stars if I could.

The reason why I'm leaving a review though is to mention that the experience wasn't what I'd hope for. Being naïve with my first ever lash lift, I paid for my session and tipped. I'm sitting in my car trying to feel myself and these new lifted lashes, but all I could see was black residue from products she used. My lashes were also clearly unevenly curled which was unfortunate. I feel like Kay was not taking care of me, assisting other people while it was seconds from removing product from my lashes. I was never in a private room like the other clients, but sat in the main room where people entered and left the building. I'm not sure If I'll be coming back, but I'm desperately looking for a reliable place in Columbus still. Also I wanted to mention that she did tell me that if I called within the next week I could get them redone, but this was only if they had visibly fallen. As much as I hoped they would fall a little so I could get them redone, the lashes stay intact for the most part! It was the experience during and the results that really bummed me out!

    I've been a loyal client here for three years. When my longtime stylist left, I switched to a new…read moretechnician who is talented, but my retention suddenly became very poor. Within five days of my last refill, I was visibly missing at least half of my lashes, with full fans falling onto my shirt. My stylist and I had been trying to troubleshoot together, so I went in simply to show what was happening in real time ,not to ask for anything free. Instead of being met with curiosity or problem-solving, I was immediately lectured about aftercare, interrupted multiple times, and spoken to with an attitude. I was pressed about whether I washed my lashes three times a week (it was only day five), and when I tried to explain what I was experiencing, I was told to "listen" rather than be heard. Then I was informed that because my stylist wasn't present, I wasn't eligible for any kind of consideration by her and that complimentary fixes are only offered within 48 hours of application. At no point did I ask for a free refill; I simply wanted someone to look at what was happening and help determine the cause or document for my stylist who wasn't present. Instead, I was treated as if I were trying to take advantage of the salon. This interaction should have been handled very differently. If a client is experiencing unusual shedding, the appropriate response is to document the issue, take photos, and follow up with the stylist and manager not to scold the customer or dismiss their concerns. For $180 plus tip a month, I expect basic professionalism, respect, and a clear escalation process when problems arise. Unfortunately, this experience made it clear that those things are not in place, which is why I ultimately cancelled my membership. Potential clients should be aware that if something goes wrong, you may not be treated with the care or respect you'd expect.
