I've been a loyal client here for three years. When my longtime stylist left, I switched to a new technician who is talented, but my retention suddenly became very poor. Within five days of my last refill, I was visibly missing at least half of my lashes, with full fans falling onto my shirt. My stylist and I had been trying to troubleshoot together, so I went in simply to show what was happening in real time ,not to ask for anything free. Instead of being met with curiosity or problem-solving, I was immediately lectured about aftercare, interrupted multiple times, and spoken to with an attitude. I was pressed about whether I washed my lashes three times a week (it was only day five), and when I tried to explain what I was experiencing, I was told to "listen" rather than be heard. Then I was informed that because my stylist wasn't present, I wasn't eligible for any kind of consideration by her and that complimentary fixes are only offered within 48 hours of application. At no point did I ask for a free refill; I simply wanted someone to look at what was happening and help determine the cause or document for my stylist who wasn't present. Instead, I was treated as if I were trying to take advantage of the salon. This interaction should have been handled very differently. If a client is experiencing unusual shedding, the appropriate response is to document the issue, take photos, and follow up with the stylist and manager not to scold the customer or dismiss their concerns. For $180 plus tip a month, I expect basic professionalism, respect, and a clear escalation process when problems arise. Unfortunately, this experience made it clear that those things are not in place, which is why I ultimately cancelled my membership. I really wanted this to work due to the location's proximity to my home and the membership option however I never got the opportunity to fully experience the service despite spending over $500. My 1st set although sparse looked good and was very natural, so I joined however I didn't find out I wasn't a member until the following month when they admitted to losing my info which is easy to do since you fill it out with dry erase marker. My retention wasn't great so they got me in for a refill which I liked the look of even more. I went in for my next refill (rejoined again) and bought more products. This time however within 2 days you could barely tell I had extensions. So I emailed since it was weekend (still never received a response) and then called Monday morning. They got me in and the tech couldn't believe how poor the retention so she took pictures. I left pretty happy. The receptionist scheduled me for 1 week out because she said the remaining from the poor application will likely fall out and they did. Long story short this game went on for 3 months so I canceled my appointment and membership and I was told Nicki would contact me. Nope. When we finally spoke after I left a message and sent another email, everything I had experienced made sense. I have been getting my lashes done for about 4 years now, and this is my best experience. I absolutely love this place!!! Ciara is my go to! She is great. This is a full relaxation experience. Very inviting, cool but they give you a blanket, and wireless HEADPHONES!!! You can pick from a few different stations to listen to while while getting serviced. My lashes last the full two weeks. Often I come back and barely any have fallen off. I gave 4 stars because my appointment NEVER starts on time. Like never. I've waited as long 45 mins, an avg of 10 mins. I did not get what I asked for!!the esthetician (Kelsey) did not inform me that my eyelashes were too thin and the placement and fullness would not be able to be achieved until after I told her that she didn't do what I asked for. When you go in they offer you anything to drink (they even have alcohol), cover you in a blanket and let you relax while they give you a full treatment. This was not listed anywhere on the website for the promo or on the promotion email I received. I selected "any stylist" through the promo link. I would have preferred going to a less senior stylist to get the promo deal, but had know idea this extra charge even existed. Seems like a poor way to treat new customers. I will be going elsewhere for my next lash appointment. Also - to the management who did nothing when I nicely raised the issue - can you imagine any other business in which this would be acceptable? If you went to a restaurant and they had the senior-chef working that day instead of the junior-chef, so they charged you 2x the price that they showed you on the menu? And then didn't tell you until after you ate it? That would never happen. It is just a $100, yes, but honestly the principal of it is really backwards. Had to find a new place for lashes after my stylist for the last three years moved. This was close to home and looked nice enough. Got a full set the first time that didn't even last four days. They tried to "make it right" and I got them redone and those lasted just almost two weeks until they were completely gone. (I used to go every three weeks for a minor fill and they still looked good!!) then I got another full set, three and a half weeks after the first one and those were almost completely gone in less than a week. I called the manager, Mandy, who told me that it had to be my fault and that it didn't matter that I had been having them done for years (for a lot less!!!) and never had this problem. She absolutely refused to hear logic. They use low quality product so that you'll have to come in more frequently and they charge 50% more than places that use high quality products. Although my lashes look great, I'm only on the 3rd or 4th day and some of them are already falling out. The girl who did them was really sweet, but definitely took her time.... it took over 3 hours to do a very natural set (which is already falling out, may I remind you...). My mom recently got hers done at a different salon out of state and they are dramatic and not falling out, AND only took a little over an hour. Would reccomend this salon, but only if you have A LOT of time to spare. read more

I scheduled an appointment for a classic set of lashes. When they evaluated my lashes I was told that the classic would not work with my lashes. She told me I need the hybrid which is more expensive. I trusted what I was told. She struggled to get the lashes to stay on. A client came in next to me and was also told classic would not work for her. When she was done I was asked if they were to heavy. I liked how they looked and I also expressed concern she the girl had a difficult time getting them to stay on. I was told if there is a problem to call and they would get me I . My appointment was on Tuesday afternoon so they would look good for my sons wedding on Saturday. By Friday which was only day 3 of the lashes. I had lost enough lashes that even my husband saw a gap. I called Friday as soon as they opened and they could not get me in until 4pm. Rehearsal was at 4:30. On wedding day, which was only 4 days later they did not look good. I have had lashes in the past and did not have any problems with them staying on. The girl that put lashes on be in the past did looked at them and said they should never have used the hybrid lashes. That was a total waste of $200. Within a week I have about 5 lashes left. I feel like the recommendation for hybrids was just about making more money. Needs-lees to say I would never return nor recommend this place. read more

I would first like to say that this review is not based off of the service given by the stylist nor their work, because that is awesome! My review is based off of the membership and my last appointment issues. As far as the business side, that's another story. First, the issue was with the contract. I was so super excited about getting a membership. I was explained that I would get 2 fills a month with the membership. But what they fail to explain is that 2 fills are given within a 30 day range from when the membership starts, they said "monthly", which is the wrong wording. When I was told that it was 2 a month I was thinking 2 for the month of January, 2 for February, etc. and that the membership was like a gym membership or something similar. NO! So if you get your membership on July 14th, you have til August 14th to get your fills. I wish it was explained to me like that but it wasn't until I went in to get a fill and was told that I was done for the month. Soooo, I got over that issue and said ok it was miscommunication, whatever. I let it go. So my appointment was October 5th, I called in the morning to confirm my appointment time and was told by the owners girlfriend that my membership payment didn't come out of my account. I explained to her that it was impossible because it was more than enough money in there to pay for it. Her response was "well it didn't come out and you have to pay in another form, we can't take that card anymore and it must be an issue with your bank." I was so confused and because she was kinda rude I was like I'm canceling. She said "well you can go to the bank and get cash and come in, and cancel after we receive the money you owe us", well that would have worked if I wasn't taking time off work to go in for my appointment. I explained this to her and explained that the bank was out of the way and that she needs to try my card again. Her response was "the office manager isn't here today, she is sick, and I don't see why you can't go get cash and come in". I felt like I was being inconvenienced and she just wanted "the money I owe them", like I was in debt to them or something. I was so angry and fed up! So I went up there for my appointment, and as soon as I pulled up I received a text message from the owners girlfriend that read: Hi Cheina... it finally went through!! It processed at 9:00 this morning!! Sorry for the stress!.... STRESS! You have no idea! I was so furious I canceled my membership on the spot! I got my lashes done, gave my stylist a tip, said goodbye, and left! I did explain to my stylist why I wouldn't be back. She said she would talk to the owner and see what he could do. She was not happy that I wouldn't come back and that I went through that. I couldn't believe she put me through all that bullshit that morning! Like I said, it's an awesome place, I probably wouldn't have canceled my membership if I talked to the owner, and if it wasn't "user error" on her end from screwing up the system or not doing something right. If you get a membership here, make sure the person helping you knows what they are doing, make sure they fully explained how it works, and make sure they take ownership for their fuck ups, if they have any. Don't let them make you feel like your the reason things happen! Good luck! I heard there maybe another location opening, I may take my chances to go there to get a membership and even drive the extra miles just to avoid nonsense! I wish I had more time to write, but I don't, therefore this is all I have time to tell, but I will be making more reviews for this location on other sites!
