Triple yum. Two businesses in a truly awesome working symbiotic relationship. 603 BBQ and Lithermans Brewing, right next to each other and each providing truly superb food and drinks respectively. You can actually get your brews next door, stand in line, and there is a table where you can temporarily place your brew in the no man's land between the two businesses, before going to sit outside in the ample outdoor areas. The area is interestingly industrial but both places seem so popular that it's hard to believe. We tried their tacos and the Mac & cheese. Both superb! And we added a side Pork Belly ration. What came out was in a large tray. The tacos were succulent, lots and lots of meat, onions, cheese, and lettuce. Delicious. The Mac and Cheese was spectacular, a seemingly bottomless barrel of Mac and Cheese covered in shredded barbecue brisket. Yummy.... The mood, inside and outside, is cheerful and festive. The waitstaff took our orders into the Litherman brewery so we wouldn't have to go back to the store. What a class act. Bottom line - worth a trip. Seriously.

Repeat customer here! This place is the best BBQ around. My boyfriend lived in Texas for years and said this is "real Texas BBQ". Get there early, they open at noon and there is typically a line. They close when they are sold out. I think they pretty much always sell out. We have sampled everything and it's all pretty amazing. I love the pulled pork and brisket and normally get them on nachos. He gets the giant sampler platter each time. I haven't had the sides but he's loved them all. Note for people with allergies - they are very transparent about ingredient and cross-contamination. I'm wheat allergy and have been OK eating the brisket which doesn't use wheat ingredients. I've also been ok with the pulled pork (I think there is wheat in the sauce). Both are totally exposed to wheat in the smoker, it is not dedicated. This would NOT be safe for celiac.

I headed to Concord NH for the day with my son for his Fine Arts Competition, so I looked up something not fast food, and 603 Bar-B-Q showed up. At first I was worried about possible lines (as we had a small window for our lunch). It helped that I came as soon as they opened. I was the second person in line in this small quaint bbq place (the line formed quickly afterwards). Like most bbq places, it is a bit pricey. Just the two of us, it turned out to be $80 for the sampler, pulled pork nachos, and 2 drinks. There were cheaper meals (sandwiches, meals, around $20) if you're price conscious. Price aside, lemme tell you: it is fantastic! In the sampler we chose the pulled pork, brisket, and burnt ends, mac and cheese (2) and cornbread. The highlight is most definitely the burnt ends - sweet delicious bits of meaty and fatty goodness. The burnt ends are served in a sauce, which is the first time I've had them that way, but boy were they addictive - I would have canned the pulled pork for double had I known its majesty. Pro tip: call ahead if you are looking for their smoked turkey leg - the guy in front of me tried to order it, but it turns out they don't always make them. If I lived in the area, this would be in rotation. Will miss you, 603!

ABSOLUTELY FIRE! We came on a Thursday for lunch and there was a line before opening!! All the flavors are so good. The brisket is so tender and soft. It literally melts in your mouth. We also got the Barbacoa which was hands down my favorite. The sausage was my least favorite but still overall solid. The elote corn and the corn bread added different flavors to the mix. You order, sit down and they bring the food to you. It's very causal in there and all the staff are really friendly. I WOULD 100% come back.

Very hyped still! We came right around 12 noon and there was quite a line. Waited about an hour total probably between the line and wait for the food once we ordered. We got a cheddar jalapeño sausage, brisket, pulled pork, and turkey. The turkey and sausage was my favorite, then the brisket, then the pulled pork. Felt like the meat lacked seasoning and also wasn't super tender. The different barbecue sauces also weren't very distinct. We got slaw, beans, Mac and cheese, and banana pudding. The slaw was good but nothing to write home about, the beans were way too sweet for us, and the Mac was on the drier side and wicked smokey. The banana pudding was mostly just pudding with whipped cream on top and crushed nilla wafers. Seating in the adjacent brewery was convenient. Over all it was fine! Wouldn't necessarily wait in line for it again but I do think the sausage and turkey was worth returning for

Tough to find in back of an industrial park, and it's next door to Litherman's Brewery, who'll let you eat the barbecue in there. Ditto on outside benches in the summer, where you can see the two old-school smokers at work. You order over-the-counter and take your food to the table of choice (including 4 inside the barbecue joint), or your car. Smoked Turkey: Elite. The best I have had outside of Texas and far and away the best I've had in New England and New York. Luscious texture, strong briney flavor and natural poultry flavor with lesser but noticeable contributions from smoke. And juicy, which you can't say about most barbecue restaurant turkey. I know what you're thinking: who wants to go to a barbecue joint for turkey? Yeah, yeah, but trust me, it's worth it. Get it on a 3-meat, 3-side combo and your bet is hedged. Brisket: Elite and probably top 3 for all of New England. (As a point of reference, I've had Messy Mike's, Rusty Can, BT's, Hoodoo Brown, and theirs is up there with all of them.) Bark is still crunchy and has lots of salty rub flavor. Inside, the meat is tender (even the flat), juicy and slightly smoky. There's some extra fat, but easily trimmed away and given the generous portion size, a minor detail. Sometimes you get a few burnt ends thrown in. Quality has been high on all three visits. Pork Ribs: There's a light glaze on top that makes them sweeter than the Texas style the joint exudes, and there's a bit of a maply breakfast sausage flavor. On one visit, very fresh; on two other visits, a little longer in the tooth. All visits, good texture, moist and coming easily off the bone without falling off or being mushy. Overall, good, but can't say elite or near-elite. Sausage: Elite. Homemade and flavor rotates. Cheddar Brisket one visit was great. Maple Blueberry Gouda on another visit interesting for sure, but not my thing. Both were executed very well, with snap, tenderness, juiciness, and smoke. Lengthy and easy to share. If they have sausage and you don't get it, it's a lost opportunity for greatness. Pork Belly Burnt Ends: This concept is becoming fairly common nowadays, and everyone does them differently. Here, they're thick bacony chunks soaking in a thin, sweet sauce. That takes a lot of the crispness away, and although it adds flavor, it hides the meat flavor too. Pleasant enough, but other things on the menu take precedent. If you love sweet, your mileage may vary. Definitely worth a try. Pulled Pork: A fist-sized ball of ropy strands. Texture had some chew to it instead of the usual mush. Moist for sure, but not as juicy as the other meats. Lightly sauced to add flavor without taking anything away from the meat. Barbacoa: Available on tacos and by the pound, I choose the latter to taste the smoky artistry with no distractions. Intense beefiness, almost like organs, but with a brisket-like format, only silkier. Pleasing texture, with bumpy rubby edges, a tender chew, and very good moistness. Juicy even. Would like a little more crunch to the exterior, but nicely done. Turkey Leg: Tried one as a special and liked the beautiful red tint to the meat, the juiciness, the snap, and strong poultry flavor with hints of haminess in a good way. Another one where I wish there were more crunch to the exterior, but nicely done. "Texas Twinkie": This frequent special is a smoked bacon-wrapped, cheese-stuffed jalapeño. Wish it were more crispy (it had just enough that I can't say it wasn't crispy), but great flavor from all three components. A little toaster oven time at home would make these perfect. Smoked Burger: Brisket blend, cooked low and slow, plenty of flavor, plenty of juice, no condiments needed. Sides: Mac and cheese a bit dry, coleslaw creamy and herby with good crunch, beans an elevated version of the canned style. All decent; no better, no worse. Unless you're going for the combo deal, I recommend skipping the sides and squeezing in one more meat. There's no such thing as the perfect barbecue joint, so yeah, there are a few dings above, but this place does enough things well and enough things REALLY well that they earn a 5 from me. My usual go-to trio is ribs-brisket-pork, but here I'd go brisket-turkey-sausage, with barbacoa and ribs alternating as add-ons. This is a bunch of good guys who know how to smoke and have a passion for their craft. I'll be back often.

They sold out of pulled pork while I was in line which sucked, but I knew that might happen. My second choice (brisket sandwich) was very yummy, and the free hot cocoa outside is cute. It doesn't beat my favorite barbecue restaurant, but it's a close second.

Been eagerly wanting to try this restaurant for several months since I accidently stumbled upon it in an Instagram posting. We arrived 30 minutes prior to them opening and were about the 7th party in line. We were glad we arrived early, the line moves slow once they open because they only have one register at the counter. They have about 5 picnic tables inside, we weren't sure if we would be lucky enough to get a seat when it was our turn but we were. We shared the table with another couple which I admire is the "unspoken" rule to do here. Otherwise there is a brewery right next door that opens at the same time with ample outdoor seating. Im not sure what the rules are for sitting there. If we didn't get a table inside, we were preparing to order a beer and take our food over there. Order at the counter and food is brought to your table. We spent $72 on our meal but we don't regret it. We wanted to try everything, and we sure did. Between the two of us we even had left overs which was enough to have for dinner later. We ordered the sampler platter and our 3 meats of choice were brisket, burnt ends and barbacoa. We were the most disappointed in the barbacoa, though the seasoning was amazing, it was very fatting. We were pleasantly surprised with the burnt ends, the sweet and savory flavor and was so tender. But our favorite was the brisket, it had so much flavor and it just melted in your mouth. With the sampler platter, we also got 3 sides: a large piece of corn bread, elote, and mac n cheese. All were wonderful. We had one Texas twinkie, be warned it packed a heated punch! It was spicy but we loved it. The cheddar jalapeño was amazing with quite a crunch on the skin. Lastly we had the banana pudding, I wasn't a fan of it. It was definitely missing something. But it appears most of their attention is drawn towards the main feature: the BBQ. Finally a great BBQ place in New Hampshire! Hoping they grow to a bigger location soon. They are all hard workers! They sell out so get there early

603 Barbecue in New Hampshire is honestly so good. The place feels relaxed and cozy, and the smell of the smoked meat hits you as soon as you walk in--it'll make you hungry fast. The barbecue is full of flavor and cooked just right. I was surprised by how good the ELOTE was--super smooth and creamy. And the mac and cheese is a must-try. It's really cheesy and comforting. If you're anywhere close by, you should definitely check this place out!

I decided to try 603 Barbecue with high hopes because I had struck out at other places. Growing up in Texas, Barbecue is like a religion where you must produce the best product you can and 603 Barbecue blew away any doubts I had about finding an excellent barbecue place in New England. If you want tender delicious barbecue with a nice smoke ring, come try this place out, you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely delicious! We were in a road trip from St Johnsbury to Cape Cod and HAD to try based on all the amazing reviews. They were not wrong. Be sure to get there early as they sell out quick. There is indoor and outdoor seating too. Each table is equipped with at least 4 different sauces for the sampling.

Brisket, pulled pork, corn bread, coleslaw, street corn, loaded baked potato, and banana pudding.

Had to see what the hype was about so waited in line for about a 1/2 to try this place. It delivered as it was the best brisket I've had and the sides were legit too. Get here early as the place opens at noon and they were sold out at 3:15.
