Ordered the Birria Pizza - Very Disappointing .. Barely any meat, it was cold, and they brought the consume when we were almost done (had to remind them twice). Then it was only about two ounces. Not a good visit.

A slice from our 14 inch City Pie (not individually sold slice).

Kind of a microbrewery vibe (as it has one - maybe? Not really a drinker). It has a selection of draught beers First time visit. We ordered a 14 inch City Pie (kind of like a Supreme pizza). Nice, hot, fresh pizza that just hit the spot. Really good pizza. They have an odd offering that I'm not used to (probably just me), bottles of 600 Green Sauce and 600 Red Sauce (two types of hot sauce at the table) that I experimented with on my pizza. I thought the red sauce was going to be really hot. I am no connoisseur, but I couldn't tell the difference. Nothing fancy or amazing. Just a nice pizza of the taste and quality I would expect in this type of place. They take your order at a counter, give you a number, and bring it to your table. They took our order and delivered it with the service and speed I would expect. Added to our rotation.

Excellent pizza, actually a bit better than our last visit to the Georgetown location. All their pizzas are good, but this one was pretty tasty, and the location with the brewery was a bit more spacious, didn't have to dodge other people's kids to enjoy the meal. Service was friendly and fast. Got to try some of their hummus and marinara dipping sauce, and they were really good as well. Table had a couple of bottles of their sauces, added a little extra zing without the usual red pepper sprinkles. Ignore the laughably bad reviews, come judge for yourself.

You just look at the numbers on the floor of the cage, and pick your numbers. You can't buy a square that someone else bought. So it's good to be early and buy your square numbers before someone else does. This is outside, and it's covered from the sun, and they do have fans blowing. It was hot today. But being in the shade and with fans running. Really wasn't that bad. There is a food truck outside too. Burgers and fries. I bought my first drink at the bar, but asked if they serve outside too. They do server outside. And they do have drink menus on the large picnics tables outside too. I got the sand trap drink. Refreshing and fruity. I didn't stay inside because the game was outside. But the inside is pretty large. Not a lot of people inside. But there are a lot of tables. And it was decorated with sports memorabilia. Outside they have tvs and a really large tv against the wall. Had a great time with the bingo game. I didn't win. But I was happy to contribute, since half the pot goes to a children's hospital. I would come here again and play. Maybe bring guests from out of town to check it out. I mean, who else plays chicken shit bingo?

For my Aggies out there, this spot definitely has a Longhorn club feel, just FYI! Drinks are solid--you can definitely find your favorite. No beer? No problem! The food is still good, but service is terrible. We went a week ago and the AC was broken, so it was hot and miserable...but there were no signs. Our waitress just happened to mention it and also said they were low on ice. The waitress was nice enough, but soooooo slow. A few times I thought she forgot about us. Getting our bar drinks took forever. At one point we were waiting for something and she was a few tables down just chatting it up with other customers. She stayed at that table for at least 5 minutes which feels like forever when you're waiting for something. We went several times in the first several months after they opened and loved it. We went a few months ago and the service was bad, but we were hoping it was just a bad night so we decided to give them another chance. It was even worse. We will not be going back and I don't think it's going to stay in business if this is how it's being run.

I pulled up thinking I was just grabbing a little happy hour snack, and suddenly I'm knee-deep in plates like I'm at an all-you-can-eat taste-test sponsored by destiny. Happy hour food? We ordered everything. Literally. If it was on the happy hour menu, we said "yes." If there was a button that said "Are you sure?" we hit "confirm" without reading the terms and conditions. No regrets. Happy hour drinks? Dangerous. Delicious. Deceptively smooth. One more and I would've started singing along to the music videos like I was auditioning for a comeback tour nobody asked for. And speaking of music-- The vibe was straight fire. They were blasting 80s and 90s hits with the actual music videos playing, and I swear for a second I forgot where I was. I thought I was in a time machine, or at least in some kind of retro-themed VIP lounge where everyone has good taste. The nostalgia was hitting harder than the cocktails. The decor? Chef's kiss. It's giving "classy with personality," like the place knows it looks good but doesn't need to brag about it. Service? Perfect. Impeccable. Smooth like they rehearsed it. Savannah and Silvana were fantastic -- professional, friendly, zero stress, and somehow always there with exactly what we needed without hovering like a drone. Ten out of ten humans. The wild part? They have a huge menu. Like, "bring reading glasses" huge. But I didn't even make it past happy hour because that table turned into a small culinary battlefield and I was happily losing. I'm almost embarrassed it took me this long to discover this spot. This place is a hidden gem, and I'm already planning my return like it's a sequel

We started with the garlic knots and the Caprese appetizer, and both disappeared way faster than they should have. The atmosphere was awesome, there were TVs everywhere to catch whatever game you wanted to watch, and the whole place just had a great vibe. As I was leaving the We Are Blood donor center on Bell Boulevard, I thought "why not check out a brewery I don't visit very often for lunch?" (kids, I am a professional. Don't try this at home--a brewery visit right after dropping a pint is probably not a donor center recommendation for most normal folks). A search on "breweries near me" revealed that this spot was 1 mile away. Winner. Plenty of parking front and side, the taproom was pleasant inside and out. I took a seat at a nearly full bar next to a good group of World Cup (ESP/AUT) watchers. Two big TVs over the bar, in a large taproom/dining area with 5 more, shared with the sort of "built-in food truck" called "600 Degrees Pizza" except it's a proper pizza shop, no wheels. There's a shaded outdoor patio with a bar window, and 5 more TVs, and a covered tent area beyond that, with a play area for the kiddos. Had a Ray Ray Hazy IPA, crisp and cold and delicious NE-style IPA. I walked over to the pizza counter and ordered a slice, considered the slice/salad lunch special but opted for the HH slice special, pepperoni at $5. Minutes later a guy delivered the single largest pizza slice I have ever tried to hold in my hand to my seat at the bar. Apparently they do a 6-cut TWENTY FOUR INCH PIE for slices, so my slice was 75.4 square inches of tasty gooey goodness. Unwieldy, and took some tactical consumption logistics calculation, but I finished every bit--a meal for me, and I was glad I skipped the salad. Very good pie, and VERY filling. One more small beer, from Jester King, as I watched Spain knock Austria out 3-0. Friendly folks on both sides of the bar, good beer, and good food in a nice taproom. I'll be back.

With this brewery I got a beer type I don't always get and when I do it's a nice change of pace and that is a Brown Ale. I took the opportunity to get one here and the name of this brewery's version is a fun one... it's called Velvet Nunchuks. The flavor profile in this one is good... in it you can have fun with detecting caramel, roastiness and maltiness. The beer is smooth and has nice mouthful due to that. Whitestone was a good stop even if it is a bit of a ways from downtown Austin.

The restaurant has a great menu for dinner, and a more limited (but very adequate) one for lunch. Pricing is reasonable for the quality and quantity of food served. I had a lovely chicken sandwich with avocado, jack cheese, bacon, arugula, and tomato. The contents were slippery, but tasted very good. The chicken was perfectly cooked. The fries were crispy and seasoned nicely without excess salt. My husband had a chicken Caesar salad and enjoyed it. He also ordered a cherry limeade. I had a taste, and it was very nice... not too sweet. While we enjoyed the food and atmosphere, the service to those arriving needs some attention.

Restaurant was very pretty and clean…read more I ordered fried pork chop, mashed potatoes, jalapeño gravy and an extra side of macaroni & cheese. It was all beautiful to look at but was the worst food I've had in a long time. Some of the Pork Chop breading was fantastic. Salty and very seasoned but unfortunately some of it smelled and tasted like fish. The pork chop itself was absolutely awful. So many tendon-y or grisly-pieces or I'm unsure what the true technically correct term is but they were gross. I kept spitting those pieces out, trying to give it a fair chance but apart from the texture some pieces did not smell good like old pork and some of the breading smelled of fish. I just couldn't stomach it. The potatoes were OK. The gravy was great. The mac and cheese had not one single aspect that was actual mac and cheese. Not one shred of cheese, not one drop of liquid cheese. Zero cheese flavor. If there was any cheese on it at all I certainly did not "recognize" it and that is terrible. Zero flavor, salt, or seasoning at all. It was simply boiled pasta shells. I also got the dump cake no ice cream. I don't understand all the rave reviews. It was also very pretty and the texture was moist amd fluffy. But flavor wise it simply tasted like sugar with a slight hint of I'm unsure what.. I give almost everything a 2nd chance. So I'm willing to try it again. This was so incredibly bad I just can't believe that this is the norm.
