When I arrived, I was told I couldn't receive the service through ClassPass because they offer a first-time client special and that I would need to pay $65 directly through the studio instead. I understand wanting clients to take advantage of a promotional offer, but if a service isn't actually available to be booked through ClassPass, it shouldn't be listed there. At the very least, alternative services that qualify should be offered. What frustrated me most was the response from the front desk. Instead of trying to find a solution, I was essentially told that my ClassPass credits didn't matter and that my only option was to pay out of pocket. As someone who pays for a ClassPass membership, that wasn't an acceptable answer. The issue wasn't the price. It was the lack of transparency and customer service. A little effort to accommodate the customer would have gone a long way.

We got a pedicure for each of us and then got comfortable. I had a male and my husband had a female working on our pedicure. I didn't get their names. We are different because we like our water cool for our feet not warm. We had the Essential Pedicure and the Amber Pedicure. There are a lot of options. Afterwards, a manicure. All was well at this new nail place. On your birthday, they stated they give a 10 percent discount.
