I'm very happy with Simon!!!…read more Renting is stressful and I was looking for a PM that put me at ease. I talked to the references Simon provided, and he soon became my top contender. He offered to be my singular source of contact and to secure a superior quality of renter for my 'home'. He is very experienced and soft spoken but strong armed. I took his recommendations and got the whole house painted, got new carpeting, resurfaced cabinets and pressure washed etc. I had a renter within 2 months of this process. (The only thing is Nobel Real Estate wouldn't lower the 'expenditure without approval' to below $850, so... ) I am really pleased with Simon.

The first time I met the agent, I told him that I wasn't working with any other agent and that he…read morewould be my agent. He followed up with me for several days, and I started working with his broker. Unfortunately, his broker was not very professional. I had already put down $300,000 and owned another home that was fully paid off and worth about $550,000. Yet the broker told me I needed to put down $600,000 to buy a home priced at $850,000 . After that, I went to another broker and got pre-approved almost immediately. I qualified for the home without any problems. All I can say is that they were not very professional. In my opinion, Simon seemed focused only on money. I felt that he was trying to earn commissions from both sides. When I decided not to use his broker, my offer was not accepted, and I was told that another offer had been accepted instead. That was my experience, and it left me feeling that my interests were not the priority.

After doing my research we decided to go with Good Life and I am so glad we did they made the process very easy. Malissa Martinez was my onboarding point of contact and I have to say she was very attentive, responsive and professional. After that my property managment team consisted of Andrei Lechert- Kelly, Gerald Medalla and CJ Flores. Again, more professionalism with this team. Once the property was ready and we agreed on the rental price my home was listed on a Wednesday and by that weekend, Saturday, we have the home rented. It's been 5 months and I have no complaints. They have really taken care of everything and I haven't had to worry about a thing since. Highly recommend Good Life. 10 outta 10.

They immediately emailed me and sent someone to my house with a lease renewal and the rent increase. I called and asked when would the new rent be due; I was told December 12, 2025. I paid my new rent on December 4, 2025, lovely Tenant Planet charged me a $150 late fee (they will not reverse it) the old rent, plus the new and rental insurance. Never mind, I've sent a copy my rental agreement three times. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. I've been renting this property since 2011, and unfortunately, the owner may be loosing me as a tenant. If you're a property owner, think again if you were thinking about using this company.
