Mike thoroughly knows the San Diego market and the various neighborhoods. He patiently spent an extraordinary amount of his time showing us beautiful properties for sale. If you are looking for a realtor with a high level of expertise and professionalism, Mike is unquestioningly the one to choose.

This was the second time we've worked together, and both experiences have been outstanding. Mike and his team are always willing to go above and beyond to help in any way possible. This purchase was especially challenging because of the loan processing company we were working with. There were numerous delays and obstacles along the way, but Mike stepped in and personally helped move things forward by reaching out to our loan officer and underwriter. His involvement made a significant difference in keeping the process moving. What impressed me most was that, even though the home I was purchasing was a value purchase and certainly not one of his multimillion-dollar deals, Mike and his team treated me with the same level of attention, respect, and professionalism. I never felt like my transaction was less important because of the size of the deal. Having the Wolf team on my side made all the difference and ultimately helped ensure that we were able to complete the purchase. I'm incredibly grateful for their support and would highly recommend Mike Wolf and his team to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares about their clients and is willing to fight to get the job done.

This place is a joke. We stayed here (unfortunately) kinda last minute for my daughter's 17th…read morebirthday, and invited several of her close friends. I was embarrassed to have them here. This place has been poorly, and I mean poorly redone by someone with zero skills. We texted the owner, agent, whatever he was, and told him that the smoke and carbon monoxide detector was missing. He never responded. Last night we had a bunch if younger kids partying next door. They weren't even that loud really, but you could hear damn near every word through the walls, and the stairs are only separated by a wall. Obviously not carpeted on their side.... The entry doors are hollow steel and you hear everything from all the units. The door to the common hallway is dragging on the tile they installed and screaches very loudly everytime its opened. The stairway smells like piss. The title installed in the commons have ruined the continuity of the steps, and landings causing trip hazards. Today the new occupants showed up for the unit vacated by partyers, and had to wait over an hour to get in because of the cleaners. The place smelled like armpit, curry, and pinesol. Not even really cleaned either. They wanted to use the bbq, and firepit, but the fire pit was non existent, and the bbq was a rusted filthy mess. The common area in the courtyard was non usable due to building materials and filth. The 2 owners/agents and a maintenance guy were there trying to clean it but too little too late. One of them asked us how we were enjoying the view, and I replied its nasty. He heard its nice... my wife asked him about the smoke detector and he went and bought one. He did come up later to install it. I fished for some insight as to who remodeled, and he said "they" did the work. There is a reason that there are a bunch of stock photos of the surrounding areas, jet skis, and the beach. Its because this place is a dump. They have tried to put mustard, and mayo on this turd, but the fact of the matter, is that it still tastes like crap. I do remodeling for a living, and everything they have touched is pure trash. The kitchen cabinets are painted trash under newer quartz tops. The shower downstairs is so poorly tiled, that water damage is eminent. The title floor in the kitchen has raised corners and trip hazards. The paint job is terrible, and is already filthy. Vanity top downstairs is separated and loose in several areas. The balcony handrail is attached to a 1x12 and is very loose. One good push, and someone will get hurt. The carpet adhesive left behind, and metal trim on the patio Is peeling off, and I tripped on a piece that my toe caught. The the carpet on the stairs is filthy. The new outside wood siding accent is buckled and has sharp edges that can catch your skin. The couch is damaged, uncomfortable, and stained. The barstools are not suitable to sit in for more than 10 minutes. I literally could go on for an hour. This was over 300 dollars a night on a Tuesday and Wednesday. Supposedly it gets up to 900 a night during peak. STAY ELSEWHERE!!! I tried to take some pictures of what it really looks like but my wife was getting mad. I hope this long winded review makes you think twice before staying here. Hopeful that the owners see this and fix some of these issues. But the sad fact is that people will stay here, and they'll get their money. What a dump.

Less than a month before my stay Jeff and a co-host, Sisco cancelled my reservation saying they had to "redo" something in the unit and had to start on it immediately. They then stated the unit would not be available during my dates. Doing further research the unit was available to book weeks before my date. Then after I was cancelled and given my refund the dates I chose became available for a price increase equaling over $3500 plus fees. They most likely took a $50 penalty on their end. I could not change my dates and booked months out for a reason. I had to scramble and find a new stay because these guys wanted to be greedy. They realized they had an error for the price I was given and decided they wanted to cancel me for more money. As a host all they have to do is tell Airbnb that they are "fixing" the unit, then able to cancel someone. If I cancel my trip I lose half or all of my money to a host. This is not ok and should not be allowed and although nothing can really be done potential clients need to know how these folks handle business. I have also stayed at this unit before with a group of friends which is why I was familiar with it. I would NEVER book with this realty group again or this host.

I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience buying my home…read more From my very first conversation with Jesse, I could tell he was a go-getter and a great negotiator. He was friendly, down-to-earth, and confident without ever making me feel pressured. That was a big reason I decided to go with him. Then I met Desiree, and she was just as amazing. She was so sweet, easygoing, patient, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. I got to tour all the homes with her, while Jesse was working behind the scenes, giving us his expert advice, thoughts, and strategy along the way. I felt very safe and trusted them instantly because they really worked for my best interest. And when I say we looked at houses... we LOOKED at houses!! We toured MANY homes in such a short amount of time and they made it happen for me and worked with my schedule to accommodate my time. We submitted offers, backup offers, multiple offers, and went through all the ups and downs that come with trying to find the right home. Then one day... BOOM! The seller accepted our offer! Not only did they help me get the house, but Jesse and Desiree were able to negotiate a huge discount for me, along with credits toward closing costs. That made such a difference, and I'm incredibly grateful for how hard they worked on my behalf. Throughout the entire process, they were supportive, helpful, responsive, and always there whenever I needed something. But honestly, what stood out to me the most was that it never really felt like I was working with real estate agents. It felt like I was working with old friends and family who genuinely cared about helping me get into my home, and now they're friends to me. Much love and respect to them And when we finally got the keys , they even surprised me with some really thoughtful little gifts, and a surprise at home. Such a sweet way to finish an already amazing experience. So, thank you, Des, for being so patient, kind, and easy to work with. And thank you, Jesse, for being such a great negotiator and for always having our back throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate everything you both did for me, and I'm so happy I chose you guys to help me through one of the biggest purchases of my life. Thank you, Jesse and Desiree! If anyone is looking for a real estate team that will actually be there for you and make you feel like more than just another client, I'd definitely recommend giving them a call!

I give them the highest rating possible for their care, responsiveness, advice, and attention to detail. I would also note that some people say they will treat your money like their own. San Diego is home to a multitude of beautiful beaches! There's something exciting about renting a…read morehouse at the beach. Why rent a room when you can rent a whole house just steps from the ocean? Our group did just that and made an exquisite beach house from Mission Sands Vacation Rental our home for our recent trip to paradise in Mission Beach, which spans nearly two miles of oceanfront. The property was everything we anticipated and more. It was full of charm and beautifully decorated! From the moment we walked in the door, we felt right at home. Our three-story ocean view townhouse featured 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, as well as a private rooftop patio. It sleeps up to 12 people, so we had plenty of space, along with everything we possibly could have wanted at our fingertips. The house was ideal for our needs, as it was very well-equipped with all of the essentials plus some. It offered all the comforts of home with the added benefits being on vacation. They even offer a concierge service to guests who want to walk into a fully stocked kitchen or want recommendations for activities and restaurants in the city during their stay. There's the convenience of three parking spots, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, grill, WIFI, bikes, and 3 balconies for guests to use during their stay, just to name a few! Aside from all of the amazing amenities, the location of our rental was phenomenal. A few steps out the front door and down the walkway and you're on the sand! We could walk and ride bikes all around Mission Bay on the Bayside Walk and cut over to the ocean easily. The unit had plenty of indoor and outdoor space for socializing as well as private spacious bedrooms and quiet sitting areas for anyone to go off on their own and have some alone time. Perhaps our favorite spot on the property belonged to the rooftop patio, where we loved spending the day taking in the ocean breeze and the evening underneath the stars. Side note: We highly recommend making s'mores on the rooftop and taking in the sunset! In our experience, the rental process with Mission Sands Vacation Rentals was very streamlined, which is appreciated by those who are new to vacationing here and unfamiliar with the location. Whether you're planning a family vacation or quick getaway with your friends, you'll discover why Mission Sands properties come so highly recommended! Mission Sands definitely sets the bar high with its services, property location, and especially its level of hospitality during your stay. Great job Mission Sands! We didn't want to leave but we knew we had to when the time came. Thank you for the escape to paradise - we hope to come back and stay with you again soon!

Ocean Beach Park Units…read more Beautiful Location, Excellent Management -- But Long-Standing Safety and Maintenance Issues Need Addressing We've been coming to this unit at Ocean Beach for 5-6 years, and there is a lot we love about it. The view is fantastic, parking is secure, and the unit itself is spacious and consistently clean. Communication from the management company was excellent as always -- clear instructions on rules, security codes, and answers to questions before we even had to ask. That said, there are two issues we feel need to be raised, one inside the unit and one outside of it. Interior maintenance: None of the interior locks (bathrooms, bedrooms) function properly. This isn't new -- it's been an ongoing issue every time we've stayed here over the past several years. We understand things break, but a problem that persists for 5-6 years across multiple stays is a fixable maintenance item that shouldn't still be outstanding. Safety and enforcement in the surrounding area: This is the bigger concern, and the reason we're reconsidering how often we book here. Throughout our stay, we regularly encountered individuals in visible mental health crisis behaving in threatening or indecent ways near the building -- several instances of public indecent exposure, and unpredictable verbal outbursts directed at people who got within 40-60 yards. In addition, the public lot next to the building (between our building and the lifeguard station) has become a semi-permanent encampment of RVs and cars, with tents, BBQs, and debris that don't move for days at a time -- despite posted signage prohibiting parking from 2am-4am, which should give authorities the basis to enforce turnover. We regularly saw arguments, yelling, and thrown items from this same group. On our last morning, as we were checking out, five police cars and what appeared to be a sanitation crew arrived and began clearing the area. We had to leave before seeing the outcome, but the timing says it all: enforcement action came right as we were leaving, after being exposed to the underlying problem for our entire stay. This isn't a one-time thing -- it's a persistent condition of this stretch of Ocean Beach. It's had a real cost: we used to coordinate trips here with three other families, booking multiple units at once, and they've stopped coming because of what they were exposed to. We love this unit and we love Ocean Beach. But we're increasingly weighing what we're paying against what we're exposed to, and that comes down to a lack of consistent enforcement by the city and local businesses -- not anything within the unit or management company's control. If these two issues (locks, and the surrounding safety/enforcement situation) were addressed, this would easily be a 5-star stay every time.
