This review can't do Greg and The Greenhouse Group justice. This was my first home and I had interviewed a couple other Real Estate Agents before speaking with Jesse (Co-Founder of Greenhouse Group). That meeting was so far above what the other competition had offered. It was a Face-time meeting, since I was remote, where we went over exactly what I was looking for in a home to the finest detail and even spilled over into what I wanted out of life that I darn near got emotional! A big reason I moved to San Diego was to surf and Greg's a surfer so after house hunting, he took the extra time to show me the local surf breaks and we caught some waves at Swami's and Oceanside together! Since I was out of the area, Greg spent some extra time scouting out the area for me and ended up finding me the perfect place by talking to some Carlsbad residents who pointed him in the direction of a home about to the market. Because of this we were able to jump on it and get an offer in accepted quickly! And when I say perfect place, I mean perfect. This is review is long overdue. Greg did a fantastic job for us as our agent in our 16-month long search for a home. The first phase of our search was long distance.
