We told Aaron we would be in town for 3 days the first week of October. I gave him a list of what we needed in a home. With his expertise in the field, he searched homes including scoping them out before we got there to eliminate the ones he knew would not work for us. He showed us a home we loved by the end of the first day. He worked extremely hard to negotiate a deal we were very happy with injust a few days. Not being in town, I was nervous about the rest of the process. Aaron's team was wonderful to work with. They made the rest of the sale very easy for us. They explained every part of the process and were available for every call we made to them. We couldn't be happier! We did our research this time and he showed up with hundreds of 5 star reviews and has bought/sold many in our neighborhood. We told him that we are not sure when to sell as we felt it was too early in the season, he did not pressure us at all, he came for another visit when we decided to move forward, he walked us through the process, we went through every step to prepare the home for showing.  Professional photographer and 3d modeling were done by his team, the post was very professional, posts showed as hot and there were thousands of hits, we had a full weekend packed with viewings and many offers. Sam drove them up and we got multiple offers significantly above asking. Sam pointed out an issue with one of the offers and advised us against it even though it was the highest. Sam also got us a free rent back which helped in our transition to the new home. For the buying, we viewed many homes, it was very competitive, though we missed on several homes, we eventually landed one among the best we bid on in the heart of the area we were looking. During that time Sam was very patient, he never said he was busy, never pushed us to decide, gave his opinion when we asked. Michelle followed up on multiple issues and emails and was responsive. Sam came with a very strong network, he was well known in the business, he connected us with great folks for lending, inspection, estimates, remodeling, etc and was often recognized by the agents when we walked in, he has been in the business for many years! This was a very positive experience and we look forward to working with Sam and his team in the future.

With such a big life changing decision, you want an agent who makes the process stress-free and who is knowledgeable and that is exactly what he did! I highly recommend if you are buying, selling, or both, to work with Joe!

I was referred to Joe through a friend of a friend, and what a lucky coincidence it was! From our…read morefirst meeting, Joe nailed down a framework for our work together, including the new exclusive buyer agent contract legalities and basics of my financing. In his decades of experience, this must be the scene setter that helps both him and new clients get off on the right foot. He also set me up with a lender who worked really well in the team, and understood my financial situation. I was seeking a VA loan, which the lender and Joe both researched thoroughly. He also got a good idea of the type of property I was looking for. Then after all those pieces were in motion, we could sit back and relax and look for the right property to come by! Once we found the one, it wasn't originally VA eligible, and Joe went the extra mile to get the court documentation and HOA file to the lender to ensure swift and accurate preapproval, VA filing, and finally underwriting. He did not sit back and wait for the lender to figure it all out, but actively assisted and tracked the progress of all the paperwork. Joe also worked very well with the sellers agent to translate my wishes and help me understand the sellers needs, so we came to a swift deal that met the mark on the seller's 1031 exchange. After closing, Joe even followed up on a promise to help me organize and pay for repairs that I wanted but that we left out of the negotiations to expedite the sale. Besides that, he took a smaller fee than most agents in the "luxury" markets in San Diego, as I was buying a primary residence, which maximized my cash back at closing. I could not have asked for a better ally than Realtor Joe. I would recommend him to my closest friends and family.

The home buying process can feel like navigating a maze while feeling all too much pressure. That is where Wes comes in. Not once did I feel like just another commission. Never did I feel like he was trying to sell me a home. He listened to what I wanted, and sent me properties that fit my needs and budget. Wes was readily available to communicate with, show me homes, and made me feel like a priority at all times. When considering making an offer on a home, he put together detailed analyses of comps along with a narrative about whether the price was justified. Ultimately when I made an offer, he was extremely strategic in how he presented the offer. His presentation was extremely professional, well strategized for acceptance, and made it very desirable for the seller. My first contract was ultimately accepted, and fortunately I was in a position for a quick closing. I could not recommend Wes more highly, from a buyers perspective, and can't imagine that he wouldn't be just as successful representing a seller. Good agents are tough to find, and I would highly recommend Wes!
