When researching various property management companies, Good Life's approach was the most straightforward and transparent with no long term commitments. After speaking with them multiple times with various questions, I was left with a feeling of assurance that I was in good hands. Being a first time landlord, I have no experience in knowing how to screen tenants, knowing the rules, etc., especially when my background is not in the real estate and rental business. Having a busy work schedule also means that I won't likely be able to attend to the tenant's needs in a timely manner. This is where Good Life fills in the gaps for me. The team at Good Life during the onboarding process has been super helpful and efficient in getting the property ready, whereas it would've taken me ages in trying to do it myself. I was assigned Andrei as my property manager and it's been a great start. He has been open, transparent, professional, and great to work with since the start. I recently had an online shopping shipment mis-delivered to my rental property, to which Andrei was instrumental in helping to coordinate the handoff between the tenant and me. Even though Andrei is my primary contact, I can see that they have great teamwork. On one weekend, I had a question to which I received an out-of-office note from him. But rest assured, another team member stepped in that day during his time off to help with my question. Good Life also has a great online portal for me to see all the documents and tax information. Their services have impressed me since the beginning, and I look forward to a great relationship moving forward. Keep up the great work, Good Life! I highly recommend them!

I was very picky in choosing someone who would be the property manager for our home. Our home is newly upgraded and we are so attached. However, we had to relocate due to my husbands upcoming deployment. We luckily, made the right choice. In good time, we were able to rent our home out at a great price. Dario found a great, trustworthy couple to take care of our home while we are away! Dario takes care of EVERYTHING! Every month the statements and deposits are on time. If there is any problem, Dario takes care of it. If anything is of a concern, he will send a text to get an approval. If your hesitant, give him a call and at least arrange a one on one meeting.     I am currently a tenant in a property managed by Brennan & Associates and I have no complaints at…read moreall for this company. Dan Brennan takes care of any and every need that I have for the home I am in. I feel confident any time I have a problem that he will take care of it in a timely manner. Some examples of some issues that have occurred since I became a tenant: 1. The first few weeks of me being in the home there were some plumbing issues that needed to be checked on. Not only did Dan get on it immediately, but the plumber that he contracts with was one of the sweetest and respectful plumbers in town. He has had to come to my home several times during this tenancy, and I adore him. 2. I had a few requests when I first moved in that I was ok with if he did not approve but was happy that he did do as it was some cosmetic issues. These requests were a new facuet handle in the kitchen because the one that was originally installed by the developers was not correct or working well with the granite, it was forcing a hole in the sink becuase it did not have the correct space, but none the less it was working. He took care of it by replacing it with a much nicer and better working faucet. The other request was replacing the sliding glass door blinds because there were a few that had some issues but they were still closing correctly just making some small openings that people could see in at night. He went to the store that afternoon and they were replaced before I even moved in. He did not have to do either of these requests, but he did and I truly appreciate that. 3. The garage door broke one day leaving my vehicle trapped in the garage. It was ok the first day because I was going to be home and had no where to be. He had called the garage door people who were trying to fit me in, but the schedules were very tight. They were able to come the next day but I had to be somewhere in the morning requiring me to get a rental car until they would be there that afternoon. I did not ask Dan prior to getting the rental car but when I did submit the receipt asking if this was something that he could reimburse me for, I was issued a check the next day. I am not sure if he legally had to do that or not, but I am again happy that he did. My only issue with Dan, isn't really an issue with him at all, but with the HOA that he has to deal with for this property. It is absolutely by far the worst HOA in the State. I have had nothing but issues with this HOA from day one of moving in. Even now, I have an issue with a gate pass that is on my windshield that the woman who placed it on my windshield placed purposely smack dab in the middle of it so that the sun could defect it, which is exactly what happened within weeks of it being placed improperly. It is supposed to be at the very top left side of my windshield, and it is not, and now it does not work. I do not want to bother Dan about this at all because this HOA is such an issue. Needless to say I am basically out $12.50 and can't get into my home without being in a long line, but I rather do that than force Dan to have to deal with this HOA again because of me. I would love to write a bad YELP review about the HOA but I will do that years from now when I am no longer a tenant at this residence, which I plan and hope to be a resident of for at least the next six years to get my children through school. Thank you Dan and staff for running your property management company the way you do. You take care of the tenants and that is just as important as taking care of the owners of the property.

Our realtor, Craig, was amazing from start to finish. He helped us search for the right place and offered thoughtful, honest advice throughout the entire process. One thing we really appreciated was that we never once felt pressured to make a quick decision. Craig genuinely wanted us to find a home that we loved and that he himself would feel comfortable living in. He was also extremely diligent during the home inspection process, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Craig went above and beyond in ways we never expected. He even took the time to make a YouTube video for my husband to show him how to handle a few DIY things around the house. On top of that, he had several hour-plus phone calls with my husband just to walk through the escrow process in detail and make sure we truly understood everything that was happening. That level of patience and dedication meant a lot to us. At one point Craig had even injured his foot, and despite that he still showed up to help us view homes. That kind of commitment really says a lot about the kind of person he is. We also want to give a huge shoutout to Jeremy, our mortgage officer. Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions you can make, and Jeremy did an incredible job walking us through everything step by step. Our loan situation was a bit complicated in the beginning, but Jeremy gave us solid advice and helped us get to where we needed to be in less than a year. He always made sure we understood the financial side of things and felt comfortable with the decisions we were making. Jeremy also showed us that having a strong relationship with lenders and simply being a genuinely good, personable person who's easy to talk to can make a huge difference in getting a loan approved. On top of all his professional accolades and knowledge, he's someone who is approachable and easy to communicate with, which is honestly a rare quality and something that made this whole process so much smoother for us. What really stood out to us about this team is that they're not just a realtor group. They're a group of people who ended up becoming our friends throughout this journey. They made it clear that if we ever have questions down the road, they'll always be available to help, no matter how long it's been since we bought our home. That kind of long-term support means a lot. Overall, the entire team was incredibly helpful, communicative, and trustworthy. We always felt like they were truly in our corner. The constant communication between everyone meant we never went a day wondering where we were in the process. Even though we know they work with many clients, they made us feel like we were their only ones. We're so grateful for their support and guidance during such an important milestone in our lives. And when the time comes for us to buy or sell again in the future, there's no question -- this is the team we'll be working with.
