I moved in mid 2016 to the Mendocino property . 2 bedroom 1 bathroom for 1495 per month. 15 minute walk to the beach and very quiet neighborhood next to a few restaurants and bars. They have an online portal where you can pay your rent and submit any maintenance issues. They were very attentive and most issues were fixed the next day. This property has parking and a washer and dryer in the unit ! What more could you ask for. Liz and Lynn were amazing! Honestly I was in some rough situations with a crazy roomate and they understood and made it as easy as possible. The office is literally in Ocean beach so it is so easy just to walk in , pay your rent in cash or sign documents. The most important part is that they mind their own business. If you don't bother the property management and respect the property, they will not bother you. Peace and quiet and lots of privacy. I ended up moving to Orange County for work and I wept ! I was devastated to leave this place. OB I'll be back! And I'll definitely hit up Sunset pacific when i get there

A week prior to our arrival, she was under investigation with Airbnb per Airbnb. I contacted her through the only available information available, a phone number that was left on Airbnb. Kimberly never called, she only sent me multiple text messages asking me to fill out my private information and then she would send me the check-in information. I explained via text how I was uncomfortable filling out her forms outside of the Airbnb platform, but she still refused to clarify why she had no access to Airbnb. She never called me and never explained why she had no access to the Airbnb platform. Very unprofessional. I am awaiting my reimbursement from Airbnb, but what causes an "investigation" with Airbnb and the property is no longer available for rent, seems very sketchy to me. My husband and I lived here in 2016 and only moved out because our jobs took us elsewhere,…read moreotherwise, we would have loved to stay here. Let me start off by reviewing management. Beverly and Johnny are amazing people! Beverly is punctual and dependable. She gets the job done quickly and is so kind about everything. She is helpful, considerate, and fair. I have moved several times in several states and she is by far, the best property manager I have ever worked with/leased from. I am beyond grateful to have met her and rented one of her apartments. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly. William will fix most everything. He is knowledgeable, capable, thorough, and above all, is such a kind soul. Bottom line, very pleased with management and maintenance. I love the property namely for its location and its amenities. First off, it is located very close to the beach, to a grocery store, to the freeway, and most everything else you really need. There is one assigned parking spot and the possibility of an additional parking spot (with a low fee) if available (first come first serve). Even without the extra spot, my husband and I never really had a problem with parking as there is street parking available. Sometimes it can be a bit of a walk, but it has never been too bad. Honestly, parking wasn't a deal breaker, especially if you consider all the other perks. There aren't laundry machines within the unit, which I would have preferred, but there is a laundry facility within the complex. The facility is kept clean and if there are any issues with machines, management is on top of it, so it was never an issue. The entire complex is kept clean. Pool is always clean too. I never used the BBQ pits but they looked clean and none of the neighbors I knew who used it ever had any complaints. There is a small gym too, but I hardly used it as I usually liked to go running on the beach instead. The complex is gated, which made me feel safer. Regardless, the area felt safe enough for me and let me tell you, I've lived in some sketchy areas in the past, so I know what that is like. Also, management really prioritizes its residents' safety--another reason why I felt safe. Community is pretty quiet, neighbors are nice. No complaints there. These apartments are such a steal! Our apartment was very clean and kept in great shape! Lots of storage space in closet and in kitchen cabinets for a studio apartment. Apartment conveniently had microwave, dishwasher, stove and fridge already set up. They were like new, or new, and well-taken care of! No issues with electric and plumbing. FYI, there is no central A/C but it is so cool in San Diego that a fan was adequate to stay cool if needed. Also, central heating is from the ceiling. I've never tried it so I don't know how well it works, but it was never freezing for me (FYI, I've lived in the Midwest and in the east so I'm familiar with much hotter and much colder temps). San Diego is honestly a beautiful place to live and I'm sure you can be happy living at pacific breeze apartments.
