There's 3 levels total with the bottom level typically being general admission, standing room. There is an ADA section on the side, though, or at least there was at the last corner I went to. Getting in is a breeze. The security people know what they're doing and move everyone along swiftly, so even if there was a line, it would take less than 5 minutes to get through. I've found that every concert or show I've gone to here so far starts pretty much right on time. The music can get very loud in there so I would recommend having some ear plugs.

I asked one man who was working there if there was an elevator available and informed him that my kid had disabilities (we've got the tag in the car and everything). He gave me an annoyed look and said no. Later I found out that the man was letting people with canes out a different set of doors. If only I had known that we had to flag our disabilities to gain access to ADA accommodation... Yes, my kid has a cane but he doesn't always use it because he doesn't always need it.

Street parking is available but can fill up. There is a good sized (pay) parking lot adjacent to the building but it can fill up, especially near showtime. Note that there are other venues, bars & restaurants nearby so everyone is trying to park in this area. I have found parking every time that I've been but sometimes I have to drive & hunt.
