We got to what we thought was the line For merchandise (the booth was near the set of stairs we just came down) but no we had to walk to the real end of the line... which was ended right about where the stairs ended that we were not allowed to go down. This meant that while we were standing in line, we were constantly being pushed aside by people trying to get the stairs that they required to use to go upstairs. Just bad design all-around and very unfriendly to people with mobility impairments (but who are not using their wheelchairs or walkers).

It's a place to be open to new experiences and loves. I asked one man who was working there if there was an elevator available and informed him that my kid had disabilities (we've got the tag in the car and everything). He gave me an annoyed look and said no. Later I found out that the man was letting people with canes out a different set of doors. If only I had known that we had to flag our disabilities to gain access to ADA accommodation... Yes, my kid has a cane but he doesn't always use it because he doesn't always need it.
