I was made to feel uncomfortable and brushed off and told to "gift it to someone." For a brand that markets itself as professional and customer-focused, this experience fell far short. He gave me an incredible shoulder length. Layered fabulous cut. I went home. I wore it for a couple days and realized that I wanted it shorter. I had always wanted it shorter, and I called DJ to let him know that I'd like to book again to have it taken up a little bit. He was so amazing. He gave me an even better short. Layered amazing haircut didn't charge me anything ! The communication in that place is amazing. The hair products they carry are awesome.
