I scheduled my oil change with someone over the phone yesterday and was confirmed for 12:30pm today. I'm only allowed an hour each day from work for break and I went on break 12:30p for the oil change. The manager Olga, who has met me several times, not only told me "I'm not sure who you spoke to but it can't happen today or tomorrow." One of the mechanics overheard and even offered to complete the job and Olga doubled down and said no (with her not offering any way to solve the problem, not even an offer to schedule me for another day). I said I could come on Saturday, I also offered to leave my keys so I could pick it up after work and still I was told no. I reminded Olga that I not only scheduled the appointment the day prior but that I have also been a loyal, consistent customer here for over 2 years. It didn't matter to her or anyone above her at the business. Please do not give this place your business, they do not value the fact that people are loyal customers and they do not honor appointments. I will never be giving this place my business again.

I brought the car in for its annual servicing and in addition to the excellent servicing, they outlined all the future red flags for my car, and then didn't try to sell me anything. It was just, "So you're aware, here's some stuff to keep an eye on that will probably need to happen eventually." I suspected my battery was in bad shape, which they confirmed (they had double checked it without me even mentioning it), and then gave me an estimate of how much longer I could go safely on the current battery. I do recommend making an appointment. They work quite fast, but they are very popular, for obvious reasons. Still, I told them I needed my car by 4 to pick up my son, and they had it done well before then. The guys are lovely to talk to, friendly and funny, and they do great work.

I brought it in to be repaired after a recommendation from a friend, and also asked them to fix other accumulated damage around the car. The quote was very reasonable and I left the car there on Friday morning, it was ready by Monday at noon. This was very significant damage and I almost didn't recognize my car when I picked it up. It looked practically brand new, outside and even inside! They decided to detail the interior for me (car is 8 years old) and it looked fantastic. Smells like polish inside and my baby car seats weren't connected, but that was certainly proof that they actually just took everything out and detailed it without my asking. Overall, I'd highly recommend this place to anyone. Honest, timely and great work. Planning on returning with my other car next year.
