My family and I just moved into a condo and needed a move in clean prior to the movers arriving. I had a cleaning scheduled for weeks with another company who cancelled unexpectedly on the day the cleaning was to be done.. Sam at 5 Star Cleaning truly helped us out at the last minute on a Sunday. She did an amazing job! I wholeheartedly give 5 Star Cleaning five stars and highly recommend them. Sam was communicative, friendly and did fantastic work! read more

We hired Sam to work on our house and both me and my husband agreed that our house has never been cleaner than when sam worked on it, she was polite and professional and showed up on time and right away got to work, we had to ask her several times to take a break and have lunch, but she just worked right thru lunch and kept on working. we would strongly recommend her to anyone who wants a super clean house. thank you Sam read more

I am sorry to say that I can't recommend 5 star cleaning. Sam is nice and friendly, but after I paid her over $500, I had to go and clean everything again. I texted her a couple of times with no response back. I wanted to resolve this privately, but I have waited for too long. Initially, she told my husband 4 hours, and she would be done. It took her over 8 hours. If she had experience, she would have given a more accurate time estimate, looking at the size of our home. I wiped certain areas around the house, and it was black. My contractor and husband both saw it immediately after cleaning and said it was NOT clean. They had to wipe the floors again because of marks. Sam may be able to handle small jobs on her own, but anything else you might want to find another cleaning company. read more

Wow, my house looks, feels, and smells brand new!! So grateful for having found Sam!! We signed up for a deep cleaning that focused on 2 bathrooms, the bedroom, the baseboards, windows/blinds, and a few other spots that needed some love, to say the least! She was very communicative, punctual, and went the extra mile to ensure the priority items were addressed for us. We are so glad to have trusted her with our home spring cleaning project! We are looking forward to having Sam come back for maintenance cleanings in the next month or so and to do a deep dive our office space then. Thanks so much for all your hard work and helping bring life and light back into our home, Sam, much appreciated! :) read more

Paid a premium for her first initial visit with hopes of recouping moving forward. Her second visit was today and never came. Called me an hour past her appointment time to ask who I was (odd) and said that she had her appointments mixed up. I texted her the night before to confirm and she verified the appointment. Also sent her a message several days before about the appointment she also confirmed. Below is a snapshot of my text correspondence with her for proof. I'm moving forward with another service. read more

5 Star Cleaning - Text, Proof. Just noticed your response. Here is your number. +1 (213) 310-3771 - Home Cleaning Near Me

We hired Sam when we were moving out from Yorba Linda for a deep cleaning service. Now I wish I have met her earlier. There are so many things that we need to mention here, but the first thing first is communication, which kind of helps you to decide if we should schedule the job or not. Sam is very prompt with responses back and forth. Even the day she came right before she communicated via texts. She was on time, which is such a blessing, so we finished on time. She brought her supplies and a vacuum cleaner. She worked very hard and very fast, her energy is fantastic, and we loved the music she played during the work. She is very responsible and honest with her work and words. Sam, thank you again, and I shared your number with our agent so she can give it to new tenants. We will highly recommend Sam, and her work deserves more than five stars. read more

5 Star Cleaning - Home Cleaning Near Me

Just bought a new home and my husband and I wanted a good cleaning before we started to move in. Naturally we went to Yelp to start our 5 star cleaning services search and found the perfectly named "5 Star Cleaning Services" company. Sam responded within minutes of a quote request and was able to tackle our home project the VERY next day! Sam is a magical unicorn! Our kitchen was in need of only the best of the best cleaning services with years of grease layers. It was no match to Sam though. She SLAYED those kitchen cabinets and they now glisten from her magical touch. She completed our entire home(3 bed 2.5 bath with Den and kitchen and windows and stairway and I can really go on and on) within the day! Sam is a star and if I could give her 10 stars I would. Will definitely be using 5 Star Cleaning Services regularly from now on. read more

Unprofessional. Nice in person tho. Ghosting messages. Waited weeks. Unreliable. Not cool. Enough said. Smh. Response to Sam's response: That is not the only reason for the one star and you know it. What a shame. Smh read more

Sam came out and did a deep clean on my home last week. I am very satisfied with the excellent job she did and her attention to detail. Sam did a wonderful job with a last minute booking. I had every hope of doing this cleaning myself, but with work and family scheduling, I simply ran out of time. I contacted Sam via Yelp and she immediately replied, and came out the very next day for services on my living room, family room, dining room, and kitchen. My family, and mostly myself, were very happy to wake up to a sparkling kitchen and house. Thank you, Sam, for accommodating my last minute booking. With your professionalism and high standard of work, you are truly a gift to working moms! read more

Sam came out today, twenty minutes ahead of schedule, which I found very professional, it left her plenty of time to get prepared for the job ahead. I was a little leery at first because the job is quite big. I have a four bedroom four bath home and needed a deep clean. Sam went right to work and honestly I think she took maybe one five minute break throughout the whole job! Now, I've had my house deep cleaned before but I'm telling you my house now looks brand new, she cleaned the baseboards to perfection, the window ledges, and the window sills. She cleaned my home from top to bottom and I'm telling you i feel like I live in the Taj Mahal! Looking forward to the monthly follow up. read more

As the name implies, Samantha, the owner, does a 5 star job. She's honest, kind, thorough, and meticulous. It's a blessing to have someone you can rely on for a great job. I hired her on a massive deep clean, and I'm impressed. She was prompt, upfront with her rates and service, and realistic. We managed to get the deep clean ready for an event at my house that weekend. The glass was so clear, people couldn't tell if it was open! I look forward to the next service! read more

Sam was amazing! She arrived early and was diligent in cleaning and helping to organize my space. Definitely recommend!

Thanks to Sam for getting our home in tip-top shape before listing it on the market. As a Realtor, it is really difficult to find great, and reliable work, especially cleaners and I am so glad that we found Sam. She showed up on time, and immediately started cleaning even when we were doing some last-minute touches with other contractors and staging before photography. Her work was not only great, but she gave us fair pricing to clean this 2000 sq ft townhome within 5 hours. I will be using Sam again for pre-listing cleanings again! read more

Sam came to my house and helped with post construction cleaning to get ready for move in the next day. I appreciated that she was very nice and very easy to communicate with. She cleaned the home well and she was nice and respectful when I requested some touch up cleaning to be done in a few areas before she left. I would definitely recommend Sam for her services! read more

I seldom write a review although this one needs to be written. I needed to have our home cleaned as best described as Post construction cleaning. We had painters coming in to paint our walls and needed all the Dust and Mold spores removed. Not to mention the bathrooms and bedrooms cleaned. When I called, Samona returned my call almost immediately. We talked through what we needed, which in my mind wasn't typical. I asked Sam to wipe down all walls upstairs with an Antimicrobial solution as well as clean out all window tracks by vacuuming and then more microbial solution. She showed up at 9:00 AM with a smile, her shop vac, as well as an array of cleaning tools and products. She worked until 9:30 PM that day with one break only to eat a late lunch. My home smelled fantastic and was as clean as we have seen it upstairs in months. Clean bathrooms, clean floors and a fully wiped down set of walls with a solution that kills all germs like in a hospital. Great job Sam and I would highly recommend her to you. read more
