The interior could use an update, but people come for the food and friendly service. The food is solid, and the cocktails are strong. The menu combines bar food (wings, fries, burgers), comfort food, and seafood. I had wings and fresh cut fries at 9 pm on Wednesday; hence, the restaurant is great for late night eats. The people next to me ordered vegetable Alfredo and shrimp scampi. They raved about the flavor. You have to love a restaurant where the cook looks into the bar to see if people like the food. For the amount of food served, the price is worth it. The food was amazing, highly recommend. The chicken was cooked to perfection, the pasta was not overly cooked, and there was just the right amount of cheese to go with it. We went here after church for Father's day. I have mixed reviews about this place.... So it took a very long time to get menus, then to order our drinks/food, as well as getting our food. The reason being that there was only one waitress and she was also the bartender. She was very nice and friendly but everything we requested took so long for us to receive. I am so bummed by this. When we finally received our food, everything was so good!!!! My mom order some turkey ribs and she kept commenting of how good they were. Since I don't eat meat, I had to order all sides. I had asparagus, fried mushrooms, some of my mom's sweet potato fries, and a side salad. The sides filled me up and were very tasty. After we order our food and right before it came out, my sister and I order some adult beverages thinking it would come at the same time as our food... Nope.... We had to cancel our drink order because we were getting ready to leave. Even though we had to wait a LONG time for our food- everyone who were in my party enjoyed every bite of it. After browsing a few places on Yelp to go to the night before Memorial Day I actually found a spot that was open. There wasnt many people inside when i got inside so i sat at the bar and ordered a bourbon on the rocks. Not sure what kinda bourbon it was but it was 9 Dollars. I probably shouldve specified I wanted well liquor. The drink was good tho so I cant complain. While I was there I decided to get something to eat and kept it simple and got the wings and fries . It didnt take long for the food to come out but when it did mannnn it looked good. A mountain of fries and some real chicken wings, no wingettes. After months of pondering giving this place a try with a little prompting from my Husband I decided to go for it. He really wanted to try their turkey ribs so we ignored the bad reviews from both online and friends. We did however decide to do takeout since most seemed to complain about slow service while dining in. Yesterday I decided would be the day. I used the number posted online in several places to attempt to call in our order. After a few tries of the phone just ringing and eventually going to a voicemail I got a person. I ordered 2 turkey rib entrees. I concluded the order at 7:13 and was told to give it 30 mins. I allowed 10 extra minutes and arrived at 7:53. No one greeted me or even acknowledged I was there. It was 2 males and 2 females behind the bar where I stood. They spoke amongst themselves and the ladies even went as far as to make themselves drinks. I finally got one woman's attention and told her I had placed a phone order. She said okay and walked right past me never to inquire further. Time elapsed and I got the male bartender's attention. He took my name, said the food wasn't ready, and went back to his conversations. It was not busy at all. Just a couple tables and a few bar patrons. After a long time of no one caring 1 waitress called the male bartender in the back saying he was needed. He resurfaced with my food and immediately tied it in a bag without my seeing it. I untied it to look at the order. The order was wrong of course. One entree was to have sauce on the side (it didn't) and both salads had the wrong dressing. I alerted him and was told he could give me more sauce... I paid and left. I was never told sorry for the wait or offered anything because of it. I did not receive my food until 8:26. After all that the ribs and broccoli were tasty. The garlic mashed potatoes were actually smashed potatoes as they contained the skin. Unfortunately, they did not contain salt or pepper. I've been waiting for my food for nearly two hours after ordering through the Uber eats app. Apparently they didn't have the lobster tail for my dish but instead of communicating that to me they had me wait. The staff acted like I was in the wrong for ordering through the app which charged me $36.70 and I had to handle my refund through Uber only not them. Tonight I got the tilapia Alfredo and the fish was burnt. I asked for penne pasta instead of rice for my husband's dish and he still received rice.
