I have gone to petsmart multiple times and haven't had an issue up until now…read more I took my dog in to get a slight haircut and cleaning and showed a picture of what I wanted (same thing as always) and was ensured that was what was going to be done. Upon picking up my dog, I immediately noticed she was shaved completely.... obviously FAR from what I had asked for and I mentioned that I was not happy to which I was immediately dismissed and told "she was matted so we shaved her". My dog was not matted, never has been as I wash and brush her once a week... even then, shaving her was never discussed. When I started to talk to a manager I was immediately asked "was she matted" rather than a slight concern. Skylar was carefully placed with other dogs that were her size and age. When we picked up Skylar she was happy and appeared clean. A couple days later, I took her to a vet appointment, and she was very social with other dogs. This was not like her at all! Camp Lisa actually helped my dog become socialized. I will be bringing her back to Camp Lisa! I have recommended this place to friends. I feel lucky that this place is in our community.
