Dilip, the manager, was so knowledgable and helpful. I literally asked him about everything (why notary and apostille is needed, how many copies I have to make, how to send it over to my friend in Korea, etc) and he was so kind about it. I asked about his experience and he has 20 years of doing this in downtown!!! It was so quick and he even has 10% discount on Yelp, so how much better can it get?

What a great little print shop right in the heart of Hollywood!…read more We needed to have some flyers printed up for the school where I work, we sent them the file, and they did overnight printing for us. Everything looked great, the print quality was high, and the price was more than reasonable. They did an excellent job with customer service throughout the entire process. Making sure that we approved the design and the print, and then as I said, doing a great job of the printing itself. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they did a great job of getting us what we needed. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for printing, or any other kind of marketing materials. Definitely would recommend and will be back again if we need to be.

The gentleman who assisted me was incredibly kind, patient, and had everything done beautifully within minutes. The quality was perfect, and the customer service was even better. I'm so grateful for their help and will absolutely be returning with bigger projects in the future. Thank you again, Minuteman Press - you made my day!

Poster Mountain is KING. They're practically wizards. Or time travelers or who the hell knows?!…read moreIt's like they went back in time and brought me back a brand new poster. I am speechless. I had a 60+ year-old 3-sheet movie poster that needed serious restoration. It had lots of paper loss, serious discoloration, fold lines, etc. This thing was in poor, POOR condition. In fact, I didn't know IF I would even be able to get it restored. I started doing my research and found a couple of spots in town that handle restoration. I took my poster to a handful of these places and no one really blew me away like John and Poster Mountain did. They've been around for quite some time and have a stellar reputation. John was super nice and attentive in taking his time to explain the process of restoration and other aspects of work that my poster needed done. He also gave me a tour of the studio and showed me some of the pieces they were handling at the time. Then he gave me an estimate on the work and it was a lot more than I expected. We had also agreed on his team taking their time with my poster. I was in no real rush to get it back. I just wanted a team of professionals to give it the delicate touch it required. So I decided to pull the trigger and go with Poster Mountain and I'm sure glad I did. I see where my $$$ went and it went to a well-deserved team of restoration experts. They are truly AMAZING. My poster was restored to its original glory. I can now display it with pride. I have a few more pieces that I will bring back to John and his team once again. If you have artwork or posters restored and are having a hard time finding someone, look no further... you've found the place. It's called Poster Mountain. Give John a call. Thank YOU, John and everyone at Poster Mountain.

Although they used their own superb creativity, they made sure to take my ideas into account so that my company's entire persona was still able to shine through. From our first in person meeting to our correspondence throughout email and everything in between, their communication skills and work ethic were top-notch. Moreover, I found that working with a team of millennials was a smart way to go; they were always up on the latest digital trends, had an ingenuity that I had never found elsewhere, and overall they ended up creating my business a very current, up-to-date website and logo. I should also add that a couple of my associates have already worked with them off of my recommendation. Thank you, Sydney and Brit, for staying true to my vision and giving it the much needed "Slice" spin!

They set the bar high for service, quality and overall customer experience making them my new go to printer for all my brand and personal needs. I found Paper Chase Press online after the designer working on my brand was set on using a more "traditional printer" for our launch stationary. I liked the fact they were women-run, local, transparent about their process and actually gave a fuck. Their commitment to sustainability is amazing and living proof of how intentional they are in their process - start to finish. First & foremost, their staff is top notch especially Cole & Carolyn. They were incredibly responsive and you actually talk to real people who care From my first phone call with Cole, I was fully onboard. Cole is warm, extremely helpful, knows her shit... but most importantly actually wanted to understand the backstory and my intention behind the design. She approached the process as a true collaboration, that type of energy is rare these days. Carolyn oversaw production on my order. Not only did she deliver excellent quality work with an intricate design on a tight deadline .. but she literally delivered EARLY.As a entrepreneur launching my company, this was an actual godsend. Carolyn is organized, communicative and able to navigate stress with grace and ease. I would 100% recommend.

Paper Chase didn't bother to send me the promised estimate after our meeting. I waited 11 days for an estimate before I decided to ping the sales person who then finally responded saying they did not have the actual estimate and asking "did $1500 sound like something I was still interested in exploring." This sure sounded to me like they hadn't done the actual estimate yet and but would start if the price range didn't scare me away. The cost she mentioned was about what I expected. The CS was not. This left with the distinct impression my small job was not important enough even to give me the estimate/bid. I guess I should a have checked the reviews first. Found someone great... was just disappointed not to use a place so local to me.
