Because of multiple issues and poor customer service I ended our relationship and they tell me I cant because we have a long term contract??? Let me understand, even if they do not live up to an average level of service I still owe them for the duration of our contarct- they sent it to a collection agency which obviously impacts our credit etc...if they would have just been an average company with average service we'd still be with them. They are super knowledgable about all of their products. I will never work directly with the big companies again. Kicketek is far and away the best experience I've had in cable/internet.

Doug Dushan gave me a tour of the facilities and explained their capabilities and was eager to answer all of my questions. Their showroom is basically a mock up of what I'd imagine Tom Brady's house looks like. TVs everywhere. Speakers stealthily installed behind walls and in the ceiling. It was incredible. And then there's the home theater. Oh my god the theater! It's a 14 seat home theater that is straight out of Best of MTV Cribs (remember that show? With Master P living like a king?) He let me pick a few scenes of movies to get a vibe for what they can do, and needless to say, I was amazed. Their engineering appeared to be top notch. Doug took me back to where they would build and test my media server and the accompanying electronics before they would be installed in my home. I really appreciate this attention to detail. Most home theater outfits do much of the install at my home. Echo Systems does all of the pre-install work at their site so all the troubleshooting can be done there before it gets put in. Doug was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with my tsunami of questions. I'm sure I'll be using Echo Systems for my home video needs in the future.

She is rude and sarcastic when you just ask for clarification on work done and also refuses to accept that a mistake may have been made on your statement. I do my best to be pleasant to people even when they are being unreasonable but she is so confrontational it really pushes me to act unprofessionally. She seems to want to fight with you. I've never been treated so poorly by another business owner. I've hesitated to do a review for a long time because I don't want any repercussions on my own business. Could not read the plans my designer provided and even after she came out and explained them, Mikey boy put them up without accounting for the crown molding, which necessitated him taking them down and putting them back up which resulted in unsightly holes in the back of the cabinets. He will tell you he is an electrician, he is not. He screwed up everything he touched, resulting in my having to call a REAL electrician to fix his "work". They also screwed up the plumbing, they failed to notice that the u joint feel below the waste resulting in the sink never draining. Had to hire a REAL plumber to fix their mistake costing an extra thousand. Do not hire them. They are the worst.

Literally a few hours after we closed the deal, the home buyer noticed the leak coming from an exterior soffit underneath the kitchen sink and dishwasher. The seller had replaced the dishwasher but his nephew failed to secure the water line connection. The connection had been slowly leaking for several weeks where no one was able to detect it. Jeremy with Service Master arrived several minutes early for the appointment, quickly identified the issue and had answers for the buyer and I in a matter of 15-20 minutes. He tested moisture levels in the areas where the leak had run from the dishwasher to the exterior of the home and informed us of safe vs potentially harmful moisture levels in regards to potential mold growth in different building materials. He then gave us advice on how to address borderline levels and what to do if the issue comes back and/or gets worse. The best part of this whole experience is that it didn't cost my client a dime! Service Masters came out and did this all for free, and gave excellent customer service the whole way through. I will definitely call on them again in the future when issues like this arise!
