I was in Floor & Decor a few times and finally decided on the luxury vinyl flooring. All I needed…read morewas a contractor to install. The Sales Rep handed me this paper for Installations Made Easy. I questioned him about the contractors because I haven' t had success from similar companies. Of course, he recommended it. So I did the request online. In about 2 weeks a Rep from Made Easy called. She said I'd hear from a contractor in a few days. To cut the chase. A few more weeks later, I got a text from the contracto. Didn't know I who it was, just said they could come on a day, they'd be in the area. I said day n time was not good for me. Another week later he texted me again. I said that I have no idea who he was because he wasn't professionally telling me who he was. He apologized, it I wasn't going with him and told him. I never heard from Installation Made Easy either. So I'm looking for a contractor in my area.

Installation Made Easy's website promises Customer Pledge reads "Your satisfaction is our first…read morepriority". Unfortunately if you are not satisfied too bad. I was told after I ordered the supplies for my flooring project they would contact me to schedule installation, they did not. I had to reach out to them to schedule, however, they subcontract the work out. I received multiple text and email notifications confirming the install date, and responded accordingly; however, the vendor was a no show and Iost a days pay. They then showed up the following morning with no notice when I was at work. I again had to reschedule. When I called the subcontractor they told me that their crew got the schedule confused. When I contacted Installation Made Easy, they said there was a medical emergency and offered me a 5% discount, $45 dollars for my inconvenience and loss of a days pay. However, when it came time to pay they said I didn't get a discount and they had a conversation with the associated that offered it. So basically, they do not stand behind their customer pledge and they do not stand behind their sub contractors. Really a disappointing experience.
