Where to start............. If I had to sum up 4M collision in a few words, it would incompetent, deceiving, and overall, dishonest. It all started when I hit a deer last October (2022). I took my Rio into Summit Kia who highly recommend 4M as this was where they take all their cars. SHAME ON YOU SUMMIT KIA, how do you not know the type of place you're recommending? Dropped my car off in mid-October for what Courtney/Mitch told me would be a 1-week fix.......... It took over a month before the told me it was ready. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I did a once over. I noticed huge body line gaps, parts glued together under the hood (That's right GLUED!!!!), and the paint/clear coat was atrocious. That was all I needed to see, I told them I would not accept this as a completed job and didn't pay them. Fast forward a few weeks (right after Thanksgiving), this is when Courtney called me to tell me my car was ready. (keep in mind that I had to call them multiple times only to be told some BS about what was going on (parts, washing, paint, etc.) Does 4M not know that with connected vehicles we can see when they are turned on, moved, doors opened? My car had been moved/started, nor the doors opened since I dropped it off. They didn't do anything until the day before they told me it was done). Anyway, when I picked up the vehicle, the only thing they had done was fix the glued parts under the hood. The paint was still horrible, tools had been place all over the vehicle leaving scratches, clear coat overspray covered the entire vehicle, the broke the headlight that wasn't involved in the accident, tool marks all over the trim pieces removed, and the passenger side door was colliding with the internal fasteners of the fender they just replaced (which is the wrong fender BTW, probably from an earlier model of Rio). I picked up the vehicle at twilight (it gets dark pretty early in late November/early December) so I didn't notice any of this until the vehicle was in the garage. See the attached pictures for details of the above. After this, I went to Summit Kia and demanded to speak to the service manager (Marcus). He agreed with my assessment and said he'd call Mitch (seemed like they were buddies......... kickbacks?). Needless to say, he didn't call him, and acted as if I was bothering him when I called an asked him about it. Never heard from him again. This experience has totally changed my view of Summit Kia............ which I have recommend to many people. Right before Christmas, I took the vehicle back to have all the issue addressed. They took another 5 weeks (which I must have called them 20 times) before they called me to tell me that it was done (late January 2023). They did corrected some of the issues, the body lines were still all over the map, there was still clear coat overspray all over the vehicle, the headlights they had replaced were not aimed, could still see traces of paint imperfections, and the car was filthy and smelled like an old lady (the candles they burn in their shop). I have corrected many of the issues they deemed "good enough". Clay bar'd the whole car (to remove clear coat overspray), took the bumper off to align it correctly, aimed the headlight, and did a complete detailed the interior to get out the "Old Lady" smell. Use them if you don't care about your car, but they are a bunch of hacks who have perfected the term "cutting corners". You've been warned. read more

The owner of 4M Collision, Mitch is not fit to run a business. As i was trying to talk on the phone he screamed at me to "SHUT THE FUCK UP AND LISTEN". I am paying this company close to $4,000.00 and he had the audacity to speak to the consumer in this manner. I have never received such horrible customer service ever. If I could leave negative 4 stars with this review I would. If you value yourself as a human I highly recommend not getting ANY work done at 4M Collision. Horrible place. read more

Go somewhere else, after multiple attempts to get them to correct a paint job which was obviously done improperly (this was verified by 4 different body shops), I was told to go get if fixed somewhere else. His "lifetime guarantee" to always make things right does not appear to always be the case. If you don't mind getting a car back with hundreds of dust nibs in your paint job and and an occasional hair (yes a hair was stuck in my paint) under your paint go ahead and use them, otherwise I would not recommend. read more

I got into an accident early in July and took my car here to get fixed. It should've take a month at most to complete. It's now the day before October and it's still not done. I called last week to see what timeline was and the receptionist told me it would be done that day. I asked the owner what the problem was and he told me to fuck off. This place is a joke! Dishonest, unethical, and disrespectful. They faked the repairs and gave me back a car that was unsafe to drive. I took my car to another shop after the 4M "repairs" started to look pretty shoddy, pretty fast, and Mitch's response was to scream at me and insult me, without even looking at my car to see what I was referring to. New shop told me 4M and Mitch had duped me and overcharged my insurance company. They didn't do the repairs they said they did, the car was returned to my family in a condition I later learned endangered us and our children, as it was not road-worthy or safe. They told me one thing and my insurance something else, THE WHOLE TIME. When I called my insurance to find out what was going on, I found out that when the shop bothered to answer the adjuster's calls, the shop told him I was indecisive, that I brought the car in later than I actually did, so they hadn't had time to start work, and falsely reported that parts were back ordered that weren't, which maxed out my rental coverage unnecessarily, leaving me out of luck and footing the rest of the bill. 4M inflated my claim, which probably is going to increase my premiums (and YOURS too). I decided to call the shop out about their dishonesty with my insurance company on the line, to end the blame game, and 4M hung up on me. It all ended okay, because a reputable shop completed repairs correctly (on my dime) and thank God nothing happened while we were unwittingly driving our children around in a death trap, but I believe the hard-working, honest folks in our community deserved to be warned so they can protect themselves and their families. read more

Terrible service! please do not go here if you want reasonable pricing, genuine service or good communication. They had my car for almost 3 months and when I would call, the girl that would answer the phones never knew what was going on, the owner mitch would never return calls and one time they didn't even know my car was there... it had been there for a month by then!! They would always say "oh it'll be done this week, oh actually it'll be done this day..." and on and on and on. They even had the audacity to ask me if I could pick up a part for them. Almost 3 months and $3,000 later, I get my car back with a flat tire, caliper is broken, back windshield wiper is broken off and thrown in my trunk (it was there for a front end collision!) and leaks in my brake lines which they did not tell me any of this, of course, and I had only driven it once since I had gotten it back. Which I now have to pay another $500 to fix but of course at a different place. I definitely do NOT recommend! whole place is so sketchy and unprofessional. read more

Took our truck to their shop for airbag installation... Picked it up with a crack in the windshield and scratches in the new paint. When we confronted the owner, Mitch, he claimed it could have been the weather and the best that he could do was buff out the scratches. Paid this guy $4K just for him to give us more issues to deal with and not own up to anything. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

This place is the worst. The owner Mitch is a scam artist. My car not only came out not fixed but then he tried to stick us with the free loaner rental charge when we let him know how terrible his work was. I've never met such a non compationate person and will never recommend this collision shop to anyone. I had breast cancer surgery and now he expects me to crawl over my storage counsel everytime I need my passenger door open. He claims the parts were not in the door so he isn't going to fix it. My cadillac was certified from a dealership and no one but him took the door apart. He is full of it and I'll be filling a complaint with my insurance company as well. read more

I have to agree with Shawna M. This place is yet another example of the absolute worst business practices you could come across. Mitch talked me into metal replacement instead of a patch job for a small amount of surface rust at 4 Times the price, and said it would hold up for many years to come. Well, come to find out, they only did the patch job anyway, and charged me for the metal replacement. When I spoke with Mitch, a short 13 months later, because the rust is much worse now, he told me that they don't warranty rust. I don't know how anyone else feels, but I consider this stealing! Whatever happened to service after the sale, and people just doing the right thing? I have lived in the area for more than 35 years, and usually get good service from the businesses close by, so please beware of 4M Collision. They don't care about you!!! read more
