History
Established in 1979.
Garry’s Collision has proudly served Rochester and the surrounding communities
for over four decades. What started as a small family-owned business has grown through hard
work, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to quality. From day one, our mission has been
simple: treat people right, repair vehicles properly, and stand behind our work. We have built our
reputation one customer at a time by delivering honest service, quality craftsmanship, and the kind
of personal care that keeps families coming back generation after generation. While the industry
and technology have evolved over the years, our core values remain the same, to provide
exceptional repairs, take pride in our workmanship, and treat every customer with the respect they
deserve.
Meet the Business Owner: Daniel E.
I have had a passion for cars from a young age and grew up working on them with my mom and
dad. In high school, I attended trade school for auto body repair and started building what would
become my lifelong career in the collision industry. My first job was at a custom shop
specializing in Corvette restorations, where I started as a porter/detailer and worked my way up to
becoming a body technician. Over the years, I built a reputation for quality workmanship, attention
to detail, and always taking the time to do things right. As I spent more time in the industry, I
became frustrated seeing so many shops focus on speed and volume instead of true quality and
customer care. That is what pushed me to open my own shop, to build a business centered around
quality, honesty, and treating people the way they deserve to be treated. My goal has always been
simple: to provide the kind of workmanship and service I would expect if I were trusting someone
with my own vehicle.
