And I and so pleased they have a customer for life. I called and ask about 1 main thing I was looking at getting work done on and I briefly mentioned something else that I had a question about and they went above and beyond to get my other issue resolved as well. And with a great central location it makes it nice and easy to get here to get work done. You will enjoy their friendly and knowledgeable staff that has been a step above other shops I've been to in the past.

When I asked why the 3 other older axles have yet to fail, his excuse was that the aftermarket axle he installed was of significantly worse quality than the OEM ones I have installed on the other corners and if I wanted an OEM one I should've asked. A sorry and greedy excuse to not do the right thing, $500 for an axle that only lasted 3 months.. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The mechanic found the issue with my vehicle when no one else could, he did an excellent diagnostic. And an awesome job on putting it back together after the tear down. Each time I've gone to Al Serra regarding my Jeep, they've never let me down. Oh, did I mention there's two Howard's. As I stated, My service man Howard, sits at the very end, near the exit garage door. Hope you have a pleasant experience as I.

Please don't make the mistake of doing business with this dealership! We worked with Milosch before…read moreSerra took over this dealership. Serra is a completely different dealership with no concern for you or your vehicle. We worked directly with the Serra Disservice Manager, Chris B. Chris was the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. Chris has no concern for the customer & terrible communication during the entire process. We took our vehicle to Serra to have service performed & without doing any diagnostic work on the vehicle Serra Service tried to get a new engine from our Max-Care Warranty, rather than to perform the engine repair. With our vehicle having the Max Care Warranty, Serra Service assumed they could make additional money off the warranty group by replacing the entire engine on our vehicle. By doing this, Serra Service triggered a buyout from Max-Care which cancelled our warranty coverage & left us with a vehicle that still needs repaired & they charged us over $1000 for this disservice. Please do not make the same mistake that we made & take your vehicle to Serra Disservice!
