I decided to try this spot out, since I like checking out different salons to see where I can get the best job done at. I had the Latina girl do my nails (I forgot to ask for her name & yes, I did ask her if she was Latina, I'm not assuming here). She did a great job! I think she's been the only person I've found so far who actually shaped my nails how I wanted them. I'll definitely be going back to her to get them redone. I called to get a 6:45 appt for a gel manicure. She sweetly asked if I could come in 20 minutes because they close at 7. So I hightailed to get here and I've been sitting here for 15 minutes. I have gel on, so they could have had me soak while they finished their other stuff. It's only my second time here. It was last minute and I realized I could use a manicure before I left town in the am. So I thought this would work. Anyhoo, be warned that setting a time or accommodating theirs doesn't mean you'll get in and out when you expect. The girl did a nice job on my nails and they are reasonably priced. read more

My daughter went in to get her acrylics on and Sophia was her manicurist. She was angry from the get go. She was yelling at her to hurry up and pick her color then my daughter said she wanted them long and she made them short so my daughter told her they were short and she began yelling at my daughter in front of everyone. My daughter should of just left but she was afraid to get up and leave. What kind of business yells at their customers. Stay away from Sophia and 4ever nails. Will not be back. When I got my nails done, the owner was talking really loudly to her friend on the phone who was on speaker phone the whole time WHILE she was doing my nails. I guess some people might not find that irritating, but if I'm paying to for a gel manicure, chances are I don't want to hear you talking to your friend the whole entire time... Secondly, getting your eyebrows waxed here is weird. Normally other places bring you to a room in the back away from people. This place brings a waxing kit which isn't small over to you and proceeds to do your eyebrows while you're still in the chair getting your nails done where everyone can see. It's just not comfortable. Other than that, their nail work is good it's just the lack of professionalism that drove me away. read more

I had a great experience here - greeted promptly, seated immediately and asked if I wanted a drink. This establishment should be shut down considering the pandemic going on... did not think this was funny at all. I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure and after the 65 min pedicure (waited 15 min before someone started), there was NO WAY I was going to endure a manicure. First of all, the shellac nail polish selection is minimal. The water was cold and they reuse the same chairs making people sit side by side despite being empty. I suspect this is so they only have to clean the same 3 stations in a slow day. The woman who did my pedicure was horrible; it's the worst pedicure I have ever had in my life. She didn't use the pumice stone on the heel or the mid foot. The massage was a one-handed slopping of lotion on the leg that excluded the actual feet (and I paid for the deluxe pedicure that was supposed to include an extra massage). She never put the parrafin wax which came with the deluxe pedicure. The nail polish was a mess and she kept filing the nails to remove the polish on the skin and around the nail border. The bottom of my feet look no different than when I walked in there. I have my toenails painted for $55. I could not wait to get out of there. Absolutely horrible! This place deserves zero stars. They have a lot of improving to do starting with technicians who actually know what services they offer and ensuring they are delivering what people are paying for. read more

This is a great nail shop close to the heart of Franklin! Some shops in Franklin and Spring Hill get busy and you can pick up on a negative tone of being rushed and grumpy employees, but even though 4Ever Nails was very busy when I went it still had a peaceful, calm atmosphere with kind and courteous people! It can be difficult to find shops that will do pink and white powder (or who do it well) but Van has years of experience and my nails have never looked so good! She listened to how I like them done and actually knew what I was talking about when I said "Square-Oval" and "only a little white" so my nails came out shaped beautifully and looking more natural! This shop is even good enough to bring my Mom, and I plan on stopping by with her for a pedicure the next time she is in town. They were so busy that I plan on calling for an appointment next time, you should too! read more

I really love this nail salon! I have been to many places around Franklin and this is surprisingly the best yet. It's a family owned business: no showy decorations or coupon offers posted everywhere, unlike other local nail salons. The technicians are incredibly kind and I always receive amazing service. Their acrylic technique is incredible: incredibly thin and natural-looking but still sturdy at the apex. This nail salon is the only one where I see no peeling or chipping on my gel polish, even after 2 weeks. Definitely worth checking out if you live in Franklin! read more

We went here for the first time yesterday to get my daughters nail done for Prom. This was a re-do of Signatures nails in Greenhill which did an awful job (not coffin shaped, gaps and different lengths, cut cuticle-ouch!) and refused to fix them. This place was friendly, I could tell by the way they interact with their customers. On a first name basis and friendly laughter. She listened how my daughter wanted them and did them perfectly! Love that it's no so big and you are not treated a non person. I really like that you can get you own nail box for your appointments too. WE WILL BE BACK! read more

OMG BEWARE- they do not SANITIZE their instruments from what I have seen- they pull out a tray of dirty tools they are CUTTING/TRIMMING YOUR cuticles/nails with... they may plop a dab of rubbing alcohol on it and dry it before use but studies have shown items take at least 10 minutes in alcohol to sanitize - That being said WHAT DISEASES can be spread thru possible OPEN CUTS??? WAY TOO MANY- 4EVER NAILS PLEASE PLEASE SANITIZE those tools- that's just pure laziness AND AT THE RISK OF EVERY CUSTOMER that comes in there! My first time there - the nails lasted 2 weeks- 2nd trip 5 days- 3rd trip 4 days.... getting SLOPPY! BUT THE MAIN THING QUESTION that should be on customers minds BEFORE THEY TOUCH YOU .... IS IT SANITARY TO SHARE ITEMS THAT COME IN CONTACT WITH SKIN WITH NUMEROUS PEOPLE??? NO IT IS NOT!!! WIPE DOWN THE COUNTER TOPS BETWEEN CLIENTS.... call me a germaphobe if ya want - BUT...
