Just because this cleaners may be convenient in location doesn't mean they are convenient in life. 8 of the 9 coats that we received back were nice but the coat they "claimed" to never receive BUT charged us to clean will never be seen again. They lost a brand new coat, worn three times this Winter. I called them and visited but they claim my husband picked up everything and that he was the one who lost it. Seriously? When I asked for a refund on the cleaning amount (over $100), the owner literally said "No Way". I have no recourse on getting recouped for a $200 pea coat and where ever it is right now, it looks great. I know this because I paid to have it cleaned.
