I typically have my dress shirts pressed and dry cleaned, and my dress pants dry cleaned. Competitive prices with reasonable pick-up times. The only time I had a mix up was when I asked for 2 pair of dress pants to keep their creases down the center, only to go home and find that the dress pants had been "un-creased" (not even sure if that's even a word). I gave Sal's son a heads up about the mishap - he was working the cashier that morning - he just shrugged it off. No apology. No offer to correct the mistake. I assume he was still in shock from watching the "Red Wedding" from Game of Thrones...

Even some pieces that I was going to retire already came back looking brand new after they cleaned them. I also want to say that their tailor is by far the BEST ever! I hate to promote her because I don't want her to get really busy, LOL, but she is truly amazing. You can trust her with your most expensive designer clothing. She will not ruin anything, ever. As a matter of fact, she fixed things for me that other tailors had ruined (I thought beyond repair). Love this girl! All the less than 5 star reviews are completely undeserving. Especially when you have the girl at the counter pin your shirt for alterations (and not the professional tailor), then get an apology call after it didn't come out right, and then get a full monetary $$ refund...it's just classless to go on yelp and trash them after that!

Here today! I needed…read morea dry cleaners and Yelp recommended Winn Street Laundry, it was within 2 miles of my hotel so perfect. Winn Street Laundry does their laundry on premise but they send their dry cleaning out. I'm not use to their prices, they have a minimum weight and Jezzzzus, their prices was astronomical! I asked how much and gasps behind me for asking and the lady at the counter "This is Boston" look and their awards let me know YOU WANT YOUR CLOTHES DONE RIGHT, SCREW THE PRICES. $7 freakin dollars for a single shirt? It was either my ego that agreed, determined to look Winn Street Laundry starched down and pressed or didn't wanna look cheap and couldn't afford their services. I said out loud "Good grief, I pay $2.79 in Houston for a man buttoned down laundry, heavy starched shirt". I felt the evil eyes trying to climb my Psalm 91 hedges of protection because one of the two tunnels here was closed due to construction and the traffic put commuter's at least 30 minutes behind and in traffic. These Bostonians need to fire up a joint which is legal here and CHILL OUT:)))) Anywho, my dry cleaning was superb and the heavy starch I requested cut my neck and was ready before time. My shirt collars was white so I had not a one complaint for my HARD earned mula. I received a text when my clothes were ready along with a reminder of the price, I like that. I learned a valuable lesson from Winn; order some white polo's from Amazon, buy Spray n Wash along with spray starch and save that money for 2 16 inch bundles of human hair:))) Here today! There tomorrow!

He reduced waist but also cut short the length of the legs Second pant was to reduce the leg length, he did do that. Third pant was to reduce on waist and shorten leg length. He did shorten the waist but forgot to reduce the length of the legs. Instead he shortened the first pair. After I explained to him the mistakes he did he did not listen to me and started arguing with me. My wife had her wedding dress altered here for our wedding and then dry cleaned afterwards. Yang was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. The alteration process was a bit long, requiring multiple visits, but Yang was receptive to any changes that we wanted. I appreciate that after any work is done, he allowed us to check his work and if there was anything we weren't happy with he was opening to making the changes. Overall, I feel like his prices are reasonable for the work he does. My only strong word of advice is to make sure to call ahead before coming into the store to make sure that whatever work is done because usually he's behind schedule.
