This is my go-to nail spot. I don't normally get a manicure. I'm a pedicure gal. It's super relaxing. They always make sure the water is perfect and not too hot for me. They offer water and other drinks. The chairs are super comfy. The staff are super friendly. There is only one guy I like doing my pedis. He is a great conversationalist and gives unhurried exfoliating foot massages. My feet and toes come out so perfect. I don't know his name, but will have to find out when I go again! I've also gotten by eyebrows waxed here, and the lady is super nice and very gentle. I will come back again to get my eyebrows done when I'm too lazy to do them myself. :)

Decent prices They don't have a fun drink selection Seating is in a "circle" so it's not very private Good prices Lots of colors to pick from Friendly staff Love that ur not rushed Wasnt to impressed with the final result though Some nails crooked some polish overspill

Where you call or walk in, you are made to feel welcomed and seen. Lots of colors available, artistic staff and super clean. I go for both acrylic nails and pedicure. They offer several services and several levels of those services. Massage chairs are wonderful. My go to technicians are Roy and Coco.

Freshly done acrylic pink and white nails with high arched "smile line"

Upon moving to Texas (16 months ago), I have been searching for a technician who could replicate a specific technique my previous technician use. I just took a chance. The salon is clean, and very bright and while masks are optional, all technicians are masked. Tony, who checks you in is friendly and personable. I asked for Kevin, who did my nails previously, however he was booked. Tony assigned me to Mai (not sure if the spelling is correct). I explained that I like a high arch "smile line" and I showed a picture of my nails done by my previous technician, as well as another picture and she "understood the assignment!" The entire staff is very friendly and although I have only visited twice, from the conversations I overheard, I left with the impression they want to make their leave with a positive customer service experience! I definitely will go back!

Nails that are not long that the owner charged me more money on because he called these long nails.

I've been going to this place since they opened. I've never had an issue with the service here and they do a good job on your nails. However, I went to get my nails done and after my nails were done, I went to go pay. The man taking the money, whom I think is the owner, asked me if the lady who did my nails put tips on them. I told him that she didn't. He started inspecting my nails as if I were lying. I told him these were my real nails. So he gave me my bill and charged me charged me more than the price I previously paid for the same length with the dip. I told him that price was higher than previously. He told me it's because my nails were too long so he had to charge me more. I told him that my nails aren't long. He said they were and he had to charge me more. I was upset because 1) These are my nails and I didn't use their fake nails and 2) my nails were the same length 2 weeks ago and he charged me less. I had the lady cut my nails down to the length they were 2 weeks ago. I told him that he just lost a customer for trying to upcharge me on my own nails and told me okay as if he didn't care about his customers. A few weeks earlier, he upcharged my husband for my daughter's nails. He's inconsistent with his prices and for this reason I've lowered the stars. There are too many nail shops in the area tdo a good job for me to continue to give this place my money.

Always great service, clean and detailed. Pedicures are done well with attention to your tough spots.

Annalee M.

Great service! People are always kind and appointments are always seen on time. My SNS last for 3+ weeks and are always flawless. So glad to have this place so close to home.

Monica G.

Love this place. Nails are always good, they are always kind, customer service is amazing. Always a good idea to call and make an appointment ahead of time, since so many people love this place, then tend to be a bit busy. (Photo a week after my visit, still looking amazing)

Nicole G.

*Update: after 3 days I had 3 nails that had cracked. I went back and Elaine fixed them. Three days later and all my nails had cracked including the ones she fixed. So what a waste of money. I get SNS all the time and never had this issue. I called and asked for a refund at this point and they said they don't give refunds. I'm now in another state and can't go back. Avoid this nail salon at all costs. Really needed my nails done for the weekend. Dropped in with my daughter so she could get a pedicure. I opted for SNS with no tips. Elaine did my nails and she did an excellent job! She was quick but paid close attention to detail. The pedicure chairs do not have a massage feature like other places-so for me I would not come here for that. However I love the job Elaine did with my nails.

Mindy R.

Super happy! Great experience. The owners truly took care of me. They learned my name, and spoke in English around me. Loved the pineapple mimosa and the special treatment (well, it felt special). Definitely (at least) 2 steps above all the other salons in Hutto! Actually, I got tips for the first time, left the salon and found some mistakes, and went right back to get them fixed- no problem! They were very kind, polite, and I give them a super positive for cleanliness and customer service! I'll be back!

Blood dripping nail beds with matte black polish! Perfect!

Fabulous location. Excellent service from the moment you walk in. The staff is professional and proficient. I could not have enjoyed my pedicure anymore. The chair was comfortable and clean. The basin had a sanitary liner just for me. The tools are all brand new out of the package. This is the place to go for excellent, clean, and prompt service. read more

I was looking for a good nail salon near me and was recommended this place. I was getting my SNS removed and going back to gel with a pedicure. My nail technician did a great job. He was very precise and wasn't rough with the files. The highlight was the friendly front desk staff which I thought may have been the owner. Additionally, the place was clean and their nail tools are sanitized and sealed. I will definitely be coming back! read more

I visited this studio since it is closer to my home than my usual studio, but I was overall disappointed and will not return or encourage others to go. If you find value in a jet/bubbling pedicure basin or a massage pedicure chair, this place does not have either. While the decor is very modern and sleek with lots of white, gold, black, and clear details, the basins for the pedicures are white sinks and the pedicure chairs are straight-back benches. While beautiful, they weren't functional and comfortable. I arrived at 12:20 on Saturday and left at 3:30. The manager made a comment that it seemed to be taking a while for my SNS/powder dip manicure and it was - considering my nail tech had to redo my nails TWICE. She even noticed a fabric fiber in one of my nails after it was finished, but said it was just because the manicure towel was new and it was no big deal, though you can clearly see the black fiber from the black towel in my French manicure. I also had to ask for some cuticle removal, to which she responded "oh you want me to do that? oh okay". I specifically asked for a full manicure with the SNS/powder dip since I know it usually has to be requested. I felt like I was inconveniencing her. I mentioned my specific disappointments to the manager, in which he replied that he would fix it, but I had already been there for three hours. I was still charged the full $85 for a citrus pedicure (2nd level) and a French manicure SNS/powder dip manicure. Overall, I'm disappointed with the pedicure for the price compared to other locations, and have scheduled an appointment with my usual studio to fix my manicure. If you value service and quality, this is not the place for you. If you value a pretty atmosphere and a good complimentary drink selection, this is your studio. read more

I have found my new nail spot!! I got married last month and was looking for a place for my bridesmaids and I to get our nails wedding ready. Since I don't usually get my nails done I didnt know where to go and the last time I had gotten them done the nail tech didnt really listen to what I wanted, I paid $50+ for nails I didnt really like. 3sixty5 was recommended to me by some ladies on a local Facebook page so I scheduled an appointment. When we arrived they were friendly and accommodating, offered us cocktails-which were delicious and refreshing- and really made us feel like this was our own private spa time. The shop is modern and clean and all the people who work there are nice and easy to talk to and laugh with. I had a few pinned ideas for "wedding nails" saved but still wasn't exactly sure what I wanted so I let them know and they came up with the perfect simple yet beautiful set. They just told me to sit back and relax, they got the rest!! During the process they communicated with me to make sure I liked the length and progression. The same with my bridesmaids, one works in a field that requires short, groomed nails and they hooked her up to perfection!! Fast forward to today, a month later and it's time for my fill. My wedding set was still beautiful. Usually, I would take them off all myself and call it a day, but I enjoyed them so much I decided to go ahead and get them filled. I'm a nail biter and I treat my nails horribly but this last set helped them grow and prevents me from tearing up my nail beds so I went back. This time I didnt make an appointment, I decided to see if they had time for a walk-in. When I get there they greated me by name!! They remembered me and asked how my wedding was!! That right there, something so small but goes a long way. As someone who works in service, building rapport and getting to know your client is key! Once again they did a wonderful job. I will continue to return as long as I can. I havent tried the pedicures yet, but my girls have and they really enjoyed it!! read more

This nail salon charges high prices for mediocre work. I spent a lot of money and walked away disappointed. They prioritize money over customer satisfaction. I have been to a lot of nail salons and this is by far the worst experience I have ever received. The store A"manager" is rude and dismissive. When I told him my concerns his idea was "pay more" so we can resolve the issue. Horrible and unethical business practices . There are many places that value their customers, this is not one of them. Stay far away and look elsewhere. read more

As humble as I can say this. Please avoid this Nail Salon. I don't do reviews but this is necessary. They do not remove nails properly, they use a fake nail to tear off the existing acrylic off your natural nail. The base of my natural nail was punctured, bleeding. Two people there said it happens all the time, so it's obviously not the first time. Then only offered a $5 discount off of about an $80 dollar very simple/basic service. I have a high pain tolerance & this hurt. I tried speaking to them about the situation & all that was offered was a different tech. If the process isn't done properly by two other techs that I literally saw doing the same, why would I go back? If they cared about their customers, they would make it right but they chose not too. I will now have to see a Dr to make sure I don't get an infection or catch anything, since this "happens all the time". Wish I could give 0 stars. read more

Excellent experience. I haven't gone anywhere with covid, so this pedicure was very much needed. The salon was clean and not crowded. I was able to make an appointment over yelp the day before. Staff were so courteous and safe. My toes look great. One client didn't have her mask over her nose which just makes me feel bad for the staff. I work in a hospital so have a different understanding of this pandemic than some of the regular public. Wear your mask appropriately people. That's just so discourteous to those around you. Anyway, I'll be back soon. Very impressed with this salon. read more

I wanted to be able to give more stars but I can't. The manager is incredibly friendly and the place is nice and not overcrowded. Me and my daughter have been there twice now. Her nails used to last a month when done at our old salon and now since getting them done here they constantly lift and break. For mine, I don't know what top coat they are using on dip powder nails but within days it's dull and peeling. I went back one time to get a new topcoat and I was charged $10 and it literally peeled off two days later. Unfortunately we won't be back and will go back to our old salon. The price we pay for nails these days they should last longer and look better for more than one week. read more

Tony has great customer service and Kevin is a great nail tech. My nails have been on point every time. I go in and out. No long waits. I came to this salon for the first time last week on Thursday. I needed a fill and was seen by a very nice lady who did my nails. I liked the way they looked but less than a week later, I had two nails that were cracked in the same spots on separate hands. I went back to the salon on Monday and there was a very long wait. I waited about 30 min in the lobby area and then decided I just needed to make an appointment. I went to the guy at the front desk and asked if I could make an appointment to come back and fix my two cracked nails that were being held together with super glue. He said "you do not need an appointment. Just come in whenever and we will get your taken care of!" So I said "if that's the case, can I just get them fixed now?" He said "no, we are too busy right now but you can come back any other time and we will take care of it without an appointment." I then left and came back today at 10:05am (they opened at 10) and asked if I could get my two nails that are broken repaired. The same guy at the front desk was there but he seemed annoyed when I asked. He said "we just opened. I don't have techs that can do that right now. We have appointments first so you will just have to wait and I cannot give you any sort of time frame on how long you need to wait ." He was rude and dismissive. I will not ever come back to this salon and I would never recommend anyone else here. He showed horrible customer service and isn't willing to fix their mistakes. I hope this helps someone in the future. read more

First time here, the lady doing my pedi did a good job on the massage and scrub but my nail color was awful. I wanted a chrome pink this looks like metallic polish and brown. I could tell she was not familiar with this type of polish. She used her finger to wipe on the dust all other places I've been too use a sponge. I was assigned a nail tech I had never seen before, and the experience was nothing like what I'm used to here. She took an unusually long time to do a simple French tip manicure and pedicure, and despite repeatedly asking for the tips to be thinner, she continued making them thick and uneven. My nails literally look like McDonald's arches--crooked, bulky, unevenly filed, and poorly shaped. I originally asked for a unicorn finish, but was told it required gel, which I didn't want this time. After agreeing, it became clear there was confusion about how to do it, so I declined. Despite that, I was still given a gel French tip, which again took forever and still turned out poorly. Thankfully, one of the regular nail techs stepped in and did a great job fixing my toes--but by then the experience was already frustrating. At checkout, I was told my total was $138 for a deluxe pedicure I did not receive. We had to discuss the charges, and I ended up paying $108--still far too much for nails I hate and now have to get repainted somewhere else. I've always trusted this salon, which makes this even more disappointing. Consistency matters, and this visit missed the mark completely.

I have been a client of Kevin since 3Sixty5 open this has been far the most wonderful experience. Especially during COVID-19, Tony and Kevin team keeps the facility clean. I noticed after every client Tony cleans, and sprays. Everyone has to use hand sanitizer after entering as well. I like the fact that it appointment only right now dueling COVID-19 to make sure all COVID-19 guidelines and social distance rules are in effect. The spirit the attention to detail and attitudes are wonderful!!! The last few times I have had my Grand daughter with me. She is only 4 years old so you know a 4 year old will not be still and messed up her nails a few times. They had a lot patience and took their time to do again. I really appreciate coming every two weeks I look forward to a great company a great conversation with Kevin and Tony and relaxation!! My daughter and I have been coming here since the nail salon opened a few months ago. We will not be going else where! The salon is very clean, relaxing and full of talented people. Tony is great at running the salon (his customer service is superb), Kevin's nail skills are impressive (his attention to detail is exceptional), Mrs. Lily's pedicures are worth every penny (plus she gives the best massages), and Tammy is great too. We have been seen by everyone and have never been disappointed. Their prices are pretty standard compared to other salons in the area with the exception that this is a much better salon. The natural products are a plus as well. I recommend this place to everyone looking at getting pampered. read more

I have NEVER gone to a nail salon and felt like a celebrity me until coming here. Tony helped my mom and I by picking out great colors for us. He also cut, buffed and filed my sons finger and toe nails. Most salons just cut and that's it. He got the full treatment. Everyone here is sooo sweet, attentive and caring. Kevin is a magician as well. When I get SNS elsewhere it's never been to the precision that Kev gave. he is careful and doesn't rush. I'm never going anywhere else. This is the place to get your nails done. The ambiance is very comfortable as well. Tammy did my pedi and my feet weren't left with missed skin on my heel like most places do. I love the ambiance of this place. The decor is very classy and inviting. I was immediately greeted upon arriving and made to feel welcome. I was happy to see that they use liners in the foot tubs. I was quoted $65. That should have been straightforward -- but nothing about this visit was. First, the service itself was shockingly poor. My manicurist didn't bother to trim or clean the cuticles -- something every standard refill includes -- especially when using a drill. The salon is bare-bones already, but skipping basic steps is unacceptable. Then I was told to come back the next day with my blue, yet they still intended to charge me more. Suddenly the price jumped by another $20. That was never discussed or agreed to. When I expressed (rightfully) that the experience didn't match the quoted price or standard service, one of the employees began screaming, panicking, and making unintelligible noises while threatening to call the police -- over what, I still don't know. I never refused payment; in fact, I paid and even tipped. But the behavior was bizarre, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. There was no attempt to resolve the issue, explain the price changes, or provide adequate service. The work itself was mediocre at best -- you can get better quality for a lower price at the nicer salons literally one mall down. Avoid this place at all costs -- poor technique, inconsistent pricing, zero communication, and the worst customer service I've experienced at any nail salon.
