Nerdy beer lover heaven! I can definitely see this becoming a regular place for us based on the quality of their beers and the overall positive and welcoming atmosphere. I love when there are a few interesting beers on the menu and they recently had a Peppercorn one! My favorite beer was Redacted, a dunkle beer. Most of their beers have cute game related names! They have wine and non alcoholic options to choose from too. You an also purchase cans to-go. They have a large selection of games to use while you're drinking and socializing. There is free Wi-Fi and some gender neutral, single stall bathrooms in the back. There are a limited parking area in front and to the side of the brewery. There is a nice covered patio outside with seating and the night we were there they had a wonderful food truck serving tacos. The one downside is because it is small, if you go on a trivia/event night it's very loud and can get fairly full. But with that being said, we accidentally came during a Star Wars trivia night (of which we know almost nothing about) and we got super caught up in the passion and fun. We'll have to come back for a night where we can play. Looks like there is a Holiday themed one soon, maybe I'll see you here!

A sharp turn in after the Sunrise Road intersection is the small building of 3rd Level Brewing, a great new concept brewery with some very fun Easter eggs to bring friends and enjoy a variety of beers or mocktails. The staff are incredibly friendly and let us taste the "Health Potion" mocktail, a strong blend of hibiscus tea and lemon. Each mocktail has edible glitter to make them look more like magic potions, a great touch. I ordered a flight of beers, which seemed like a fantastic deal at $2-$3 per sampler glass for beers of my choice. I got the sour, an IPA (Deadhorse), the hazy IPA, and the oatmeal stout. $9 total! The sour was light and fruity, a refreshing summer drink that wasn't too sour. The Deadhorse IPA was a west coast style IPA with heavy hops and pine notes. The hazy IPA was an east coast style with fruity pineapple notes, but a bit of a bitter and strong aftertaste at the end of the glass. The oatmeal stout was dark (but not heavy) and a little bitter with roasty oatmeal notes. I loved the theme of this place and they mentioned that they will have Switch setups and a projector in the future for movie or anime nights. I'm really looking forward to what they do in the future!

I've been here twice for the non-alcoholic potions, but I hear the beer is also good. The white "restoration potion" is my favorite. It's elderberry lemonade. I also really like the hibiscus tea "health potion." Bar staff is friendly and was very patient with my wandering attention that first visit. On both Saturdays I've been here, there's been a taco truck called Los Regios with a delecious selection. I like the doraditos tacos, which are fried crunchy with your choice of meat and served with cilantro, onion and a lime wedge on the side. For first-timers, there's a dish called "Nunca he Venido" which translates to "never been here." It's basically a sampler with different items, meats and both salsas. The menu is in English except for dish names, which are bilingual. There's also a good selection of card and board games. Cute nerdy decor, too - as others have mentioned.

Walking in the place it is a bit small, BUT the decorations were fun, something cool to look at on each wall. There is a patio outback to enjoy if there are no seats left inside. They have games for playing and a nice selection of beers. They even have 1 seltzer if you have someone with you who may not be a beer drinker, so that's nice. That one reminded me of a Capri Sun, which is pretty easy to drink. The grape sour beer was super interesting. If you're in to sour stuff, this one is a must try! We enjoyed the patio, live music, and food truck. Pretty relaxing day hanging out here.

Great brewery with a great story. If you want to try some brews born from creative brewing techniques, this is your place. My favorite El Hefe Grand Imperial Hefe. Cool nerd/gamer atmosphere. Check it out.

I continue to be so impressed with 3rd Level. In our house we just call it "the brewery" at this point because this has become our regular spot. Over the summer we worked with the owners to rent out the entire brewery for a reasonable price. Staff treated my friends and family like their own and were gracious hosts for a very special event. They continue to pump out new beers just often enough that you can try something new most times you come in. We have our favorites but everything new we've tried we end up purchasing as well. Our personal beer fridge is always stocked up with 3rd Level cans. There is a taco truck that lives there most afternoons that serves some of the best street tacos I've been able to find in the area. We love the barbacoa tacos

Suer cool quirky little brewery. Video games themed and has a fun vibe to hang in. Staff was super cool and friendly, very fairly priced and just a good all around spot. The beer is great as well, had a flight and enjoyed all the varying styles. Lots of board games to play if you are in to that. A bit small, but cozy. Drink local!

Delicious beers, friendly staff, small shop but it's clean and cozy! They had 5 draft beers on the tap, I tried everything but the IPA and liked all four of them, especially the strawberry sour and the danckel The taco truck that's parked outside...not so much

First visit and so happy we did. I had the strawberry sour which wasn't as sour as most so very pleasant and easy to drink the full pint. My husband had the Japanese rice lager and loved the different flavor. Cool ambience complete with fun, nostalgic board games. Food truck and patio outside so can make a night of hanging our here. Staff were friendly and quick. Will be back soon!

We went yesterday afternoon and its a really nice property with tons of space. They have a cool stage area, a playground, several tables near the bar with view of the tv and some open inside space next to cornhole. I want to say they had about 8 of other breweries beers on tap (real ale bock and Pinthouse Scorpion Disco are the two I remember) and then they also had cocktails and 2 of their own beers: an amber, and then what I got: the tangerine cream ale. I thought it was pretty good which was surprising as usually, new breweries take a bit to get things figured out. It would be a solid beer for a warm day. The bartender was friendly and they also had a bbq truck on site that smelled delicious but we didn't have time to check-out this time. The only negative I'd say is there is zero inside space with A/C, its all open air. That's not a dealbreaker for me but as its only going to get even hotter, I'm curious how it will impact their business.

Dog friendly and kind of a tree house on the hill vibe. The food truck was closed when we got there, but they had an event for Mother's day, so my guess was they sold out. Any beer connoisseur will understand the technique the demands and the workmanship that goes into creating draft beer and what I really love is I fell in love with the Hill country kolsch, it's a blend of a light beer so I prefer light beers like ultra or Miller so to me it taste like a more full flavored Miller light and what I really appreciate is that it's not like a heavy IPA so it allows me to free up space in my stomach so I can go for the killer pizza. Hands-down, one of the best cheese, breads, high-quality cheese crispy, crunchy cheese bread with what I really love are those crispy crunchy edges that are on the crust it's addictive. And then you're able to dip each cheese bread into that jalapeño ranch or that creamy queso. I'm telling you this right now their house made jalapeño ranch is like crack. They should bottle it and sell it if they decided to bottle it I would buy a bottle should I say I think it's better than Wingstop? Go try the pizzas as you can see. I ordered the works pizza we can see all the beautiful cuts of meats. All fresh meats, all beautifully individually, sliced fresh crunchy crust with melted cheese. Just a great bite. If you're a carnivore this is your pizza. I wanted to jazz things up and go for the honey bear pizza and I requested that they add white sauce as the base and then drizzle on top of the olive oil. I'm happy they made that pizza for me because you can taste the white sauce mixed with the olive oil and the nice salty shavings of prosciutto.

At the time this establishment was built, we lived nearby and were extremely excited to have an Irish option so close. We've been several times and enjoy ourselves a lot. I will warn anyone reading this far in, though, that this isn't the place to go for really authentic "Irish" food. It also isn't where I would go if I wanted a nice, full meal. Their menu is full of good appetizers that pair well with their brews, which is what they do really well. A couple years ago, we celebrated a milestone anniversary here, but this time we stepped it up a little: we got a little private table inside a barrel in their courtyard, and it was a very cozy and wonderful setting for our anniversary celebration. The very best thing about this establishment, however, is their service. My husband always plans ahead for our anniversary celebration, and has worked closely with the management of Cork and Barrel on more than one occasion to make our evening extra special. From flower delivery directly to our table, to a private location so we could visit uninterrupted, the staff has always been very accommodating and helpful in making his vision come to life. We will continue to be loyal patrons of Cork and Barrel. If you haven't tried them yet, you should.

I went to the bar and ordered (no wait staff at the tables). I ordered the Fish-n-Chips w/ a Pearl Snap, my date had the Biggy BBQ Mac Burger with a Dragon Fruit Daiquiri. For the positives: our drinks were very good, hard to mess up a draught beer, but it was not flat & just cold enough. She absolutely loved the daiquiri, side note- she's with me so standards aren't super high. Bar staff were super helpful and attentive, patio was very chill and secluded from the other spots surrounding it. The bathroom was clean and didn't smell like vomit. Negatives: My fish and chips were below expectations. Their grease was entirely too hot and it was flash fried causing the batter to be too crispy and the fish was piping hot. The selection of cod was not good either most of the pieces were blackened meat and the chips were crinkle cut fries, a letdown. I wasn't expecting a London level plate but it was a very sad and lonely one. Her burger was loaded with BBQ sauce and her mac-n-cheese balls were fried similarly causing the same burnt batter. It wasn't the worst meal I've had at a chain beer joint, looking at you Fox and Hound, but it wasn't close to the best. The Flying Saucer has a very good bar style fish and chips plate that costs about the same but they pay attention to the details that make it better. Overall I would not recommend and I will not be going back but in a pinch it won't make you sick.
