I love how clean the ingredients are and how there are no additives. I got a smoothie with pineapple, mango, coconut water, and banana and enjoyed it so much! It was great for a hot beach day and I will be back soon for more!

I'm a sucker for Açaí bowls and I'm so glad this place opened again. It's soooo close to the waters and it's so relaxing to stop by here before or after a trip at the beach They allow for substitutes and add ons which is a plus! Their cookie butter isn't too sweet like Trader Joe's but it still hits. I love getting anything that has açaí and would usually include strawberries bananas and mangos. Don't be afraid to let them know what you want!

What an awesome place to get a great meal I have lived in the area for years and remember when this opened up. I have driven by it all the time and never stopped to try it out. I am sorry now that I did not try it sooner. It is one of the best meals I have had. It is healthy food and it is delicious. I have tried at least three different items on the menu and every one has been excellent. Their website states, "We at 3Natives take a healthy twist on the "fast food" mindset by serving healthy and convenient food at an affordable price. 3Natives was founded in 2013 and what started out as a small juice bar, has grown into 30+ stores serving Florida and beyond." The store is in a storefront next to several other shops that share a parking lot right off A1A. The store has a small seating area with about 5 tables (2 tall and 3 small) and a seating area with a couch and chairs. The menu includes bagels, bowls, wraps, salads and smoothies. Most of the meals that I have gotten are about $10-$12. The restaurant has been spotless every time I have visited it and has a very positive, light, and airy feel to it. I am sorry I did not find or try this place sooner but don't worry, I am visiting often and making up for the lost time. I hope you take a chance and try it out. I think you will like it.

I am NOT native to Florida as I am only passing through for work... however my dietary restrictions dictate I eat clean and healthy in order to not have gut consequences. Upon walking into the store I was greeted and I looked at the menu on the wall. I will say that this could be the ONLY downside as there are tables under the menu and could make people uncomfortable while eating as someone is looking at the menu... I orders a "local acai bowl". It was very tasty and was overloaded with fruit and granola. I witnessed a person say there wasn't enough coffee flavor in their smoothie and the owner INSISTED on remaking it... giving them a brand new one in addition to the one they had already. The owner is super friendly... informed me they purchased 2 weeks ago... and that they have gluten free wraps... no gluten free bagels yet! If you haven't tried this place.. are looking for a new place with yummy food, or just want a welcoming place to walk into... THIS is THE place to be!!!

After my husband and I became isolated in a local hotel for 4 days with Influenza A we began ordering all our food thru DoorDash. The first morning I found 3Natives while searching for something "healthy" to eat. It was AMAZING! We ordered it for the next 2 mornings as well. I ordered gluten free granola because I am gluten sensitive. Neither of the containers were marked as to which was the gluten free or dairy free version of the "Chronic" that we both ordered. I called the store and they explained that the containers should have been marked but on day 3 again they were not marked. This could be very serious and hopefully will be addressed soon as the cups we've had have been very good. The Calypso that my husband had at last he said was dry and he regretted changing from the Chronic he had been ordering. We will hopefully be back in the area in October and will be repeat customers for sure!

Highly recommend!!!! We drove through Satellite Beach and this place caught my eye. Thank goodness it did! I got the chronic bowl and it was the best açaí bowl that I've ever had! All of the fruit was fresh and prices were very reasonable for everything you get. I was even able to add mango and kiwi to this bowl for no up charge! The atmosphere here was very laid back and seemed like a good place for a quick bite, to work/study, or just hangout. The young man that took my order was very friendly and quick to get everything out. I can't wait to come back!

Loved the food here. Such a good place to take a break after hitting the beach and recharge.

When I first visited Urban Tea in Indian Harbour Beach, I tried the A1A Boba, which is delightful. I also tried the acai bowls like the Pink Dragon and The Tropics. I recommend these bowls to anyone who has never tried acai bowls. Service is hit or miss. I truly wish the management team would fix this, ensuring everything runs smoothly from the time the order is placed to when the drink or food is made and handed to the customer or guest. The ambiance combines a beach vibe with flavorful drinks.

Now the last two times have been the same person. This last time we got three different drinks. Mine was one of their energy drinks. Blended. It was supposed to be orange cream but it tastes like a pixie stick. Too sweet and gritty. And no creamsicle flavoring. I ended up just throwing it out. My son got a chocolate boba. And it was essentially powered chocolate milk with boba balls. Gritty also and he threw his out too. Third one was a Tiger sugar boba. It was edible. But the damage has been done. All this was 27 bucks plus tip. Interior is clean but their stools and chairs are very uncomfortable. This has been a sad disappointment since we crave success for all of the beachside businesses. But this has been such a disappointment. We hope they figure it out but we won't be back for a while as we see if the market lets them survive.

It's a nice place to stop in for a healthy snack or lunch! But they are never quick.... the service is soooo slow. The last 3 times I've gone in, there's never an employee in the front. Sometimes you have to stand there for 5+ minutes before someone comes to the front. A. That doesnt seem safe & B. Maybe have more staff working at once? Once you do get to place an order, it takes forever. I hope they're making it from scratch, so thats what takes so long. Today I placed a to go order - on the menu it said "Hot N Melty Breakfast Sandwich" - but didn't list any ingredients. Okay whatever, I assumed eggs and cheese and it asked if I wanted to add bacon for $4, which I did opt for. Making my total $14.89 It WAS melty...but had 2 small pieces of bacon and boiled eggs! I have never seen that before, lol. Boiled eggs? Not scrambled? On a croissant breakfast sandwich? Is it because they are premade so its just easier? I wasnt expecting that. I also asked for a cup of water (which I've been given before) and I was told they're supposed to be selling the bottles of water. But I didn't want to buy a bottle of Costco Kirkland purified water... also, I needed a cup with a lid because it was for my toddler. Weird experience today. I love this place though. Usually really good food! Just extremely slow service. Friendly staff. But maybe they should consider having additional people working...and give egg options for their sandwiches...scrambled, fried, or I guess...boiled.

First of all when we walked in it was not busy yet it took several minutes to get someone up to the counter to help us. The employees were discussing break times and that they were waiting for the smoothie person to get back from their break, all being discussed loudly. Finally we had our order taken by a not so enthusiastic employee, proceeded to wait over 15 minutes for our order. While waiting we noticed several customers walked in and stood at the counter for awhile without being greeted. We finally received 2 smoothies, one of which was not the Mango Madness we are used too. It was basically ice with little flavor. Still waiting for our food, we told one of the employees that the smoothie did not taste the way it usually did and proceeded to make another one which tasted just as yucky. It was at this time we happened to discovered our food had been sitting on the counter (our name was never called) and getting cold. We are sorry to say that the service here was less than par and the smoothies were horrible. I would most definitely not frequent this location again, but would purposely drive farther to get the quality, consistency as well as the customer service we have grown to love from Trooicsl Smoothie.

What has greatly suffered however is the experience and ambiance. Don't get me wrong. The service also is still very good to excellent. The building design and decoration and paint looks and feels cold, industrial and unfriendly the floors look like unfinished concrete, the tables and wooden benches don't have a quality feel. It lacks character, charm and warmth. As much ch as I love the sandwiches and raquet fries and the service I just can't shake the stark industrial ambiance and feel. The outside feels a bit better but just marginally and it's just too darn hot to eat outside most of the year. Both old locations had charm and energy and a friendly flair about them. The ambiance is 2 stars but because the sandwiches are still great and service was good to great I'll still give four stars. Unfortunately I won't be coming by very often and won't choose it as a place to bring friends or employees or clients to for a bite and a drink or two. I hope an upgrade will be in the cards.
