The shop is in downtown Santa Ana, it's woman owned, and has some great artists that have space there. Great vibe, very friendly. We came in an hour before closing and were greeted by Samara - who did a wonderful job getting us set up for our spontaneous piercings! We were then directed to Lucas. He did my friend's tragus piercing and my dual lobe piercings. I haven't been pierced since I was a baby, but Lucas made the whole experience real easy. Overall, he's a super chill guy that makes an effort to strike up a conversation and make you feel comfortable about the whole process. Other than the fleeting hot sensation from the initial pinch, the process was pretty painless. Bonus: we got some sick stickers featuring his bull dog Everyone we met at the shop was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Their website is also a fantastic resource in case you don't ask all of your questions about healing in-person. My friend and I truly felt like we were in great hands so kudos to everyone for setting such an easygoing vibe. I've been back a few times since January for a quick monthly check and to get my piercings downsized recently. As expected, I was met with top-tier customer service, true to the shop's personal brand. I feel confident coming back for future piercings.
