I'm so obsessed. It opened on bolsa so I was p r e t t y skeptical because there are already fantastic cafes on that stretch of street and you need a lot to distinguish yourself there but alas I still braved the chaotic streets of little Saigon and spent twenty minutes looking for parking so I could join the queue of eager bargain hunters for the grand opening of their Westminster location. Disappointed I was not. Despite waiting another 30 minutes in line, staff were stationed outside the cafe in the warm summer heat to humor my queries and make sure I was amply prepared for a streamlined ordering experience. I made sure to get one of their most popular drinks, the Mochi Barley Burst and was not disappointed. Not photographed (because I could hardly contain my excitement) was the Pink Coconut Glow. The Barley Burst was refreshing, light, not too sweet, and offered a fantastic mouth feel between the bursts of barley infused popping boba and velvety sweetened mochi I was in a textural paradise!!! I couldn't stop myself and to my chagrine my beverage disappeared in minutes. The pink coconut glow was a little bit less exciting in my opinion. The coconut was light and refreshing but it was not as pronounced of a flavor as I would've liked and the watermelon was a little faint, little more than a colorful accent, however the chestnut boba was such a game changer for me I still had a ball. I think this store definitely brings their A-game when it comes to boba so even when this drink was a little more lacking it was still a delight with every sip. 4/5 for the barley, 3/5 for the coconut if I was just going off of the actual beverage but goodness the toppings added a full point to both at minimum. Highly recommend dropping by when you're craving a good summer treat. read more

This promotion honestly made me feel like I was misled. My family purchased multiple drinks every day because we believed we were working toward earning a VIP card. Even onTuesday around 9:00pm, staff were still stamping loyalty cards and fixing stamp issues, giving us every reason to believe the promotion was still active. Then yesterday, I was told all 100 VIP cards had already been claimed. An employee also told me the last VIP card had actually been claimed several days earlier. My favorite is their Avamango Sweet Dew. Not only are the ingredients fresh, but the flavor is outstanding refreshing and perfectly sweet without being cloying. I also find the staff at 3cat to be incredibly warm and friendly! The staff preparing the drinks proactively ask for my order number, making me feel truly valued as a customer. Since this place opened just recently there was a line but it went by super quick! The atmosphere was very homey and the smell was very aromatic. All the workers were very nice and welcoming and finished my order really quickly. I ordered the mango mochi drink and barley tea. The mango mochi drink was not too sweet and had a balanced coconut and mango taste. As for the mochi in it, it was really soft and easy to drink. i came again early in the morning after a 30 person long line a few nights ago scared me away -- definitely worth it! it's super empty in the morning, in fact.. i was the only one there! i ended up trying their most popular drink, the avomango and it was a delicious combo that took me back to my mom's avocado smoothies. their marketing team is also doing a great job with the stickers + stamps, but they probably should rethink their scheduling though, a lot of employees for an empty store in the mornings. very cute layout, delicious drink, and friendly + helpful staff! definitely a place i'll be making repeat visits to :) read more

You can't add toppings from other drinks like water chesnut popping, so there aren't many options to make your drink the way you want. The brown sugar boba today was also really hard to chew. With only one cashier bogged down with endless customer questions and both self-order kiosks turned off, the line was unnecessarily long. It was also frustrating to see two employees standing outside chatting while customers were waiting.
