He cleaned up after completing his work and left things as they were when he was all finished (except, of course for the repairs). I would recommend him without question.

He and Chevo kept an eye on everything, and let me know when they encountered a problem. Great attention to detail, also. I would recommend Zurc construction to anyone who wants a great job done on their project. They also came back soon after and did a small job in my shop. Again, great work, short timeline! Call Jose! I can say that these people have the highest integrity such that they guarantee their work. I will use them in the future 100%. Our home was in need of difficult prep work, experience in correctly working with the potentiality of lead paint, undoing and repairing the previously shoddy workmanship, and taking the necessary time, patience, and care to give our home the love it deserved to look like always wanted it to. Comparing PPR with other painting contractors we worked with is night and day. It was immediately apparent that PPR was better trained and more accustomed to working on older Portland homes than anyone else. The amount of care and craft they put into the prep needed for our house was exactly the attention to detail you'd want to see in a project like this. And the end result has left us so happy. We have delighted in watching both neighbors and strangers walk by and take pictures of our new paint job, and have loved chatting with them about the exceptional work that was done. Recommending Portland Painting & Restoration has been a no-brainer. All have agreed their work looks outstanding. PPR's communication, transparency, deep knowledge, craftsmanship, skill, *pride in their work*--everything top to bottom--has been top notch. These are the professionals you are looking for. No question about it.
