I went here because a friend of mine recommended this place. Came in Monday night (after my work so around 9:30ish pm) just to talk about an idea about my tattoo and Eric was working that night. Showed him a picture of what I wanted and where I'd want to get it done and how big I wanted it. Told me he would do it Tuesday night after I got off work. Now look, I thought I would get me in next week or a couple weeks later or whatever, because I understand that there's a process of drawing it out and that there were (maybe) other clients ahead of me and those other stuff to consider, but when he said he would take me the next day at night (after I got off work) I was honestly surprised and excited. I've been wanting to get this tattoo done for a while! Ha. So Tuesday night I came back at 9:30pm, but there was another client ahead of me. Which I didn't mind to be honest. Didn't want him to rush or anything, but he saw me and told me he would finish her up and to come back in an hour and that he was for sure going to get me done tonight. Not a problem, since I was actually really hungry and I needed to pull out some cash anyways haha. An hour passed by and I came back to the shop and he was just finishing her up. After she left, he was ready for me. I signed everything and he started to gather everything up. It was maybe around 11:40ish or maybe 12 when we started and we finished around 2am. When he said he'll get it done, he got it done. Didn't really take any breaks, which was fine by me to be honest, and he wasn't really rushing it. Felt a bit bad for his hand though. The turn out of my tattoo is pretty awesome! Eric is an awesome artist and hats off to him for staying after hours! read more

Went for a small Wonder Woman tattoo. Eric was very down to business but by the end (three of us got the logo) he'd warmed up a bit. We appreciated that he was willing to work with us in placement and did really straight lines. Good experience. read more

Randall pierced my nose. He wasn't the most personable person in the world. He didn't give a count down or say "ok breathe in, and breathe out" while he pierced it. He unexpectedly just pierced it. It was quick, but definitely a different experience than what I'm used to. No issues with my actual piercing so far. read more

Horrible horrible tattoo place I went in to cover up a color tattoo with a black one and they said no because he wouldn't get it...... I said so I can't get it because you wouldn't and he said yes so I left read more

Update: got a piercing here by Russell and it went really well and healed super nicely. Thanks dude! On my 18th birthday I had planned to go elsewhere for a tattoo, but they told me they couldn't that day because they were closing earlier than usual. I instead came here for a finger tattoo, and Eric was VERY kind during the process. I was super scared of the pain and he assured me that there was nothing to worry about. After a week with my tattoo, my skin had rejected 80% of the ink. I asked Eric to go back over it and he did, and this time with thicker lines. The tattoo stayed after that and I am so beyond happy with it. Highly recommend 360, and I plan to come here for a nose piercing soon! read more

My tattoo was done by Eric. He's a nice guy and did a good job. He did alter the drawing of the tattoo but I'm OK with that. The tattoo healed up great and looks good. Also, the price he charged was fair. read more

Not happy with either one of my tattoos. Giving two stars because the guy was nice but his work is not. The lines are not straight at all. I don't know if he was nervous or what he was shaking a lot. Not sure what I should do. I just want the tattoo off my body read more

Do not go here unless you check which artist you get. I got a super simple ufo on my hand and the artist (who didn't even tell me his name) completely screwed it up. The line work is horrible and it's completely off from the stencil he used for it. $80 for an awful, messed up tattoo. Now I have to find someone of skill to cover/fix it for me. Thanks for nothing short guy with a hat at 360 blues. read more

Eric took very good care of me. I had a tattoo dedicated to my kids that was awful & so I came in for a cover-up and brought my ideas. He made those ideas a reality and beyond! I've never seen a tattoo this beautiful in real life, and it's on MY body. Eric took his time drawing & editing until the art was perfect, and his execution was spot on! I couldn't be happier. The facilities are clean and well-managed. I was able to get my tattoo same day, despite being a walk-in requesting a pretty large tatt. The price was very reasonable too! These guys are top notch, professional and highly talented. I knew 2 other people who had gotten tattoos at 360 before, & years later their art still looks amazing, hence my decision to choose 360. Best decision ever! THANK YOU ERIC!! read more

This is a very nice tattoo studio. I get all of my tattoos done by Jamie English, he is a very talented artist who does amazing custom bold color work. I have been to a few different shops he has worked at in DFW over the many years he has been tattooing me, this studio is definitely the nicest. Plenty of parking in front of the shop, well lit at night. The studio itself is very large and very clean. Each artist has their own booth space to work in so you aren't just sitting out in the open for everyone who walks in to stare at while getting tattooed. Everyone who works there is friendly, professional and very talented. read more

Nice clean spot! I was in TX visiting family and we wanted to get the same small tattoo - we did not have appointments but we were treated nicely and work started right away after we showed our design. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and given fair pricing and quick work. Aftercare instructions were clear and well explained and some A&D was given to hold us over until we got more. Overall great experience, I am no novice to tattooing and have been to a few shops and really enjoyed this experience. Tattoos came out perfect as well. Thanks Eric! read more

I just want to say that i usually never take time to write these kind of reviews but this was necessary. When I first came in with my friends, we were all wanting piercings done. We were ignored and had to ask for help. For one we were rushed and the guy "Randall" was definitely not too happy to be helping us. Second of all I had warned him about my sensitive skin and I had questions about the type of piercings he used and he kind of just blew me off, said I was fine, and pierced my skin anyways with the knowledge that it was possible for me to react badly to it. THIS is the result!!! When i had called to tell him that something was wrong he basically accused me of not cleaning it (which i absolutely did) and told me to use bactine which made my reaction worse i might add, AND THEN proceeded to tell me to wait a week. I had to call another place for help because I guess this place couldn't be bothered with me!! I am terribly sorry that i tried giving you guys my money. I won't ever be coming back to this establishment. read more

Wife wanted some new ink so we searched online and 360 blues and tattoos had good ratings. Went up there and everyone was really cool. My cousin and I went in to 360 Blues and Tatoos on a whim and Eric was awesome at helping us with getting exactly what we asked for. He was kind honest and very knowledgeable. We were both very impressed with how steady his hand is with small detail. He did an awesome job! I'm not from the area, however I will drive the 3 hours it takes to get back to him for more ink! The shop was very clean and organized as well. The prices were perfect too. My overall experience gets 5 stars! I highly recommend 360 Blues and Tatoos!!! read more

Customer service sucked! Acted very uninterested in doing the work I required. I guess I looked like I was broke or something! Never the less, I will not be returning and I wish I could give this shop review a -1 star! Totally missed out on making a lot of money! FYI: This place is no longer on Galleria Dr, it's on 2705 S Cooper St. Maybe they had better customer service at the old location? read more

You all need a shop manager or someone with some better customer service skills than the guy who "helped" (for lack of a better word) us...went in with and idea of a tattoo my husband and I wanted and the guy acted confused when I asked him to draw something up (I even took in my crappy drawing)...aren't you an artist? He was very lackadaisical to begin with so my expectations were low but get it together please...especially on a Saturday when you know business is flowing! read more

I went in on a Thursday evening to get industrial piercings in both of my ears. I was in and out faster than I expected. The service was great. The shop was clean and the equipment was sterile. She did a great job communicating with me to find the best placement options for my piercing. She was very personable and was easy to chat with, which helped me to relax and feel comfortable in her very capable hands! Thank you so much! I got a tattoo by them years ago and I had another artist go in to dark on my thigh. I asked them to look at it for me to see what could be done he told me it was done deal and absolutely nothing can be done I went to three other places and they at least had solutions a large cover up extending the tattoo laser to lighten it and then they would help to cover it he just sent me on my way didn't even try I know its not their fault but come on you could of said something other than your screwed. read more

Terrible. Called and the guy was great. Told him we were coming in. We get there two hours before close and the jerk was going to to take us and then changed his mind and started griping. I was like you want our money or not! I said I'll write a review, we are good. He's like I am not a computer. Ummm the tat would take like ten minutes. I'm back!!! I met the owner tonight and he is awesome!!!! Had a great conversation while being decorated :) This guy REALLY knows his stuff. He has been in the business for 13 years I believe he said and takes pride in his art.
