Came to this tattoo shop to get my daughters belly button pierced after a recommendation from her friend. The shop was very clean and the wait was very short. I was surprised the cost was so reasonable the service was as well. We had a excellent experience with Sam and As a mom with a young daughter I can't recommend him enough. Was able to do a walk-in during the middle of the week and they got to work almost immediately. Very clean work space. I love that they have specials running all the time; this is what enticed me to stop by for my first tattoo. Tuesdays they do $20 simple tattoos and $10 piercings. If I could give this zero stars I would. I asked for 5 small tattoos. Did not like the demeanor or attitude of the tattoo artist (tattoo artist with the long beard). Min. Amount we were told was $60, however he said "I don't do tattoos under 100$". Okay, fine no problem, still proceeded to tell him what I wanted and show photos of the tattoos. The last tattoo he asked me what font I wanted, for the number. I said it didn't matter. He than laughed with his copilot secretary and said "well it does matter". Here's the problem, you know I want 5 small dainty tattoos (the size of a dime) you're telling me "I doNt UsuAlLy dO TatToOs fOr uNdeR $100". So therefore you tell me what font I can get. You my sir just missed TWO SALES because of your attitude. I see why this shop had 4.1 stars. Just because you are a tattoo shop doesn't mean you can be a shitty person or have poor customer service. Please do not get pierced here for your nipples. All other piercings I've gotten here have been good and healed very well but the nipples is NOT something you should go in for. I got both of my nipples pierced and Sam left them crooked and pierced my areola. I had to remove them and allow them to heal before I went somewhere else and got them pierced correctly. I went to have him see them and said it was the swelling which they were but you could clearly see the areola pierced. I went to 2 other piercers to get a second opinion and they immediately said it indeed pierced the areola and I would have to remove them if I wanted them to heal. If you're gonna get them done do it somewhere else like shaman modifications in Dallas. They were more expensive but they'll save you the pain of piercing them twice! read more

This was my second time coming here. First time was with a friend. As she was explaining what tattoo she wanted, the guy at the front desk couldn't hear her and said, "huh??" They say all over their social media that they take walk-ins, so my bf and I showed up right when they opened, for the first come first serve concept. I went to get a sugar skull today by Camille. Left a very mad customer. First off why wouldn't you do the outline of the skull first? Just makes sense right? After an hour an half of tattooing her hand is tired takes 10 min break!! After another 30 min she brings some other artist in they both start tatting my calf. This is beyond me, she makes jokes like now you can tell everyone you've been DP'd. After 2.5 hours I said please just get the outline done and we can quit for the day. She says ok then tell the other artist to do the small circles around the eyes. I was like no don't do the circles I want the outline done and that's it. She said that's part of it. I said no I can get that done at a later date or maybe by a different artist. This pissed her off and she quit. they charge $150 an hour and take their time. She is watching Orange Is The New Black while tattooing my leg. Repeating stuff they say and laughing. I left with an unfinished tattoo she charged me $471 today and remember I put a $150 deposit down. This is just my experience my wife went to her last week and our appointment was at 2, she said they open at 1 but she start at 2 cool. We got there 1:45 she didn't start until 3:05 tatted 2 hrs got to point of color and wanted to take an hour dinner break!! Save yourself the trouble and do not go here for tattoos. I got a tattoo here about a month and a half ago. Customer service was good but the tattoo I got did not come out good. I got a tribal fish hook, I have quite of bit of work so I know it was not an error on my part about not taking care of it during the healing process. The tattoo came out patchy, and not complete filled in. It looks rushed and not professionally done. I had to end out going to another shop to get it redone because I lost confidence in Arlington Tattoo. I am sure they have great artist that do great work but just wanted to share my experience. I went in for a consult on a huge piece I wanted to get on my arm of my dog and some flowers. As soon as I said I wanted color, the guy I talk to cut me off and said he doesn't do color and said Janie did. I talked to Janie about what I wanted, she said she could do it for me. She quoted $150/hour and a non-refundable deposit was due to hold the appointment time. She said to add her on Instagram and to send pictures of my dog and she would draw the tattoo up and schedule me for an appointment. So when I was messaging her she requested that I bring my dog up to the shop so she could get better pictures because my pictures weren't good enough. I bring him up there and while I'm there I see the message that she won't make it to the shop in time, that she was running an hour behind schedule. I was pretty pissed off... so I left. She said to send her clearer pictures and she can work off those. I did that and she asked what time I was available to schedule and I let her know any Saturday she has open. I was ready to put the deposit down and pay for my tattoo in one session, but she never messaged me back and I've seen her post a new tattoo almost everyday since. It's been about a month, so I'm just going to find a new place that wants my business and doesn't cancel on me last minute. Horrible customer service overall! read more

Do NOT come here for a belly button piercing! I didn't believe it would happen to me and I got it done despite stories I've heard about their belly piercings here. They pierce with surgical steel not titanium... my piercing migrated and developed a rash due to poor jewelry quality. I went to a doctor and had it removed just to find out that the jewelry was so cheap it was turning green (Sam assured me surgical steel was just as good as titanium to pierce with. wrong!) Now I have a scar for life and if I could go back I would've definitely spent way more than $20 for a belly piercing somewhere else. It's $20 for a reason, and that reason is poor quality jewelry. They get their jewelry from painful pleasures, which i've gathered from other piercers and research that the jewelry is low quality. My ears healed fine and I brought my friends in to pierce their ears and they healed fine as well, but I won't come back. read more
