A friend recommended this spot, and once I browsed their website and saw all the gorgeous jewelry options, we decided to go check it out in person. Merari was incredibly patient as I looked at (and then re-looked at) several styles. The piercing fee is typically $50, but since I mentioned it was a birthday gift to myself, they kindly waived it. Plus, I got 10% off as a first-time customer, WOOT! This gal loves a bargain, and let's be real, this is NOT a bargain kind of place (in the best way possible). I ended up choosing a dainty little diamond crawler-style piece that I absolutely love. Since they weren't busy, I only waited about 30 minutes for the ever-so-gentle Ivy to work her magic. The whole experience was smooth and super welcoming, I can totally see how these high-end piercing boutiques become addictive. Do I need a 4th one, maybe... My only wish? That more styles, especially the beautiful opals and zodiac pieces, came in white gold. Guess I'll just have to keep checking back...

Wish she could have been more mindful to stop and made sure if I was ready to go again, felt like my skin was going to get ripped off (ultimately, this is what I was trying to avoid doing it myself) $5 plus some change to remove it, plus if you go when its a little busy you will have to do it on a time when you do not have to time crunch. I went to lilygrace to get my 4 month olds ears pierced. I was a bit nervous in general for this…read moreprocess but knew I wanted them done while she was very young so she was less likely to mess with them during the healing process. I found lilygrace on yelp and read a lot of great reviews. So I decided to make an appointment online which was very easy. I was able to schedule for same day service. I opted for the piercing without the numbing cream as I read it doesn't really work as it just numbs the outside of the ear, and the inside is what gives the sharp feeling while getting pierced. The lady we got was named Cira (I think!) and she was EXCEPTIONAL! You could tell she's been doing this, with young babies, for a good amount of time. She was very precise in marking my babies ears and had me double check that I was happy with the placement. She explained that babies ears continue to grow down and out so the marks would be a little closer to the head. She explained everything step by step and was so very calming throughout the entire appointment. My baby did so good and I'm so happy with the result! They provided the ear cleaning solution and clear instructions for aftercare which was so appreciated! No need to go seek out cleaner for babies! The only thing I would say wasn't great was the prices of the earrings themselves. It was a bit of a shock when I saw the price tags but at the same time they are quality and look great! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!
